5StarDoll
5StarDoll was a Chinese company that was established in 2005. Company representative doll*fan stated that the name was chosen to reflect that they "want to offer 5 star quality dolls and 5 star customer service". Their dolls were notable for comparatively low prices and high posability.
Originally, each doll was offered as a basic blank doll, with the options of adding a wig, eyes, a face up, and/or a set of clothing. 5StarDoll released 1/6 full set dolls with unique face-ups referred to as "Special Release" or SR. The Certificate of Authenticity for these dolls will have "Sculpt SR" followed by the Special Release number (ex; NAME SR-XX).

5StarDoll dolls were cast in environmental resin and may yellow sooner than other resin types.
5StarDoll offered custom resin colors for an additional fee.
