    2. Yes, I agree. The girl Daisy is adorable as well. I think I’m fixated on Iplehouse dolls, mostly KIDs & BIDs. I’ve got a long list now.

    3. Dropping in here because of the Doll Choice discontinuation notice. I never realised I could have sneak-ordered Daisy through that and now it is too late! :pout:

Can I please see Daisys and Paiges, even better if they are together? I know I want one of them eventually, but I just can’t settle on which face!

    4. So excited, just got my first KID right from the marketplace here. She is an Isla, a sculpt I haven’t seen many pictures of this particular sculpt. I will try to share a picture when I remember how . I have a question, she seems quite floppy, is this normal with KIDs or should I tighten her strings? I am not her first owner.

    5. Well I tried using the instructions in the FAQ section but couldn't get my Flickr image to load. I used to be able to do this but have forgotten how :(

    6. Thank you Vermaxen! Here's little Fiona...

    7. And a full shot. Loving this little one, she's a whole lotta fun to sew for too!
I haven't decided on her age yet, other than she's a Tweener ;) Maybe ten or eleven? So far she prefers casual rather than dresses.

    8. Oh she’s gorgeous. Another one to add to me ever expanding list.

    9. Did everyone see the event?:

      "Greeting from Iplehouse.
      We are going to hold 2022 Spring Event as below;
      Period : March. 21 ~ April. 10
      Contents
      - You can purchase one additional head if you purchase one KID/BID doll.
      - This event is applied to both basic and limited dolls.
      - The color of head will be provided with the same color of the doll.
      - The makeup service for additional head is not available.
      Notice
      - If you change the option of doll after the end of event period, the event would not be applied so please place the order carefully.
      - It is possible to change the option within the event period, but you should let us know within three days from your order date.
      - If the payment of event product is not paid within three days from your order date, it will be considered that there is no intention to purchase. In this case, the order will be canceled, so please pay as soon as possible after ordering.
      - Please note that shipping will be delayed a lot if the makeup is added."

So it looks like you could get a limited head if you purchase a standard doll? But you pay for the extra head as well? At least people could get their hands on limited heads this way, I guess.

    11. I’ve done something daft! Because IH are having a Special Spring Event and because I saw they were selling a Limited Edition Daisy (which I desperately wanted) I’ve gone completely mad and ordered one using credit. I wouldn’t mind but I haven’t even got my Olivia Paige (1st bjd) yet. Please, tell me I haven’t gone insane!

    12. They are all just too cute. Congrats on the doll EmanonUK - the Daisy sculpt is so cute

    13. I discovered Iplehouse last night and I've absolutely fallen in love with the sculpts. I'm planning on getting an Esi in ebony since she is still available although I want to see if there is a way to have her lip color done a bit more in a natural tone if I do a custom makeup request. I'm so very excited, I've absolutely fallen head over heels for her.

    14. Join the club. I’m hooked on Iplehouse as well. And welcome.

    15. I was just wondering. Does anyone know if “Glitter Girls” clothing fits a KID. The GG dolls are also 14inches in height.

      Thanks

    16. I’m sure its been posted many times but Antique Lilac is a treasure chest for Iplehouse patterns and tutorials

    17.
    18. Yes, I agree. I just love her blog and regularly just go and drool at all her marvellous IH dolls as I am still waiting for my first Paige doll. I have seen her patterns and downloaded a few but alas my sewing skills are hopeless.

    19. Does anyone have a Mia or a Hannah and want to share pictures? I feel like I can't find anything other than the one set of promotional pictures for either of them and would like to see more, if people are game to show them off a bit.

    20. @vermaxen - I have a Hanna....this is a shot when I first got her. I have a different wig on her now and need to get new photos. :)

    21. She looks lovely! I hope you do find time to take new photos :) What size eyes is she wearing in that?

      • x 1
    22. Thank you! Oh her eyes....ummm....I think they are 10mm with a smaller iris? I'm usually good about writing down stuff like that...but not with my KIDs for some reason. :doh

    23. Just had the weirdest reaction ever to getting a new doll. I had ordered a Lonnie and an Addiction Lisa roughly a month apart, but they arrived at the same time. I opened up the Lonnie and was immediately smitten! She's lovely and I adore her! Opened up the Lisa and just wanted to immediately close the box again. I have never had such a strong reaction (so I listed the Lisa) but so many highs and lows.

Now have to get Lonnie painted....

    24. Fiona looks so cute here! Is she by any chance an Isla sculpt?

    25. I got a set to experiment since they were fairly cheap. The clothing fits albiet a bit loose. I would definitely stick to anything with elastic. The shoes are 100% too big. Pardon the headless photo, her head is currently out of state getting a face up!

    26. I have since found that Glitter Girls clothes fit fine (the shoes are a joke tho). The collars are a little on the large size and the trousers are a bit short but the waist and hips are spot on. The differences are not particularly obvious. My girls now have several GG outfits from AmazonUK as it’s difficult to find things for KIDs in the UK. I have also found that Wellie Wishers and Emily Rose apparently also fit (but have to be ordered from AmazonUSA). I have yet to do this so don’t know what the shipping costs are. There are some lovely things from Emily Rose Dolls in particular (& without the glitter) which I can’t wait to order. Hope this helps others.

    27. We are on vacation in Sweden. I just found a fairy.

      @BrigitteJ Very cute fairy :)

    29. @ResinRapture Thank you. I like the dress and the shoes. Where did you find them?

    30. @BrigitteJ Thank you. The shoes are from ebay, and I made the dress.

    31. @ResinRapture - I adore that outfit on Calliope! The floral fabric is so lovely!

    32. The company website link is messed up here.

    33. He’s gorgeous. What is he?

    34. She is very sweet. Lilac (or lavender) is my favourite colour. I always admire anyone who can make their own dolls clothes.

    39. @BrigitteJ What a lovely setting, your fairies look so comfy and happy! :love
Oh you have a Mia! Could you please share a picture of her little face? I hope you don't mind my asking. I have one myself and regret not having ordered her in PG.

    40. Thank you

      Here she is.

    42. I'm sure someone has mentioned this before but Paige gives me really strong young Emma Watson as Hermione vibes. Does anyone else see it? I might actually like her better than the Volks Hermione...

    43. Can anyone give me a shoulder to mid-calf length for a KID girl? I'm having a dress commissioned but my doll is still being worked on.

    44. Beau makes a great boy! He's quite a handsome lad. I love his outfit too.

    45. Just wanted to share a photo of my Joy asking where on the tree she should hang this ornament. She's wearing a dress I made for her with a pattern by Martha Boers.

    46. Joy is very cute, i had to pick between her and Lonnie. The dress is great, i love the embroidery.
I use Martha Boers patterns very often too, they are a gorgeous base and easy to customize.

    47. Thank you! <3
I was lucky to buy Joy at the last minute before Iplehouse retired her sculpt. Finding the right faceup for her has been a challenge. She came with her IH faceup and I was disappointed with the look so sent her off for a new faceup, didn't really like that one either, so sent her off again, this time it was successful :). She's had several wigs as well. Some girls are just picky when it comes to a hairstyle! This is how she looks now.

    48. Aww, i like this wig even better.

You sent away a brandnew doll for a new face up two times in a row? :aeyepop: Wow, that's dedicated.
But it really suits her. :thumbup

    49. I don't know if it's dedicated or it's desperate and daft!

    50. HELP. POSSIBLE COUNTERFEIT FOUND.
I have just found what I think is a counterfeit KID Lonnie being sold by a seller on Etsy. I have reported it to Etsy but I wanted to let you all know in case anyone bought it unawares. The seller is calling her Celeste but the 2 photos quite clearly show Iplehouse’s own photo of Lonnie. I have taken screen shots of it. I didn’t know what else to do. Please advise. Should I tell Iplehouse?

    52. This is my first Iplehouse KID sized doll (bought a BID and KID last year but have been waiting for summer to paint them.) They are really cute and I love both sizes. Now to create some more clothes and find wigs, shoes and eyes for them :)

    53. @LyanneNZ Your Lonnie looks lovely!

Clothes are certainly the eternal struggle with them for me. Yours already looks super fashionable.

    56. I've been stalking this thread for a while and am waiting for my first Iplehouse K.I.D, a Hannah in RS. First time I’ve ever ordered direct from a company too, usually I adopt or buy through others.
Took me ages to decide as there are so many adorable sculpts but after seeing owner photos in a FB group my mind was made up. Getting her blank as I have a particular look in my head for her.

      Anything I should know?

      • x 1
    57. Hannah is a lovely one. I've usually ordered directly from Iplehouse as it's often better for me to do that anyway living in NZ. I hope she arrives to you soon - you will love her. They are so cute! :)

    58. I have a Hannah! She is a cutie...I believe.
