Wait Times Wait time on Bimong orders

Hi @pitzela , it was long wait for me, about 18 months, for msd narae head and narin body. I never asked/contacted him during all that time but he gave me photo and address confirmation when my order was ready. I think orders for msd were quicker versus the bigger ones.

there are people still waiting in the waiting room.
Do you follow his instagram, he usually post on his stories for any dolls about to be ready.

I waited 1 year 10 months for my Narin68 full doll, and I placed my order almost a year before Bimong started his retirement preorder. I ended up chasing Bimong for my doll. My experience is pretty well documented in the waiting room thread that @\marxwyn linked above, and I also wrote about my own experience on my BJD blog just as a way to record things.

Someone in the Narin/Narae discussion thread waited something like 2 years for their doll (they also ordered before the retirement preorder, before me in fact) - they ended up pushing Bimong and got their doll in the end. The posts are toward the end of the thread.

Based on the waiting room reports, Bimong is still working through orders for Narin68, Dandelion53s, and jointed hands, maybe also Narae58s (although these have been shipping out).

 

I got my Dandelion body from Bimong's last preorder some months ago (not a lot, maybe two months ago?). I contacted him multiples times to know when it would be ready, and he said me multiples times that I needed to wait a couple of months more. But in the end I got it.

 

I ordered a Narin68 (Grey head, C skin) and Narae58 (Eva head, tan skin) in the final preorder (October 2023). My Narae arrived on the 6th of June 2025. I'm still waiting for my Narin.

I know @aihre experienced issues with her Narin's knee (you can see the link on her blog above) and I wonder if this might be contributing to the wait times if Bimong is modifying the leg/knee parts.

I would recommend checking in with Bimong every few weeks (as @aihre and @Follow-the-Wind said) about your order – this seemed to help get mine moving.
