I was thinking of buying a DD head off of Etsy, but I have no clue how to buy a body :c It was a DDH-01​

 

You can buy Base Bodies directly from Volks (when they are in stock). You just need to match the color. Or you can buy the individual parts and put one together to your liking (choice of bust size, etc. One also may become available here in the marketplace.

Alright, thank you! How often do their baase bodies go into stock, and how expensive are they? If you don't mind me asking, I couldn't find them on the website :/​

 

@IAmSinon, brand new base bodies you can get either directly from the Volks_Japan, or from the Volks-USA.
Both sites have practically any body in stock right away, but since you have DDH-01 head, it can make sense to look more precisely on MDD bodies. How DDH-01 will look on MDD body you can see here:
