It's a new Resin colour, check out Withdoll as they use the same Resin so there may be examples/owner photos of Withdoll in that colour

 

The Instagram account for Supiadoll has a good resin comparison with rose brown iirc and the Instagram hashtag for Supiadoll is fairly full of recent photos as well

Thanks! I'm trying to get a look at how rose brown looks on a doll and @eihpos29 advised to look at withdoll, which shares this resin color, apparently it's more a cool purplish grey than a warm purple.

@Joyspear I was unable to find anyone with one, since the color is relatively new (along with a few others) but I just ordered my girl in Light Rose Brown. Happy to share photos when she arrives! Here is a chart of all the skin tones, including the new ones.

I'm waiting for a body for my Eunice head since months (I ordered it in january, with layaway). I'm eager to get it! I took pictures of my Naomi today, in order to stop thinking about the Eunice's body .

Is it definitely Dream Valley normal pink though? They have "normal" and "normal pink" but the normal pink on their resin samples looks a lot pinker than Supia

Does anyone have examples of what size eyes look best in their supiadolls?

I’ll need to get a wig before my girl arrives too, but I’m pretty sure I saw a big post about that.

(Gosh looking at people’s pics makes me want another before my Sarah has even arrived! Especially Miriam)

 

I checked and I didn't see a listing for Sarah specifically, but I have noticed the girls seem to pretty consistently be in the 8-9" range for wigs.

 

Would anyone be able to post a comparison of the 65cm body and an Impldoll star body?

 

Do you mean the old star body or the MGB body? I can help with the MGB body, but I'm afraid I don't have a Supia 65cm body on me.

 

I was hoping for the 64cm or muscle girl body but pics of the MGB body would also be great, even if you don't have the Supia body. Can never have too many reference photos.

 

Anyone know what shoes fit 65 girls? It's an 8cm long, 3cm wide foot. Flat or heeled is fine

 

Hello! Does anyone know the wig size meant for supia girl heads? Mine is at the faceup artist and I am itching for a new wig

 

I think it depends on which head, but my Rosy wears 7-8 best. 8-9 is too large.

 

Hello! Has anyone had issues with their girl being able to stand? Even with the help of a doll stand, my Noa's legs seem very wobbly and buckle easily. Does she need to be restrung? I suspect that may be the case, but I'm wondering how often others may have had to restring their dolls!

 

I almost always immediately restring my dolls with the thickest possible elastic that will fit through the joints, but if that's not your jam (and I totally get it if not) it doesn't hurt to double check that the elastic didn't get twisted inside the doll. Twisted elastic will cause wobbly and buckling legs/arms, even if the elastic is otherwise perfectly fine, and you shouldn't have to completely restring to fix it

Restringing a doll sound like a nightmare to me. I´m new and I don´t know how to do it.

 

it's like putting together a really basic puzzle, except there's fewer pieces and the similar looking ones are usually marked inside as L or R.
The only tool you really need is a strong piece of ribbon or string. Pliers are handy for pulling on the S hook in the head (but you can just as easily use the ribbon for that) and a chopstick/pencil/other dowel shaped thing for holding the elastic at the end of one limb while you're stringing the other. Restringing sounds more complicated/difficult than it really is, and resin is generally really durable stuff, so it's not likely to break or get damaged from being handled while restringing

Supia just started accepting orders for Dreaming Tabitha and a new sculpt Lydia! I'm most likely getting a Dreaming Tabitha head soon to hybrid with impldoll's newest star body

 

I just bought a Lydia blank head in Peach. She fits on the 60 and 65cm bodies.

 

It's a problem. I have doll with the same long feet and I'm still looking for suitable shoes.

 

I ordered a Lydia in Real skin! Do you have plans for what you'll do with the head at this point?

 

I plan on trying Lydia on one or both of my Fan FF Doll bodies. I only have one now but I am expecting the other soon.

Pardon me for jumping in here about a question! I am interested in a Hayil full doll and was wondering what to expect from Supia in terms of wait times, and their availability to answer customer service questions. Is ordering mostly straightforward? Thanks all!

 

This is the latest waiting room, it might be of some use to you I'm planning on getting a dreaming Tabitha head soon, and still trying to decide what body to put her on, so I don't have personal experience yet.

I typically get a body in around 4 months in the US. I buy a lot of 65cm bodies for my floating heads.

My Lydia head arrived 10/31 and was a complete surprise. Her new name is Mina. She came in less than two months. She has teeth, tongue, and magnetic ears (human and elf). I put her on the 65cm body rather than my Fan doll. I think the head would be too big on the Fan doll body.

 

Here she is with elf ears (her Halloween costume) and new beau.

@Mahgiep, thank you for sharing your Lydia pics! I ordered her on October 11, with no face-up and the old single-joint body, for a specific character.

Is that a Supia face-up? What resin color? I chose Beige. Sorry for all the questions; I'm just excited to see activity on this thread!

What do you think of the tongue piece? it drew me in, imagining my character saying "nyah-nyah" with it

I think Rosy is the smallest Supia head.

 

@nancy_schroeder_ca, don't forget Roda; she's the same vintage as Rosy. My Roda and Rosy both wear Volks MSD-size wigs.

I’m thinking of getting Lina and Hael but I’d like to know the head circumference first if anyone can help it would be lovely.

Lina fits a certain character of mine that I want to shell and I’ve got a nice collection of wigs for the character but I’m not sure they’ll be good on her so I hope anyone has an idea if Lina and Hael look good in 8-9 wigs

I have a feeling Lina’s head is a similar size to Lana’s, and Hael’s head looks a bit bigger as well. I hope someone here can help
