Souldoll Waiting Room V10

Millie is out of Customs (no duties, yay!) and is now on her way! Delivery should be by the end of the week!

 

Great news! I just received an email from Souldoll letting me know that they're planning to ship my order tomorrow, and they sent me an invoice for the shipping fee, which I quickly paid. I'm so excited that my girl is finally about to come home!

I got a reply from Souldoll about my order, they told me they don't really have any good excuse for giving me an estimation that they couldn't meet again other than that the schedule is totally messy and they don't have a good way to notify customers (although I wish they would take the advice to make an announcement about updating the status every so often).

They told me to wait another 2 weeks and that they will 'definitely ship it on the 19th', so I hope this is the final stretch sigh.

 

Exciting news! I just got a tracking number from FedEx. It says that the label was created for my package on Thursday in California, but no updates beyond that... I'm not sure if that means my doll is in California already or if that's just where the FedEx facility that will receive her is located. Either way I'm so excited! I'll update once she arrives.

 

I got my shipping notice yesterday!

She's so beautiful and truthfully she was worth the wait for me. I posted a box opening thread for her as well.

Hello! I’ve been lurking on this thread for a while and figured I should mention that I ordered a soul doll zenith Daol from DDE in November last year. I haven’t paid in full yet, but will once the item is ready. How much longer should it take you think?

 

My two P.Lavender Blue dolls finally came home today! Unfortunately, I'm overseas at the moment, so I wasn't able to greet them, but I had my partner open it up for me on call to make sure everything was okay!

One Rudy-Boy on the new boy body and one Junia-Animal on the new girl body. Souldoll included 2 wigs, 3 pairs of eyes, and spare hands for both dolls as a gift for the long wait.

The lavender colour looks so gorgeous and vibrant even on a subpar quality call, I can't wait to get home and give them some faceups and play with them!

 

I'm waiting for a P. Lavender Blue Young Won I ordered from DDE, wonder if DDE has gotten any of those orders in yet. Haven't heard anything yet though.

My dolls arrived! Lavender boy and girl that I ordered direct in July 2023.

 

I asked Souldoll for another update on my Aspyn... she's officially hit 10 months of waiting - they said end of April, but we're now closing in on 1st week of May with no updates. I see many people are getting their Lavender Blue dolls from the Kids order that happened after Aspyn's CAD release. I'm getting a little antsy... hopefully not too much longer.

 

My dolls arrived yesterday! Caleb and Ah-In and they are beautiful! I’ll try to post a pic later. That was a long wait! I ordered Aug 6th so if anyone else ordered around that time, fingers crossed you’ll be hearing from Souldoll soon about shipping!

 

I got busy but here are pictures of my boys. They are amazing and honestly pics don’t do them justice. Caleb came with these sparkly eyes and while they will get replaced (same with the wig) I’m kinda liking them so they’ll stay in place for a bit. And Ah-In is just too sweet!

 

@gwenithcoy : Your boys are such dreamboats!!! I really like the faceups on them both. I really like how you styled them! Congrats on their arrival!

 

@gwenithcoy I'm late, but just wanted to say your boys are absolutely stunning! Congrats on getting them home! (I'm living vicariously through your post because I'm still waiting on my Souldoll boy, haha.)

 

Souldoll has gone very quiet... I was told my Aspyn would be done at end of April... but now we are at end of May. I'm at 11 and a half months of waiting... not getting a very good feeling. I hope they respond soon...

 

@Dybbuk I'm sorry to hear about your extended wait. It's definitely worrisome that Souldoll has gone quiet. When did you last contact them, if you don't mind my asking? I haven't contacted them about my Vito boy although I've been waiting since December, because I assumed it would be a while due to their big backlog. But it worries me to hear they're not responding

 

@puppymush : I sent them a Q&A on May 3rd and May 30th AND and email on May 30th. All have not been responded to. I have a lot of trust in this company, but this is the first time I feel truly worried...

 

@Dybbuk I hope you hear back from them soon... It's definitely worrisome

 

It has been a year now and I am still waiting for my Bella.

 

I've also tried contacting them last week but so far haven't received an answer. Their silence worries me, but at the same time I wonder if they're maybe focusing on finishing orders instead of answering messages. Or at least that's what I hope they're doing.

 

I received an email response this evening from Souldoll saying they expect to ship my order next Friday June 21st.

@Hannya , someone mentioned in a Facebook group they had better luck with a response by emailing them directly (which is what I did). If you haven't tried that, I would do so. I'm sure they are working on orders... but just having some contact helps me quell my nervousness.

@Zacarias : That's awful!!! Have you reached out to them lately? Hope you get your doll soon.

@Dybbuk That's good news that Souldoll finally responded! I dearly hope they ship your order when they said! Goodness, that's tomorrow isn't it? (I'm so late, sorry about that, lol! I haven't been as active on DoA as I should )

 

@puppymush : no worries, I am not as active on DoA lately either. Unfortunately no shipping email yesterday... going to give it to the end of June, and if I hear nothing I will start emailing them weekly in July.

What's awful is I still have another order with them... I bought a Zenith Nolan and Kai Head before they closed Zenith and Vito orders... I am doubtful I will see those boys until 2025... hopefully.

 

That is extremely disappointing
They told me that my order will be shipped at the end of the month (which should be this week) but I honestly doubt it.

 

I also ordered my boy during that time, thinking I'd get him at least before my birthday in July. I could have sworn my sister had received her Ricia after about 6 months but now I'm doubting my memory. Still, 6 months was the timeline I was braced for, not longer lol. This is all super concerning, I keep hoping they'll surprise us somehow and everything will turn out okay! I wonder if it's possible they shipped without sending an email? I've heard of this happening too. I'd rather that be the case, rather than them not shipping it at all Here's hoping we both get our babies before too, too much longer!

 

As expected, I still haven't received a shipping notification. It's been almost 12 months now...

@Hannya and @puppymush : Same status for me. Souldoll said they would ship my order June 21st but I haven't received any notification. I sent them another email late last week asking for another update. Still no response.

 

I am really worried Souldoll is becoming another Dollshe.

 

I'm sorry to hear that this is getting really concerning... At least in the past few months they'd ship out most orders on the promised dates. But now it seems like they aren't shipping out anything...?

Yeah, that's my same exact fear too. I wonder if any dealers or anyone on DoA has reached out to them about this. Because if this continues, people should probably be warned before they place new orders, right?

 

Well, dang. I ordered in December. I guess I won't be seeing my boy until 2025 This is a first for me. Never had to wait this long for a doll. Not trying to be spoiled but, it's a little nerve-racking lol.

PS. I don't get why Souldoll doesn't just update their wait times on their site at this point. Isn't it super misleading for people ordering to see the old wait times still there?

Yes, they're still accepting orders. My friend placed one two weeks ago (despite my warnings). At this point they should just stop taking new orders and start finishing the existing ones...

 

I have been waiting for a year. Normally I would be patient but knowing that the company is so far behind fulfilling orders has me worried almost to the point where I have given up getting Bella.

 

Oh boy…. Denver doll did try to reassure me? Is there any evidence from other sources that souldoll may be acting unethically? I personally think they’ll fulfill all the orders eventually but it’s not ideal to keep accepting… hmmm

 

So how far behind are they then? If people have already waited about/ over a year with no update and I’m projected to wait about that time too? But likely longer?

Agreed. All this time I've loved and recommended Souldoll as a company, but it just seems unethical to keep accepting new orders (and promising reasonable wait times) when they've got people waiting a whole year already. I'm really sad about this

 

I think someone on here mentioned that Alice's Collections told them that Souldoll is apparently trying to finish orders from August 2023. Which is kind of weird as multiple people (including me) who placed their orders in July 2023 still haven't received anything.
