I've been saying to my pals that this is a teaser to end all teasers!

 

I wanna know which ID does this pertain to? Male or Female? I hope it is not the end of the ID line

 

We won't know male, female or size until they post more. I very much doubt that is the end of the popular Idealian line!

 

Seconding this! Pretty sure that they wouldn't have bothered creating the ID75 body if the line was ending. I thought it was more of a theme for the upcoming doll...like 'Spring Rain' or 'Ordinary Day'...

 

I figured that they are making a doll in a priest or Trinity Bloody type outfit.

Or perhaps a face sculpt of a sneezing man? A teaser of a flower with "good bless you" in early Spring makes me think of hay fever.

Sometimes Soom leaves teasers up a long time before the reveal, and a flower is a flower, so I am not very intrigued.

 

A white chrysanthemum is a symbol of loyalty and devoted love. "God bless you" could mean a devotion to god.
I'm also thinking a priest?

 

I don't like teasers...but I like being teased. As it builds up anticipation...and thus possibly...temptation.
I do look forward to who and what it will be!

Angeltoast did a beautiful job on his faceup, hard to see in the pic but he has purple and silver eyeshadow.
I'm waiting on his other outfit and his eyes from Safrin.
I am so slow to create characters for my dolls, this one is a demon rockstar or maybe demon circus master haha

 

Wowza, he's gorgeous @Twisty! Andrea's work is always so amazing, isn't it?? I love the purple theme you've got going with him, from the hair and eyeshadow to those enviable nails - just perfect!

 

I love Angeltoast, her faceup's are so wonderful, and he looks great with his outfit and wig. Those lovely purple nails are gorgeous!

While waiting to pay off my Soom layaways I am having fun playing with Lucifer but boy is he a stinker to dress lol

I'm pretty curious about the upcoming doll too! I wish they'd just post it already LOL. What a tease this Soom.

 

They uploaded a couple of photos to their IG-- but, not of the entire doll's face. It's just a small bit of profile.

Looks a bit like hyperon, IMHO. It wouldn't surprise me if they released him again. They seem to like recycling him a lot. I'm hoping it's someone new I can admire

Ooo, looks like it does relate to death! Thanks for posting that, SugarCoatedStars! I'm assuming that the hooded guy is the new one, Kahn - unless they are just two incarnations of the same doll - but I can't tell from just his nose if he's a new sculpt or not. Kind of wishing he's not original release Hyperon, because then I'd have to buy him...and I'm saving for someone else right now. Hopefully they'll quit teasing soon!

@Twisty LMAO! I kinda feel you. On one hand I hope it's not a Hyperon because he's on my wishlist and I'm kinda broke now after taking the plunge for Zak but on the other hand, I hope it's him LOL!!

Is Kahn the new name of the doll? If so that'd make it a new doll though? (For some reason, I kinda read it as Kalin at first lol)

 

Looking at the picture again on the Soom site, his skin looks gray...

The blonde looks like he has a jointed hand. And the Kahn on instagram is tagged ID75.

 

If he's a new sculpt I pray that I won't fall in love with him. May dolly god bless me (and my wallet)

 

Definitely not Hyperon. Hyperon will make a comeback again, but Soom just won't tell when. The best answer I get from them about Hyperon is he will come again, like within this 2 years. So I guess that's not anytime soon... Plenty of time to save but also a lot of temptations lol

 

LOL so true about temptations! I just hope I won't be swayed by Kahn. Must... Resist...

I'm kinda hoping for Hyperon with the scar but I doubt they will release him again but hopefully they will release some other versions of him but not too soon (nor too late)!

 

RIP your wallets if he's hyperon. But, maybe they'll change it up. ;v ;

I lightened the pic more and turned it sideways, they have interesting profiles, hmmmmmm lol

 

He looks a bit like Dover to me, but that might just be wishful thinking on my part. Part of me wants him to be, and the other part says I already have doll plans.

 

Maybe they just combined different portions from their sculpts;;;;

 

LOL...when Soom replaced the teaser pic on the ID home page with that one, they changed the words, too - which now read, "I curse you."

Hope it's not a priest. I don't want my hunk to be a priest. I cant see the hunkiness in a priest. I only hope they will release him in a 72cm doll. Hopefully they wont discontinued that line otherwise I might need to buy sime extra strings incase. Its just that a 75 is too big for a doll.

@Tangmalangaloo I agree with you about the 72cm dolls. That's just edging on gigantic for me as it is!

@celga, Did you see the announcement from Alice's Collections about a new 120cm doll?

On the ID75 guys, I don't find that they are any harder to handle than the ID72 guys. Perhaps they hold a pose better.

Omg!!!! He is super hot. Really love that pale, Innocent looking face of him. But why does he has to be a priest? (Lol).
Hope I could find the funds for him.. abd the wigs are great too.

 

Other than the faceup erking me he does look quite nice, sculpt wise. It's very nice to see them releasing new faces!

But alas, my wallet XD. Still paying off Drautos, the red Garion. One more payment!

 

I really want him. Of all the ID 75cm dolls released, this one really grabs my attention. I need to think of ways to make money fast. If I do decide to get him will that dark type b face up work on white resin skin or will it be too much make up? I want my character to be Asian/Korean.

 

d gray man's character Noah Road Kamelot also uses that forehead design :p

@RoyalBarjack had to google it but you're right XD. I suppose it could be a reference to that character as well.

 

A very handsome guy, and I like the dark and light doppelganger thing - but my wallet can breathe again, because he is not for me. Now I can just sit here and scratch my head over the possible meaning of 'Thou shalt thou thine own thou...?' for a couple of minutes...

 

I think I'm safe. He's very nice, but have very limited space for a new big boy. Maybe a pair of jointed hands and a wig....

 

I knew it would be a priest. Very handsome faces but I'm safe too, I don't have money left after Zak. I already have the long nail jointed hands, and I don't have a character that would need a priest outfit.
I think the quote has some words twisted? Maybe it should be "Thou shalt own thou own (soul/darkness)?"

@nancy_schroeder_ca I'm with you! I've been waiting for a good oppurtunity to snag some of their jointed hands and I can't very well justify the shipping cost for just a wig :p!

 

I'm safe too...His face is beautiful but they only offer him in cream white and grey. I might be tempted if they have him in either normal or tawny tho...I think I'll just get the wigs ^_^

 

Those forehead markings are actually a pretty common representation of stigmata...so no need to get upset with Soom; they're not really a ripoff, and in this case they're appropriate to the character.

 

Ooooh a Doppelgänger theme! I like the clergy/priest outfits but I can't justify the price at the moment after breaking my bank for Zak
