    1. Hello everyone :D
      I'm new to ordering from Soom, and this might be a dumb question, but how do I place an order for the Free Choice Event? I'm thinking of getting a R. Hyperon. I tried to email them and I'm assuming that my question is supposed to appear in the Q&A section(?), but I don't see it there.
      Am I missing something? I'm confused as to how to contact Soom at all. @___@

      Thanks for any help!

      Its wonderful to see soom doing the free choice event. I am so very glad Sullvain is not an option, nor that he is up as an x-mas kit or I would be in serious trouble!

    7. I am dying and Soom is killing me. :...( I was also hoping for scarred Hyperon. Still, romantic Hyperon is awfully tempting. And if the scarred version gets a re-release down the line, I am totally okay with the idea of having both versions, ahahahaha... Also, I've fallen in love with Phonolus's face.

    9. How does Soom's cream white yellow? I'm considering getting one of these guys in cream white for the event (it would be my first resin!), but I know yellowing can definitely be a concern.

    14. I just got my CW Gluino out of the closet and he is still beautiful! No sign of yellowing. I do keep the big guys hidden when I'm not playing with them. Gluino arrived in Oct of 2010.

      Did you get him on the Mega Gem body?

      I actually got him on the Idealian body since if I have to get a muscular body I prefer a taller version. However, I'm actually thinking I might sell his body off and blush a 70cm body I have to match him... I don't really like muscular bodies..

Actually if you have gotten a ZAK Tawny on ID72, SOOM will cancel the order even the sale page says you can order him in that combination (I asked something similar for another doll and that's what Soom staff told me). :( On the event page, it says Zak is not available on Tawny ID72 body. I think you should write to SOOM asap to ask them about it. :) Good luck!

    23. They're definitely doing something. I tried to get Zak in NS, but they said he would only be available on a megagem body like that... so I went ahead with the white skin even though I dislike the idea of having to hide him away when I'm not playing with him. I'm sure he'll be lovely regardless, though!

    25. I got an e-mail from Soom so I had to change the body to Mega Gem.. Was really tempted to get a cream white instead and maybe blush the the head and body to tawny since I have an airbrush but I'm scared if I play around too much the colors will come off..

    30. I have a Vampire Gluino from the original release, and he is still as beautiful of a cream white as the first day I got him. SO to answer you question, it yellows the least of the white resins I have ever seen!!

      I would say old CP delf yellows way faster.

      Really heart breaking that my heart and mind wanna explode..So busy this month I didn't think or get chance to check Soom site about the event (only knew 5 days after the dateline and this is my first time knowing there is such event coz I never buy any Soom doll yet)..my fate with Hyperon though..very depressing.. *cannot accept the truth..too cruel..too cruel* :(

      Guys, do you think Soom will re-release R.Hyperon again next year (Normal or Tawny skin)? (S.Hyperon surely will re-release since the Soom Director Julia confirmed it on her Insta)
      I know Soom had this things where they wont release same type dolls with same type skins again..(To know this fact made me more worried and heart broken)..is there still hope for it? :pout::atremblin

    38. I have a question regarding the serial number check on the Soom website. I just received my Idealian boy and I have the certificate and all that but whenever I put the number in, it tells me that there's no serial number and asks me to try again. I tried another number for another doll and it works fine. I noticed that with the other doll it has an ordered date and a registered date.

      Is it because the doll is not registered on the site?

    39. They occasionally forget to enter the number or type it wrong in the database. I have tried getting replacements and they have had the date they were made and frequently weren't in the database either! I would ask about it on the Q&A board and print the resonse for your records.

    41. @kuina I've noticed they've recently stopped updating their serial numbers...as far back as Oct 2015. I've also seen quite a few
      ordered date: 0000/00/00
      Register date: 0000/00/00
      So it isn't you only.
