OH! Is Venitu about the same as David Kuncci in size, do you know? Because I do have DKs head so I can compare them. If that's the case then I think Bimong's body will work great and I don't have to worry about anything other than a. finding one and b. paying for it XD *dies*

I'm afraid I don't, I don't have any of the bigger Dollshe guys. I did find this picture of Venitu with some of the other Dollshe guys if that helps you out at all. I'd expect the 68cm body to work great with the newest head though. I hope you're able to find one!

 

I have a Dollshe Aramis head and it is a very similar size.

 

Does anybody know how to make the pictures BIGGER? I can't, for the life of me, see the details of the body and the heads.
I like the body from far away but I'd rather know what I'm looking at in details .

Thanks, I found them, still, there aren't many of them. I don't understand why he does not put more of them on his website. He must be thinking he'll sell enough.

 

Send him an email or ask on Instagram where you can find more detailed pictures. He usually responds quickly on Instagram.

And, yes, I think he will get enough orders from the people who have been following on Instagram!

 

I put in my order for the 53cm lady today, she looks very pretty, and the body looks amazing to me plus Bimong is one of the few artists I really love how they engage and show the process of his dolls. Very excited to get her after reading and seeing how amazing his dolls pose

I really liked her in the first order period, but Im glad I waited because the upper joint looks more nicer to me than the middle joint, Im glad that it is now an option

@Lilla I had the same problem, the website feels off a tiny bit to me, but I looked at his instagram for reference to know what I will be getting and the various poses/ cross checking etc. His other social media isnt as updated as his instagram. My order still shows as incomplete payment, but I did pay in full and he did confirm my order on IG so Im not worried at all. (edit just got a confirmed status!)

A heads up for people looking for Narin, other than the 53cm lady and her optional parts, it looks like he is also taking orders for the Narin 61 Elf head too!

 

Well I found out that he's making his 68cm boy body slimmer than it used to be. Which makes me very nervous considering how massive the head is. I guess I should be looking for larger bodies. Anyone have any that work?

I am pleased for you, it is such a worry when websites don't update an order immediately.
The elf sculpt is quite something, it is going to be interesting to see what the owners will come up with.

 

I am pleased also! I think the large number of dolls ordered in what was to be the last order may have saved the business! He was forced to get a casting company and I think that he reduced the stress on his hand and allowed him to do more of what all artists prefer; CREATE new things! A win for Bimong and his customers!

Does anyone at all have pictures of the NARIN N61E Head on a body? Or any Narin 60 head on a body??
I'm seriously about to buy a Dollshe body for it, but I a) don't want to wait a million years and b) still have no idea if it'll even work. But I can't find any other options.

 

I have one Narin head on a Soom supergem 2012 body. I'll try to put my elf head on the latest body!

 

Why are you thinking the Narin head is so massive? I measured the rlf head and it is barely over 8 inch wig size.

Thank you, but I caved and bought a Grant Phillipe (sp?) from Dollshe for his body. XD So I'm (hopefully) good!

It is huge. It's literally the same size as the EID heads I have. I put it on the EID body, and other than it not fitting because the neck hole is too small, it looked perfect proportionately. I had tried it on all my larger bodies, including SSDF - which is what I was hoping would work (way too small), Argo doll 65cm (tiny - it was laughable), Dollmore Glamor (might have been ok if the neck had fit, it practically sat on the shoulders of the body and looked so weird), Dollshe Pure\classic and he was way too big for all of them. Literally the only thing I have that it looked right on was the EID - and he looked really good on it...but EID necks are massive. And I really don't want another one. One is too much XD

 

Soom Idealian and Megagem necks are smaller and might be a good option.

 

@VampireAngel13, I see what you mean! I got my Narin N609 head on the supergem body and I don't like the fit anymore. I guess I want the more realistic head size now! I will try him on the megagem body in the morning. His head is about the size of the megagem head.

 

I'd love to know the difference (if any) between his previous heads and the newest Elf head. I mean, if they're all that big, I can see why you aren't happy with him on the Supergem. Of my bigger dolls, that's one of my smaller bodies. I didn't even bother to try the head on it (especially once he dwarfed the SSDF - which was the body I was originally hoping to put him on, that or Popodoll which was even tinier).

If the 09 is about the same size as the 61E it might work on the Megagem...if they're around EID sized!

It worried me that Bimong was making his body slimmer for the Narin heads. I can't imagine the head I have fitting a slim 68cm body XD
I'm really hopeful about the 28M body though, it has the body type and all the joints I want. Fingers crossed. For about eight years. (boo Dollshe waits). I might try to find a temporary body for him while I wait on this one....

It seems steep for jointed hands, but I do like the mechanics of his hands better than the ones traditionally sold

Im not sure what body its for. It says Dandelion but there are several sizes of Dandelion 40/53/60

 

My 53cm Dandelions should arrive tomorrow! Should we add Dandelion to this thread or start a new one? I think I favor having all Bimong's dolls over 50cm in this thread!

I've redone my Narae faceups! I changed her character, now she is part of my steampunk crew:

Last night I bought a temporary body for my Narin so he'll have a body while I wait for his body. Lol
At least I can do his faceup and scrounge up some clothing. He's another suit-wearer, so that's nice. Nice and expensive. Freedom teller here I come *sobs*

Maybe he can borrow Bruce's clothes while Bruce is Batman....

The temporary body I bought for my Narin head is out for delivery!!
Except I'm at work and I bet they leave a slip...so I won't get him today. Still I'm excited to actually be somewhat close to having him as an actual doll. I'm totally going to mod him and give him a faceup now! or when I have time!

Wow, I haven't looked into BIMONG heads etc in a decade! I absolutely love the NARIN N61E Head! And really love the boy bodies, but they're not for sale anymore. Is this temporary?

 

I think he's working on a revised body. A lot has happened in recent years!

 

I already love the bodies he's got! LOL. Oh boy, I can't get anyone ATM but Narin jumped to the top of my list!

Okay, I've recently become extremely interested (today, actually) in the Narin N61E elf head for a troublesome OC of mine, and reading through this thread....it's admittedly got me a bit scared of some prospects. The current head I've got for my boy (Simply Divine Thomas) has a noggin and face that's too big and long for my liking, and I'm afraid of repeating the same with the next sculpt I reshell him with.

I'm planning to have him on the Loongsoul 68cm body. Would this be too small, or could it possibly work? I can create a neck piece to fit the neck if needed, so that's not really my issue. The measurements for the Bimong 68cm body made for this head has very similar measurements according the the website, but....I'm still a bit concerned.

Can anyone help me get this figured out? I'd love to get the head, but don't want to repeat the same mistake again.

@jade-eyed-cat I have a Loongsoul 68cm doll on order. I'll try to take a picture of the elf head on the body when he arrives. Unless someone else does it first!

Art-Bimong has the 53cm Dandelion heads available with makeup by Zakozako! So I will have five heads with two bodies! My original heads are off for a spa treatment, so currently I have two headless bodies!

 

I've been having a hard time finding comparisons, so it would be greatly appreciated. Heck, I'd be happy to see comparisons of N61E next to other company heads just to get an idea of the size of his head. Dollshe, Supia, Granado, Loongsoul, Dikadoll, Dollzone, Impldoll girls, Little Rebel, etc.—all I'm really looking for is to see if he'd be proportionate with the rest of my crew or not. If his head size is smaller than the Simply Divine boys (I've got Thomas, and his face and head are just too long) he just might work for me. Do you by chance happen to have any heads from these companies (or similar sized SDs) to compare him with?

 

I can try him on the Supia body when I can squeeze out a little play time. Be aware that I got a new doll yesterday that I haven't opened yet!

The classic normal skin is lighter than my Iplehouse FID guy. The new normal might be better but I don't have a sample to compare.

I think it should be easy to blush the head to match the Iplehouse normal skin.

I just figured out that the Narin Charisma(609) head would work great for a character.
Does anyone have an idea or even photos of that head on other bodies(possibly a 60cm - 62cm)? And maybe some resin matches for the NS resin? I'm not familiar with this company, so any help would be awesome!

I'm very excited for this new Narae SD! I'm in love with her 402 MSD sculpt but I think I'm good on the MSD size for now. I guess my only worry is if I end up not being as in love with her 58cm's face as I am with the 402 one... When I look at the face in his progress photos, it seems like it's thinner and longer in shape, with a different eye style. I'd really like to see her with a faceup soon, I think that'll be what solidifies this for me.

The mobility for these upcoming SDs are super exciting. I can't decide if I want the fusion body's middle joint though given that I like showing midriffs. Poseability vs Seamlessness... such a difficult decision!

 

Ahh Bimong must have heard me when I posted last night, this morning I woke up to see a new instagram post of Narae 58cm with a faceup! She looks so gorgeous, slightly more mature-looking than the MSD but so refined in her own way. I'm instantly sold, I can't wait for her preorder now!!

Oh, I had no idea! When I went on Bimong's site I only saw the new stuff for Narin and the MSD scale Naraes. Didn't realize this SD Narae is going by the name Eva! She's super gorgeous and I'm so excited to see her completed.

 

Eva is the new female head that is SD size. Grey is the new SD male head.
