I'm Mara, a lifelong cat-lover, fan of nature, environmentalist, artist and student of Graphic Design. Fan of science fiction, fantasy, action, supernatural, history, cultures and decently developed stories and characters, and a lover of music that stirs me.

I'm also a bit of a wanderer, as I've lived in various places across the US, including the northwest, California, New York, and the Midwest. My goal is to never stay too long in one place, and explore the world (and the universe) when the opportunity arises.

I have very eclectic music tastes, and love listening to a variety. From Adam Lambert, Darren Hayes, Ace of Base to Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Rupaul, The Eagles, Bush, The Wallflowers, NIN, Weird Al, Green Day, Blessid Union of Souls, Collective Soul, TV/movie soundtracks, Garbage, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty, REM...and the list goes on. I'm not a fan of hip-hop or country, however. Or cheesy, horribly annoying pop, like Bieber, Chris Brown, Kesha (older stuff, newer stuff produced after parting with her abusive producer is pretty decent) or similar.

If I had to give a list of favorite shows, it'd probably include: Teen Titans (original cartoon), Charmed (it feels weird to have to say the original, now that there's a reboot...), Fringe, Gravitation, Star Wars: Clone Wars/Rebels, The Dragon Prince, Steven Universe, Rupaul's Drag Race, Bones, Are You Afraid of the Dark (for nostalgia), Young Justice, Trollhunters, How to Train Your Dragon (TV series and movies), 3Below, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Avatar the Last Airbender and Legend of Korra, with other stuff I like being Doctor Who, Star Trek series, Fruits Basket (first anime & 2019 reboot), Hell Girl, Scrapped Princess, Mai-Hime, Kim Possible, etc. I really could go on.

In the past couple of years of been getting back into gaming, my current obsession being Star Wars: the Old Republic. Generally a Zelda, Sonic and Mario fan from my childhood titles, loved me some classic DOOM (hoping to replay the OG, and eventually the newer stuff), Castlevania (III, Simon's Quest was a childhood favorite), just began testing the waters of the Dragon Age series (which I need to get back int, SWTOR's been eating up my game time as of late), hoping to try out Mass Effect: LE when I can obtain it, amongst others.

Titles I've picked up on Steam that I've played a bit of or need to give a shot: Gris, Star Wars: Fallen Jedi, UnderTale....

Oh—and Bendy and the Ink Machine. My first Steam game, which I need to complete one of these days—

As for my taste in BJDs, I prefer realistic to stylized. Elf ears are also a big thing for me—love them. Although, when it comes to cats...I'm not quite as picky. I me a good kitty girl or boy, anthro, realistic, or what might have you. I just love cats
