First, all three LM wigs required quite a bit of tweaking to look similar to the pictures; no amount of styling has made them look identical to what was pictured. I am happy with the way they look, but the end result is NOT as pictured. As for the LR wigs, I bought two identical wigs in different sizes and colors. The larger wig looks close enough to what was pictured. The smaller LR wig doesn't look like the picture - it is still beautiful, but very different from its larger version. It has been my experience with Leeke wigs that the smaller sizes look quite different than what is pictured. Overall, the wigs are well made - they do not shed and the fibers used are of good quality. Were you satisfied with the product? So, I ordered a Leekeworld Ent Soda in Rose skin (no extra requests, nothing special, very basic) on 4/21 by layaway. After talking to some people I realized people were making a bunch of different requests. I had asked them if it were possible to change her to natural skin yet or if it were too late on their board but with reply by email. They said it wasn't too late. I changed my mind and told them I did NOT want to change my order by AOL mail. People who were told they'd have to wait longer because they had special request were getting theirs. So 6/13 I asked when they would be sending mine (in a nice way of course, just curious when they'd do it, not demanding or anything). They said they'd send her soon. Another week goes by. 6/20 I ask them again when they think they will send her. "We checked your order. When we send customers's items, we take turns to finish to pay the payment. I should have to pay the shipping back for their mistake?! The only problem here is AOL didn't save the message that they had replied that they didn't change the skin color. I want to make a reply to them but I can't trust myself to be nice at the moment. They were exceedingly pleasant and cooperative! When I had a couple of issues (described below), they were also very helpful. * How easy was it to pay? They did not resolve the problem. It took several tries to get their rep to understand or accept that they had sent the wrong size (either by error or someone made it too small). After several e-mails with them over the course of a week, they finally offered to accept a return of the wig if I mailed it back to them (they indicated they could use it if I couldn't), but did not specify if they would refund any of my money or pay for the shipping costs to send it back to them. At that point, I gave up and have decided to sell it elsewhere. * Would you order from this company again? No. Although I have been happy with my Leeke orders in the past, when something went wrong they provided poor customer service. It was decent, there was confusion about my address which I had forgotten to add the city and I corrected it but they kept emailing me that my order address is still missing my city. It was okay, I did not use paypal, and when I ordered my credit card company canceled the order immediatly because they were worried it was not a correct transaction, but when I got that sorted, I was not able to pay with my card anymore because several needed options were missing. I guess, but $320 for a doll that is unpanted, comes with no eyes hair or clothes, and is a Yo-SD size is more then I am probably going to pay again for such a doll. I wrote to Leeke about it, and this is the reply I have received: Overall, I am incredibly disappointed and feel sort of betrayed, too. If I had a scales, I would weigh the box with all of its contents to see if it matches the weight on the customs form, but it certainly didn't look like it had ever been opened (no tape over old tape, everything was still in a neatly taped roll of bubble wrap inside the box etc) I do not recommend dealing with them. Had they admitted their mistake and offered to fix up the missing wig problem, I could've lived with wigs that were nothing like what we wanted, but here they're pretty much claiming we lied and that they made no mistake. The wait time for the pre-order wig was too long but the wig is very lovely. One of the wigs suited my doll Howl (Luts) so well, I've decided not to sell him. His head was up for sale for more than a year without interest because I cannot find him a suitable wig. It was a big shock to see him look so good in that Leeke Dollga wig. So, while the black wig is unsuitable for everyone, the brown wig saved Howl from being sold. The special pre-order Oct Mystery wig look good on every doll.

I am, and I'd definitely recommend purchasing a Leeke unique wig to all of my friends now. I wanted to also give a heads-up to others that for some reason, Leeke's system may potentially cut off the city from the address if you use the Guest purchase system; this was my first purchase on a guest account and not on my username as I couldn't remember it at the time of purchase. Leeke would have sent out my wig sooner if I had contacted them asking about shipping much earlier than I did, they said they were holding onto the wig because they noticed the address was incomplete for my order. When looking back at my personal screenshot of the order though on September 28, it was not incomplete. But I checked their site receipt and it did indeed cut off the city. They said they had sent several e-mails trying to get a hold of me with the e-mail address given on the Guest account and I never received these e-mails; so if you purchased with specifically the guest option and are questioning why your order may not have sent, it might be good to post on Q&A to clarify the address.
