(I'm really needing to take some new pics of my Chris -- I've been struggling with my lighting setup, so I have some photos of him that aren't edited yet, because I'm not having the best luck with my camera right now. I did manage to get some atmospherically-lit pics of my EID Pamela, but they're grainy/noisy and not anywhere near as clear as I'd like. Not sure what the problem is, because the same damn setup worked just fine for other dolls in the recent past, argh!)

You know, Chris's sculpt is really amazing - sometimes he's smiling, but sometimes he's gloomy.
I really do like our Chrises - mine, Ashbet's, mine friend's SaikoXIX - they are all different, but handsome, and hope you'll like yours!

Ahaha, I fail. I placed a request to the 'All Iplehouse larger dolls' -thread but of course this is better thread to ask something related to nYID ^^'' Maybe better to ask my request here as well..

I'm going to buy my own nYID by the end of the year but I've a little problem because I'm not sure which one I like more, Rexy or Olivia. Both are really beautiful. I have tried to search for owner pictures of them so I could see more of them and get a better vision what kind of dolls they are and how they would fit to the character. I have found many lovely photos of Rexy but Olivia is harder to find.. I found some from here and Iplehouse nYID photo spam but I hope I could find more.

So, my request. If you have, or know someone who has, Olivia or Rexy, could you post some photos of them? I would like to see their faces from different angles. Also if someone has good skin color comparison photos, I would like to see them too. I'm most likely buying special real skin but I would like to see some comparison photos. ^^''

Don't worry, you're not unclear! I can't help you since I have neither Olivia nor Rexy But there are some around, I'm sure there will be pictures soon.

 

Have you gone on deviantart to look? Just type "Iplehouse Olivia" you will get a tonne of someone's Rebecca who is also called Olivia but you will get to the real Olivia eventually.

Okay, time for me to dodge out coz some of those dolls are too good-looking for my health. I really DON'T need to start on a new size or get any girls. But damn! That Bianca and those Chris's. arrrkk

 

I can't remember if I posted this photo before, Octa, but here is my normal skin Olivia catching a ray of sunshine through the window. Sorry I don't have a Rexy or an nYID in real skin for comparison.

Thank you, Jany ^^; And thank you for the comparison photo! Iplehouse dolls' skin colors are pretty light, and special real skin is kind of a light tan, right? Peach gold is also beautiful, at least what I have seen, but I think I still like special real more.

Sjota your Jana looks amazing! That wig is absolutely beautiful color (I have a soft spot for orange/reddish hair ^^"), and her faceup and eyes look really beautiful too. I love those freckles.

I just received my nYID boy! I'm super stoaked! nYID Juan Type A with Eddie Type B lips. He looks really good, and will look even better when I find his proper wig (somewhere around here....)
Not so excited in the clothing arena... seems he's built like the SID-M in the top and like Nicki Minaj in the bottom. Baby got back. Needless to say... like 2 pairs of pants barely fit and another is a major squeeze. No shirts - just two jackets. So he only has Iple clothes for now and I'm going to have to get rid of all my other stuff. I AM however, super excited that all my shoes fit . He apparently has slightly smaller feet than an SDF boy, so all my LUTS/Leeke shoes fit beautifully.

Thanks Jany! I think I'm going to take all the clothes that I really like and make patterns from them and see if I can recreate something similar in a nYID boy size. There just doesn't seem to be much love for these guys. Even on the Iple website

animerockstar love your Juan - but I am partial - having got one myself. I agree there aren't enough outfits on Iple for the nYID boys - i would love to see more and look forward to your alterations. Love the boots - what make are those and what size?

 

Thank you so much! I have to admit that seeing your Juan sold me on the sculpt I knew he would be perfect for my character. And now I'm pretty sure we are the only two people that own a Juan.
I'm saddened that none of my clothes fit him, but SO glad all my shoes do. LUTS SDF size shoes fit PERFECTLY. Those boots http://dec712241.gdreamweb.com/shop...b_code=B20101202054096&c_code=C20101202056211 are out of stock a lot. But if you request restock on the left side of their page and just check regularly (daily, like I did) you can snag them. I think I've seen them on the marketplace sometimes too. They have a few other boots similar, but I love those boots ^^
I was also afraid that these shoes wouldn't fit because they're so slim and barely fit my SDF boy, but they slid on beautifully like they are meant for the nYID boy. nYID boy shoes are a tight fit but SDF shoes are golden.
Also all my Leeke shoes fit too. Look at L-Boys (7.9cm) first but sometimes you can look at the L-Girls (6.7cm) or LL-boys(8.1cm) because Leeke gives you that "size chart" and I found that some of the girls shoes run big and some of the LL-boys shoes can run small. For instance, I got these boots in the G-size because I thought they might fit (and I really wanted sailor looking boots!) and they wore sold out in the L-boy size. They fit my SDF and my nYID boy just fine!
I got these LL size in black, hoping they would fit my SID-M... he has Flintstones feet, but they're really cool looking and they don't look terrible on the nYID boy. But they don't have a lot of structure to them, so they were really floppy and they hardest shoe to get on (imagine that!)
