I wanted to let you know I heard back from natrume and got everything clarified. The first payment will be $35 for each hand set. I will send that to her along with our order (type/resin choice). The sculptor will begin on the prototype and mold. This can take upwards of 30-45 days. natrume will then send me pictures of the prototype and we can make changes as necessary to our liking. We can make as many changes as we like until we are satisfied! Then casting will begin. ANYONE CAN JOIN UP UNTIL CASTING BEGINS. Once casting begins, THE GO WILL CLOSE. SEP : I've been in contact with natrume asking a few questions because after setting up the GO I ran into a few... loose ends. I wasn't sure what the sculptor preferred, individual or a GO but I hope we can do a GO because that would save on shipping AUG 10: I wanted to add that I asked natrume about resin color and the sculptor can do white skin as well as normal skin. AUG 7: I have great news everyone! natrume responded back to me and said each pair would be 35usd if we ordered 20 pairs total. Cheaper if we order more! I told her that was fine because a lot of us wanted plenty of notice to get funds for the hands so I asked for an ETA. I think it's very sweet and it makes photo stories (personally) tug heartstrings. Ideally I'd like for these hands to be flexible on most SD doll ball joints. Not too small and definitely not too big. I think the Delf, Feeple60 & Soom SD joints are perfect examples so I think it'll be a great guideline. For those of us subscribed, no, it doesn't, sadly, but if you post in the thread too when there's been an update, then we'll know! That's good to know about the timeline (and I'll wait to see the new ETA); I don't even have both of my boys yet anyway, so I'm personally in no hurry. Just a couple pieces of advice, animerockstar (from someone that has run GOs before. ) When you update, its a great idea to also post in the thread something like "update in first post" OR the actual update. It bumps the thread whenever a new post is made. It also helps for those on the run to have the new update at the top of the first post instead of buried in the middle somewhere like you currently have it. Also, marking the new update in a color helps those that are at work and only have a couple minutes to zero in on any updates. I've seen people that run GOs mark new updates in red/a color and take the color off of any old updates OR make the new update a different color. Honestly, I'm in no hurry to have my two sets of hands, especially if its well after Dollism and/or the holidays even! Hope this helps! Ryu

Hello everyone! Long time no talk! Forgive me.... I started a new job in Aug that sucked pretty much all of my time. Starting up a new company is exhausting. But I finally moved and my work commute is shorted from 60-75 min to only 5 min! No more passing out after work! I've gotten back in contact with natrume and the sculptor is ready to accept our commission! She needs a definite number now so we can get a price quote. Okay just to clarify: When I'm looking for a "definite" number, I'm looking for a number I can give natrume for our "quote" number. This is not a 101% commitment from you that I'm going to hunt you down or leave negative feedback if you don't buy these hands Basically if you were "on the fence", hop off and make a decision. I would assume the hands are going to be around the original quoted price clowve got ~$60. Obviously if they jump up to $80 or something... I understand your decisions changing. After we have a quote price THEN I will run it like a GO and people can order and whatnot. Please PM me if you have ANY questions!
Hey everyone! Just letting you know I have some really good news! I heard back from natrume and she said the sculptor will do each pair of hands for $35 if we order at least 20 pairs total. That's half what we were anticipating! At that price I might be able to get 2 pairs! Also the more pairs we order the price will go down.
Wow, that's really a great price! I might have to consider sneaking in an extra pair for that price, even if I don't have definite plans yet...
A few updates to the thread: NS and WS are available so have your resin choice in mind when the order takes place. Also I told natrume we are ready to order and what the process would be (and how long it would take). I assume there will be a prototype/sculpting period and then a production period

A couple of questions. Is it "20 pairs total including both clasping and entwined hands" or "20 pairs NS and/or WS?" Or some other combination I'm missing. If its "20 pairs total," I'd like to have the one pair of entwined hands added back in to my order. At that price, I can't pass it up! Oh, and in NS please! This should knock it up to 19 pairs. Hey Ryu! I updated the info to specify that it's 20 pairs total regardless of sculpt or resin color. And I plan to open the ordering now so start saving your money! I'll also ask if we reach 20 pairs and the sculptor starts working on the molds, can people still add orders before casting. In case you still need some time

I think things were put off for a bit, until things became finincially better for not only the GO-runner, but for others as well. If not, then I didn't get an invoice either. *shrug* Ryu
