Just wondering if they have shipped any of the dolls for those in the waiting room?
I really hope they won't lag behind in the shipping schedule ;-;

 

I think they are lagging thus far in their predictions. I ordered a head 10-15 minutes after their sale started and it has yet to be shipped out.

Yes it has been listed as "Before Shipping" since last week as well. I'm assuming they will email everyone when it changes possibly, I got a email on the 23rd confirming they had updated my status on my later purchase. Just anxiously waiting (>w<)/

 

Still in "before shipping" since last week, and I'm at the top of the list (But I've placed an order for a full doll and two heads, so...). I will keep you informed if anything changes !

They still haven't replied on Q&A since 24th to confirm my final payment :<
I hoped they could ship my boys on or before June 3 according to the shipping plan.

 

They can take quite a while to reply to messages ^^; But i guess they should be replying to your soon!

I paid off Bel Canto on the 14th but haven't heard anything. For whatever reason I can't get in to view my message from them on the Q&A but they replied on the 15th. My order says payment confirmed, but hasn't changed to before shipping. I hope I don't have to wait forever.

Based on the shipping dates, they said it'd be by 6/3 for a full doll, but seems like they haven't shipped out those who only bought heads either... :\

Probably. I figured it just says we received your payment, blah, blah, blah. I originally ordered on March 16th, so I figured he would be with the before shipping bunch by now. Hopefully by the 3rd then

Mine's been 'before shipping' for about a week now and I ordered just a day after they opened the sale. I wonder if they plan to do one huge shipment at once?

 

Hopefully they would ship soon!! I don't know how long the more the people who placed their orders later have to wait if they don't ship soon.. :'(

They do say on the plan that it could be delayed by a couple of days, I'm thinking maybe Monday-ish at the latest? I would think they would do one big shipment all at once, but either way I don't mind waiting! I am so excited though, I have a brilliant faceup artist who is going to work on him for me and I just can't wait to see what she does with him

 

Uggh I payed off my CO on May 9th and I just got a response on the Q&A saying that they didn't know which PayPal payments were mine. I wrote back as soon as I could but it might take a while for them to see that message.

It just makes me sad thinking he might already be here by now if I had been more assertive.

 

Well, the due date for my order to ship is tomorrow (give or take a few days, as they said in their notice).

Kinda off topic but.... For those of you who use layaway: did you know about PayPal Credit? Any order over $99 is eligible and you get 6 months to pay with no interest. The seller gets paid in full, up front, and your order gets started immediately. In the meantime, you have 6 months to pay. The downfall is after the sixth month you have to pay interest. I always break the total up into five payments for five months just in case.

Maybe not an option for all, but I love it! I get my dolls faster and I have more time to stretch the payments out over several more months which makes the payments lower. You also don't have to deal with missing layaway payments!

I sound...like an infomercial! LMAO. Anyway, I just want to help you guys get your dollies faster!

That's actually really interesting. I've seen it pop up every time I make a large purchase but I never paid much attention to it. So do you get to use it as often you want? It's not just a once in a lifetime kinda thing? This would be a great option for buying a doll I can't get on layaway.

@Dralexina Yes, you can use it as often as you want, so long as you don't reach your credit limit. I have been using the method for years, not just on doll purchases. The more you use it and pay your charges off on time, the higher your credit limit. Just make sure you pay it off before that cut-off date to avoid paying interest.

Awe, I didn't get a shipping notification. I made a big order, so maybe that's why. Maybe next week.

I got my M today! He's strung pretty tightly, but stood right out of the box. I'll post pictures later when I get some more clothes for him and some eyes.

Have you tried quoting it, and removing the [ quote ] and [ /quote ] tags at the beginning and end? That should keep the formatting.

I was a little disappointed that IOS didn't send a nice box like my other head came with.
They sent him in a thin plastic cylinder bin thingy. But suppose it won't matter once his body arrives.

YAY! So freaking excited! I was hoping to see him before I leave for my vacation.

 

Ahhhh the March 18 dolls have started shipping, fingers crossed mine is in the next run x3

I'm gonna go look through the arrivals gallery later and see if there are any dolls home yet!

 

My Blue and Mezz will stay in the customs for a while I'd been charged around 150USD tax and I'm practically broke. Pfffft.

No... they underdeclared pretty perfect and even said it's a used doll.
But here in my country, the customs is a freaking joy-killer to every collector/ hobbyist. They'll milk tax on bjds like it's electronics.

Plus, I believe I told IOS to change my receiving address (a very faraway province because parcel going there are less likely to be taxed so high) on my last payment and they e-mailed me and said yes... however, they still addressed the parcel to the capitol and central mail exchange is there so I am called out.

Anyway... I am still thankful because of the discount I got. I am just praying now for my salary to come.

 

My new boy is now home~ I'm so happy with him oh my gosh, plus the revised Class70 fits SD17 clothing perfectly. (Good thing 'cause I planned the outfit ahead of time. :'D) On to doing a faceup, eyyyy >w<

@Deux Silences That's really good to know! I have a ton of SD17 clothes from my boy's old body, so I'm glad to know they'll still fit! They were really loose on his old body, so I'm glad to hear they might fit better now. ^^

 

For those of you who have had dolls shipped already. Did they provide a tracking number right away? They said my order would ship on June 14th, but my account still says "before shipping". I asked them about this, but it seems they Q & A board is at a stand still. Just curious, thanks in advance.

 

Yes they include the tracking number in the email they will send you once they shipped your parcel. And your order status should be 'on shipping' if it's 'before shipping' then they still haven't ship it.

 

@Anshishoku Likewise @Leibniz27 mentioned I also got a email with the tracking # and it appears on your order page. It seems they have gotten behind or paused. Perhaps they are overwhelmed over there, have a friend waiting like you for an update on the boards.

 

Seems like they have started answering some threads on the Q&A just today. Give them sometime and I believe they will reach your soon! ^^ Maybe they would have shipped your item out even before they reply to your thread! XD;

Finally, shipping status has changed on my country from being held at customs to released from internal office yesterday. Hopefully, I get my dorrie body instead of the dreaded "white letter". (TT)

I'll admit that while I'm happy everyone else's dolls/heads are starting to ship out, I'm a little sad I've heard nothing about my own two heads...perhaps I'm just impatient.
