Bought a pair of platform shoes. The post office gets confused because I live on the border between two towns, so there was a bit of a shipping delay. Suki-ru handled it like a pro. She noticed the weirdness in the package tracking before I did, let me know that the post office was having an issue, and was ready to work with me if it didn't come through even though it was a problem with the post office and not her fault at all.
