Eyelashes

On my first faceup... does anyone glue lower lashes on their dolls' faces? All I see usually is painted or drawn lowers - with artificial upper lashes consistently being glued on. But some extremely expert and gifted artist dolls APPEAR to have 3-dimensional lower lashes on my computer screen. I cannot tell if they are just extremely talented or they actually do glue them on.
