What a fun theme Volks Yuu Morisawa is my old favorite for this... *Lurks to see other cute faces*

 

I think you would like Xaga Doll Souffle, she bears some resemblance to these two cuties
Edit to add Volks Noa (SDM-F-70) can be painted with the :3 mouth and looks so cute with it.

Honestly, I didn't know Doudou existed, but she's super cute! Definitely has that :3 face.

 

2D Doll Lan has a cute little 3 mouth that's upturned on one side! He's a big boy, but he's awfully cute looking (and really underrated as a resin anime boy)

They also have the 41cm CaiCai girl, who has a 3 mouth in her faceup (though I think she's a mouthless sculpt)

There's also a few 1/6 scales with that style mouth: Soya, Gugu (boy), Meiji, and Cookies has a straight-up cat mouth. And two 14cm littles Sandwich and Tart

Xaga doll has some cuties: Big Baby Mousse and MiTata, 26cm Kuku, Milk, and Tata, and 14cm Tatami

MYOU Big Baby Loretta and their YoSD Carol could both work, too!

Not a 100% match for the full :3 experience, but I always felt like my Iple Arvid is surprisingly strong on that front for a realistic male sculpt
