I bought a Dollmore Glamor body from Ara* on layaway, and I can't recommend here enough. She was very pleasant and nice to deal with, always replying in a prompt way. She was also very helpful and dedicated when arranging for the shipping (shipping to South America can be troublesome, unfortunately), kept me informed of available options and procedures, and included some chocolates as extra gifts It goes without saying, the doll body was carefully packed as well.
Last but not least, I also enjoyed chatting with her through the whole transaction. She's a very friendly person, and I'd love dealing with her in the future (even if overseas trade in this hobby tends to be so unncessarily difficult!)
