Awww, what cuties these Shabees are! Ellyce is such a little lady, whereas I feel like hugging morelle's little girl and tell her not to be shy . Their expressions are so different!

May I present Clarissant in her new wig? This is The One, as far as I am concerned. I'm glad it makes her look quite different from her twin brother. She's also wearing a crochet coat/dress that I received as a swap gift at a meeting last weekend. I'm so delighted with it - it looks as if it was made especially for Clarissant XD!

My Narsha is a redhead too! This wig arrived with another doll, but she snatched it within minutes of it's arrival and refuses to wear any other wig!


The jeans are by Becky Colvin made for Effner's 13" little darling. They fit perfectly!

 

the dollmore skin tone goes really nicely red hair doesn't it? your girl is a cutie too.

I had Narsha, once, and was stupid enough to sell her. Now I have her on order again.

did you know dde now carries dollmore dolls? that may mean cheaper shipping for people in us, and it means you can get the dolls on layaway now

 

Fabric, Friends and Dolls has been carrying Dollmore, with layaway. That's where I ordered my Narsha.

 

oops guess it was only news to me then. i was just excited 'cause it means i'll be able to get zihu this year! (i don't get the cheaper shipping, but i do use the layaway!)

 

Dollmore will do layaway too! I've never done it but I asked once and know people who have used it....Cheaper shipping is always nice though. And really, other than Dollmore I've ordered from DDE the most. I may never use the DDE option though, unless DM releases something really pricey I NEEEEED and can't afford...because I like ordering directly from them.

But yay for Zihus auntbear!

Ugh, I am so in love with Zihu's face, and the pictures you all have posted in this thread are making me want her even more!!

Zihu's face is so mature looking, I want to try to experiment with hybriding her. I'm planning to try a resinsoul body!

I've always found Narsha to be so beautiful, she is so finely sculpted!

My sweet Narsha is here, but I can't have her until early July, she's my b'day present. I love her, it's so nice to have her back. Unfortunately Dollmore sent me a less than perfect wig, and forgot her default underwear. Iris has already emailed them about the underwear.

 

what a great b'day present! did she come with a faceup or will you be doing a custom?

 

She came with default face up. I wanted her to be ready to play on July 2nd.

 

i can see that, it's fun to do the faces, but frustrating when you have to wait to play 'cause the weather doesn't cooperate to get them done.

 

I also don't do face ups. They'd be better off blank, lol!

I took a photo of my second Zihu, Lovell, together with his recently arrived older brother Florens. Well, in fact they are both girls, but let's pretend we don't know that :P.

Missing from the picture: the eldest brother, Gingalain. He has no clothes yet, and he doesn't even have anything he can borrow, like Florens is doing at the moment. Gingalain is a Dollmore Theo, and the family resemblance really delights me XD.

I just got a Narsha from Ladi from here on DOA. OMg she is SOOOOO gorgeous. I love this size!!! Are there any other dolls out there that are the same size as her? I'd love to collect more of this size.

 

There is the Zihu which others have posted about here, one of Narsha's "friends" from Dollmore, and they're no longer in production but Customhouse's Little Junior Ai were the same size, so check in the marketplace for them. Congrats on getting a Narsha, I've been wanting one for 8 years :-)

 

Narsha is wonderful, isn't she? I'll have pics of mine in another week or so. I need to get a photo of the sisters; DM Alexia, DM Narsha and DM/DearDoll Shabee.

 

Btw, there's also Coco and Shabee, two more of Narsha's friends. Off topic for this thread are the Iplehouse KID dolls, they are also a similar size.

Thanks everyone for all the other dolls for me to look into. Narsha Zihu is the one I bought from Ladi. I can't stop looking at her. She is so unique and so beautifully customized!!

i would be really sad if they stopped production of the zihus before i got around to getting her. it's just those darn le's keep bumping her down the list!

 

I used to own a Narsha... I miss her SO much... going to get her back some day... but probably reshell the character into Zihu. I love how realistic she looks!

Oh, does anyone know... did Gu Mi Jung make Banji too? She looks exactly like Narsha just tiny size haha.

 

While I have never seen Banji credited to Gu Mi Jung, I think she must be! Or maybe she is a reduction of Narsha. Someplace there is a comparison of Narsha and Banji where they are sized to the same height. They look identical!

 

I owned one, they are like exactly the same... just different size. Darling little thing but TINY.

BUT, to stay on topic... I lost (almost) all the old pictures of my old dollie and I'm so sad... but just found this other one. Very crappy but it's the only other one I have.

 

I agree, Banji and Narsha are twins. I'm not sure who came first, Banji or Narsha..

 

I think Narsha came first. But I could be wrong!

Thanks for the info, Nancy. I had a banji once, but she was too tiny and stick-like for me. Then I saw Narsha and was like 'ah ha'; The tiny girl I liked was in a size more suited for me.

Nancy, I think Banji is a scaled-down version. I seem to recall a comparison that enlarged Banji, and she was pretty identical to Narsha.

I'm not sure I've shared my Hana before, at least not in a long time. She's been here since 2006, but she got a new faceup and wig recently.

Dollmore came out with a new Narsha... (http://www.dollmore.net/shop/step1.php?number=13155) and OMG... I am SO tempted... I really want a Zihu though... but this one... soooo tempting... >_<

 

I just saw it. I LOVE it so much!!!! If I wasn't going to Dollism I would so find a way to get it. I would be happy with just the outfit!!
I'm really in the mood for another Narsha, or like sized doll though. I've pretty much decided I want some kind of hybrid with the Narsha body someday.

 

I thought I wanted Zihu over Narsha but man... she still has such a hold of my heart... I JUST got Mokashura and ... I really shouldn't... but but but.. birthday... Christmas... gimmeeeeee lol

 

I loved Zihu myself, but after owning one I realized Narsha fits better with my group. They are equally beautiful to me though. But that LE Narsha....damn. It doesn't even look like the same doll.

I've had the idea to mod mine, but I'm afraid of ruining it. I might try for a second head to see if I like what I would do...BUT that would be a project for coming years XD

 

Lol.. that LE Narsha has tempted me too... I've been wanting Zihu... never though Narsha can be like that.. totally awesome what they did with the LE version.

 

Yeah I keep looking at owner pictures and trying to decide which I want... it's such a hard choice, they are both so beautiful in their own way! I used to own a Narsha though and looovvveeedddd her... and want to replace her character... Thinking I should replace her into a Narsha again since it's what I know and love. I have no experience with Zihu.

Though I'm sure by the time i have the money the LE will be gone... only 3 left!!! x-x

 

My only problem with Zihu was the eyes were too small. It was my transition doll between a Leeke D Bebe and a Dollmore Pado - and both of them have giant eyes. Zihu was perfect but the eyes are tiny, it just didn't work. Narsha's eyes border on too small (seriously, Bebe's eyes are giant) but are large enough that I think it's ok.
