Hello! You all have beautiful dolls! Does anybody have picture Narsha and Littlefee together? Do they make good siblings? I tried to look but never found one.

 

i was taking pictures today of ananda so i got eilidh (littlefee pipi) to sit with her for a quick comparison picture. the sculpts don't match well enough for me to say they look like sisters but size wise i think it works

some msd stuff fits just a little long, so it looks like the stuff you buy for kids with "grow room". but it's kind of hit or miss. poor ananda has the fewest clothes of all my kids. i really want a nice pair of jeans for her.

 

The happiest of holidays to all I'm delighted to say on this Christmas morning I was told that a Narsha boy is making his elegant way home to me! He is the french resin version and while I am aware of the way this type of resin just yellows with a vengeace, I don't mind in the least. I simply adore that gorgeous translucence of French resin and the way it yellows has always intrigued and delighted me. I'm so thrilled to be welcoming my very first Narsha and the largest of my tinies

I saw on Materiel Celeste (I think ?) someone who had her Narsha with Yo-SD feet!
I found this really great and would like to know if anyone on here did this ?

I think the person said she bought them on Dollmore for a better match but I cannot seem to figure out where she found them...

Hi guys! Narsha and friends are just so beautiful! I'm thinking of getting one. I'm wondering if they can fit a yo-sd size wig? 6-7 I mean? Because on Dollmore they say it's a size 7 so I don't know. Thanks for your help

 

they can wear a stretchy 6-7
7-8 is way too big.

 

My Narsha tends to share wigs with my LittleFee and Narae, so 6-7 definitely.

 

i have a shabee (narsha friend) and she is definitely a 6-7 as well

AJ's new friend is a Bimong Chuu on a MinoruWorld Jr body. I really love this size!

hey guys, i just had a question. it says that basic narsha girl is "sold out" on dollmore's website.

does that mean permanently sold out? or just for now? (the french resin ones are available, but i would want the regular resin)...

I bought some yo-SD items at a meet this weekend and I'm happy that though they are really tight, they fit
But shoes did not, even if they were a little bigger then "normal" yo-SD shoes, they still need a few millimeters to fit D=
I really need to get smaller feet :V

Great dolls everyone!

I've been lurking here for a while, but now that I'm actually considering buying a Narsha, I have a few questions. What's the difference between normal and French resin? Is that the only difference between the basic Narsha and the LE versions? Is it worthwhile getting body blushing? Does anyone have a picture that shows the body blushing?

How easy is it to find clothes? What other types of dolls can they share clothes with?

Hope this isn't too many questions! Thanks for taking the time to read this!

 

i only have normal skin so can't say definitively, but i've heard that the french resin yellows more and more quickly.

as far as body blushing goes, it depends on whether you want blushing and whether you are willing to do it yourself. i personally never bother because i do my own, but then i do my own faceups as well, so i'd rather do it myself and then do touch ups when it wears off....

I love her wig!

I don't bother with blushing the body. It just rubs off. They can wear some of the Helen Kish 14" doll stuff, same size shoes too. They can wear the same t-shirts and tops as the Iplehouse BID, but dresses would be too short and would fit as a top. I think the limited editions have to do with the faceup and outfits. The sculpt is the same.

auntbear, thanks for the answer! Good thing you mentioned French resin yellowing more...I liked the look of it from the pictures on the site, but it might be a bad choice if it yellows badly.

Does anyone have pictures of normal compared to French resin? Has anyone had experience with the French resin yellowing more?

DancingBee, thanks for all the info! It's very helpful to know that the body blushing wears off - I probably won't worry about paying that much extra for it! It seems a lot to pay to be hidden under clothes anyway. It's great that BID tops fit! Ivy is really a darling!

Yeah, if your dolly didn't wear that much clothing it would be worth it. I think it looks lovely, it's just not practical for me.

I feel like such a terrible doll owner, I haven't taken pictures of Toby is ages. He's soooooo temperamental. #___#

Though, I have been thinking of giving him a new face up and body blush to cope with his odd spots.

It's ok, not the best stitch work (I'll admit it first!), but I like how it looks on him. It's made from an old shirt of mine, one of the sleeves had been munch on by moths so I cut them off! It ended up working out best for Toby. 8D

I still need shoes for him. :I

Oh yeah... I totally came on here to ask a question then got distracted by pictures. Does anyone know what size Leekworld wigs fit on Narsha dolls? Alternately, any other good wig companies/sizes that fit Narsha well? I'm trying to find more wigs for her. Thanks! ^_^

No they can't wear yosd Leeke shoes. They have bigger feet. I buy shoes that were made for Helen Kish 14" dolls. They fit great.
