I'm pretty sure I ordered my doll legend seth in pink skin.
What matches DL pink the best as far as other companies? I'm considering selling his head.

Hi I was just wondering if anyone here happens to have a Doll Legend 70cm body and a Switch head? I want to know what the proportions are like for a Damhyeon/Sohwa/Soseo sized Switch head. Thank you!!

 

After less then a year of ownership I have to yeet by DL 60cm boy over pet bills, uuugh, still trying to get approved here lol. Anyone know what matches their pink skin? I don't have anything like it.

Just ordered a 44cm boy body... any idea what wait times are like for doll legend?

 

Wanted to see if anyone has advice on Doll Legend's jointed hands. Been looking at getting a pair since I love the aesthetics of them more than any other style I've seen, but I'm not sure whether I should go with the 1/3 or 70cm ones. I got the 68cm Loongsoul boy and the 1/3 hand size seems to match his hand measurements more minus the part that fits in the socket which looks like it will be a bit on the small side. Not sure if the 70cm ones though will be too bulky.

 

Here is my comparison of the two sizes. The wrist socket is almost the same.

Thank you so much for the photos! Yeah according to the measurements from DL, the ball is only a .2 difference on the two. It is just Loongsoul has such huge balls at the end of their hands so they sit so high. The 68cm body is such an in between size so I keep going back and forth. Personally I find the standard hands on the body a bit too feminine for my tastes, but usually jointed hands look a bit bulkier to me to begin with so the 1/3 ones seem like they might be the safest bet since they are about the same size. Worse case there will just be a bit of gaping, which is easier to deal with than hands that just flat out look to big.

 

Hi! Does anyone own the 58cm female body? Looking into it for a hybrid and wanted to know what people thought of it. Thank-you!

 

Bit of a long shot, but is there anyone with a 70cm body who can tell me what size s-hooks I'd need to restring the hands and feet? All my current s-hooks are way too short, but I can't find anything longer than 1 inch that'd be thin enough to fit in the channel! I purchased the body secondhand (outside of DOA) and didn't realize until it was too late that the seller never followed up after telling me she'd forgotten to include the hooks.

 

@kaitan Alice collections sells s-hooks that will work in narrow channels. They are under the OTHER heading .

 

Those were the hooks I've been eyeing, I was just nervous to order since they don't list any measurements. I'll give them a try!

 

Does anybody know whether there's a way to get them to make custom colors?
Or can show me how dark/translucent the gray skin is in reality?

I have a WS Heliot on the 70cm body, and I hope one day to have the gray Lordstar Heliot too. Would love for him to have the same body too, but getting gray to match is already hard enough as it is and Soom isn't "imported" (i.e. translucent) resin.

 

Doll Legend is the same people as DF-H, and DF-H does resin matching so perhaps Doll Legend does too?

 

Hi everyone! I want to get Doll Legend jointed hands for my Supia girl, but I'm not sure what resin colour I should choose. Some previous posts say it can be rather random so i'm all the more confused...

My girl is a Normal Skin, she's a few years old but I don't think she has yellowed at all. I really don't know which to pick between White, Normal Pink or Normal Yellow, and I don't own any other doll to compare the Supia skin with (blue skins don't help ahah). So I'm a bit lost. What do you think?

I have the same question, trying to get a pair of gray long nail hands for my Euclase, but not sure how the skin color's going to match.

I just asked Alice Collection about resin matching service, this is what they told me:
"Yes they offer custom skin color service, but they don't offer this service if the order only includes hands or head, it's only available when the order includes doll or body..."

So I guess it depends on what you are buying? Well I know my gray hand's out of the window now LOL

 

Hello! I just found out that doll legend has 1/6 jointed hands!!! Being me, someone who loves jointed hands, I wanna get them for my little yosd on the way. Anyone know if any of their colours matches a doll family h normal pink? Or which would most closely match. Thank you all so much in advance

 

Gosh, this is a slow thread, and I was hoping to find info on the Legend 58cm Girl Body. Does anyone have one? What do you think of it?

 

Lol wow very few people on the Doll Legend thread huh? Whelp it's just by chance that I'm getting one, found a fullset in stock on DOLK's US site that I absolutely loved and should be arriving at some point within the next month or so. It's a Sisca in white skin. I freaking love peacocks, they are my favorite bird, and his outfit just screamed peacock to me lol. Dunno if I'll end up keeping Sisca in the end, but we'll see!

 

Does somebody knows the waiting time? Does it take long for the doll to be made?

@IngieBee I sure will!!! I literally just received a confirmation email from DOLK that he was ready to ship!!! He was a bit delayed due to the Lunar New Year but yeah he's on his way home!!!!

 

Ugh guys I've been waiting on my poor Sisca for so long. DOLK keeps telling me different things. First they told me he was already in the US, that turned out to be false, then they said it was in the distribution center, but now they are saying there are shipping delays due to bad US-China relations. They said they would contact EMS China to confirm the status, because they haven't done that yet. Hopefully he'll be home soon...I've been waiting for over 6 months for an in-stock doll lol!

 

Wow, was it insured? It sounds like it was lost in transit which is more likely than " bad US relations". Did you get a tracking number?

 

@IngeeBee yeah I did have a tracking number. I have no idea if it was insured, I didn’t have that option when I ordered it. They keep saying it has arrived in the US and is awaiting transit but I call the US post office and they say it’s still in China. I’m now out over $700 because I’m out of time to file a PayPal dispute :,(

I’m really sad and upset DOLK would do this, I don’t know what else to do. They won’t give me a straight answer :,(

 

To maybe give you hope, I had a package from Canada lost in Chicago for 4 months, but one day it just showed up! I just hope yours will show up (fingers crossed)

 

Can someone give me a measurement on the 1/3 girls neck please? ;3 I ordered some bits and bobs back in July and am now wondering if I can use them for a different project. Thanks!

 

Does anyone know if this company is still operating? I went to buy another doll on ACBDJ and there is nothing on the page, and when I tried to find the company website I couldn’t,

 

@jabberwocky92 DL closed down operations a few months ago, but recently noted that they plan to reopen in May of this year.

 

Damn hopefully they reopen again, I adored their dolls and was really hoping to finally get one of their big boys to go with my SD girl,

 

Does anyone have the Doll Legend 60cm female body? I know the company is discontinued, but I'm wondering if anyone has any measurements on it? I just got one through second-hand sale and am wondering about the measurements

 

I noticed that they were gone from AC, but I didn't know that they actually closed down. I'm sad, I really liked their boy body and planned to buy it some day. It's the most beautiful boy body I've ever seen

 

Not sure if this is maybe just the website not having been updated, but Doll Legend dolls seem to be available on Luts website under "Brand dolls". Has anyone else seen this?

 

@keksmitmilch I just checked out the Luts site and I see they have dolls and heads on there, but no bodies =(
