Tell me, has anyone ordered a Maggie? I searched in Google and Flickr photo box openings Maggie, but none found.
I think Maggie might be older sister my Chloe...))))

 

Never seen a Maggie but here's my new Ruby! I just love her and her little teeth!

Perhaps this has been asked elsewhere (sorry if so!) but does anyone have a comparison between the white/normal/tan skins in one pic?

 

I can't remember if it's in part 1 or 2, but there is a comparison between normal skin and tan skin that I posted of mine and Impish Parody's girls from last June

Does anyone know if MonstroDesigns tops like this one fit the large or small bust? It's hard to compare just based on bust measurements - I'm guessing an AquariusDoll body has a larger rib cage than a minifee.

 

Hello Everyone, I'm new to the BJD hobby and i have a Aquarius Doll Ella, I'm wondering where the best places are to shop for clothes, wigs and shoes for my girl. She came with some clothes and two pairs of shoes but I would love to spoil her, just not sure where to find everything

 

I would try etsy first! There are so many awesome shops with many different styles to choose from! Generally, most outfits that fit slim msds will fit Aquarius girls just fine! As for wigs... There is Licht, leekeworld, formydoll...and the list really goes on!

There are lots of places to shop really. Ebay, etsy, different bjd companies also have their own eyes/wigs/clothes shop. It really depends on the type of style/fashion you want her to wear. Anything strike your fancy? Maybe we can help you find specific shops in that style~

Thank you @Beansproutmomo! I have two bodice tops that are too small for my Limhwa Lily (who has a pretty large bust), so maybe they will fit the Ruby I have on my wish list. I'd probably get the small bust anyway.

I've been a long, long time lurker, and everyone's dolls are just so pretty I finally gave in. I put a Sia on layaway * 7 *
I don't know if she'll be done by the time I'm done paying for her or if they'll just start at that time. Either way, I'm super excited!

I do have a question though, how far to the sides can the chest joint bend? I've been searching through a ton of pictures, but I don't think I've seen that photographed.

Thanks, I hope it'll fit ok. Once she has it on for a week or so, it's supposed to mold to her shape anyway, so that should help.
I'll need to find a bottom clothing piece that looks nice with it too...

I want a tan Ava however on their site it say's sold out. How long have they been sold out? I hope they come back soon. I love seeing your dolls. Keep enabling me.

 

I love their bodies and would love to get one for a head I have but I have a few questions...
1) Is it normal urethane resin or the French UV resin used?
2) On their site all the 43 cm dolls are sold out. Will they be returning?

Does anyone have a comparison. Of Aquarius tan skin to fairyland minifee tan skin?

 

Sorry to bother you all, but can anyone who owns a doll in Aquarius' white resin give me an idea of its tone? I'm eyeing one of their bodies for a potential hybrid.
In their photos of Ella it looks pale ivory, similar to SOOM's cream white perhaps?

 

Don't worry about the 43 cm dolls. Aquarius said:
"We will sell AQR Fairy 43 again from Oct.19,2015."

What's everyone been gettig up to with their AQ dolls?

Azami has morphed back into Mia as she wasn't really fitting in as Azami, so I have to try and find something to do with her now

My AQ girl's head is in a box for now, since my pumpkin head is using her body.
I CAN confirm though that this dress style fits the AQ body like a freakin GLOVE. ♥

In real life, the white resin isn't a paper-white, it's more creamy (it isn't edit her the white shown at Aquariusdoll webpage). You can find hybrid pictures in this flickr album. The head is a white Resinsoul Mei on white AQ body. Resinsoul WS is a near 100% match to Fairyland WS (as far as I know, but I've never had one in hand).
