Thank you! I know, Ennui-Faye doesn't come out much. In face I just got Nell out not to long ago after being a recluse.

Thought you all might want to see a before and after photo of my Lillia

 

My poor girl went out for the 1st time to visit a friend whose mother is recovering from breaking her pelvic bone. She wanted to see her too so this morning as we were getting ready to leave my friend picked her up and her right ring finger was missing we found it but I have no clue how it got broken.

I am currently tiring to figure out how to glue or what to do to put it back on.

MY doll is never leaving the house again.

Use super glue Ecchokat if it's a clean break....

 

I glued the finger on as best I could. Its not the pretest thing even but its holding. Does anyone know the ring size of a Lusion figure I am pondering getting her a small ring to cover the break but I don't know how to do ring sizes and all the small rings I have are too big.

 

Have a look at ear-cuffs, some of them make very pretty rings for bigger dolls.

there's a number of people of people on etsy with vintage baby/child rings, which were i guess a trend for a while in the victorian/edwardian era. I've seen them anywhere between size 1/2 and size 3 3/4 (us) -- I've been thinking of getting a ring for Eugenie, only I don't know what size either. there's got to be a ring size chart somewhere. but I think the smallest sizes might actually work, the lusions have those big chubby hands after all

I've lurked on this thread for a few years now. I put a Daish on layaway with Iris at FF&D just recently.

I recognize many of you from Facebook! I'm Jenna BonBon, for those who are familiar with me, :3

Love seeing everyone Lusions! It's going to make my long wait go much faster!

 

*waves* Hi Jenna I love Daish she is so adorable I fell in love with those lips of her, but in the end my Lilia stole me heart. Hope the wait goes quickly for you. Really wish I could warrant having one of each sculpt..lol. I'd get Daish and elf Dahlia. But then I'd also have to get all the Trinities as well..lol. They need a new Lusion to equal out with the Trinities...though I guess human Dahlia would technically be considered the 4th.

 

Hi Kitty! I don't think they are doing much with the Lusions right now. It would be nice if they came out with a new Sculpt. I'm still waiting on a boy Lusion! If they ever do come out with a boy Lusion, I hope they do a really good job! I'd hate to finally see a boy and hate him, hahaha.

I really want a Lillia too. But, I doubt I'd get her. They are big and expensive! I really don't mind the wait. Considering she's my grail doll and I never thought I'd get her. It's just fine by me! Knowing she's on the way is better than pining for her, haha.

Yes a boy Lusion would be great..It would definitely weaken my resolve to only have one Lusion...lol

Not to my taste overall, but I like Dahlia's face-up

 

Oh dear that poor new Daish with the brusing around the eyes looks like she hasn't slept for a month. Not a pretty look at all.

The outfits look like a nice style (with the bodice/jacket on, at least) I might have a go at making a version in nicer fabrics and trim.

the dresses are kinda like a smaller version of the Belladonna dresses. As for Daish I quite like her..lol (not that I would get her..but)..I think it looks more severe looking because of the wig like Klaire didin her photos..it'll be interesting to see who gets her and what other wig styles and colors look like on her. Also does anyone else think it looks like they have freckles?? or maybe its just a play with lights or something. She does look kinda creepy but I like creepy..lol..reminds me of a Marionette doll.

Oh wow I love the new Daish! I wish there were better pictures of her and the outfit. All the black seems to blend the way they posed her and the lighting. But those eyes are awesome. Her make up would need some mods but all is good

 

Since i have seen any movement. I would like to say I put the new Daish on layaway shes going to be my Christmas present to myself as I hope she will arrive around that time I am happy to say that I finally get to join this thread after so long lurking.

Thank you! I love all the Lusions but This one Daish with her droopy sad eyes were so pleading at me. I originally was going to get a dreaming Lusion but this one called out to me with her uniqueness.

I do wonder who else ordered her? Since theres so few of her from what I can see theres only 10 copies for sale or is it just 5? Dollmore edition numbering is very confusing.

Also another thing came to mind. Does anyone know where I could find good eyes for Lusions that are big enough and low domed and also custom made? I seem not to be able to find any good place for anything like it because im currently hunting eyes for my Lusion.

congrats! It does look like according to their site it is a limited of 5. Totally agree about the lighting they did the same for Klaire (who I have incoming). Can't wait to see owner pics of your Daish.

 

Kitty Blue: Thanks! I love Klaire. If only they had a not so limited version of the sculpt or I would consider getting her and making her a man because they seriously need big boys. Lusion boys and Trinity boys. We'd all go crazy over that XD I plan on getting some nice pictures of her when she gets here.

 

Hey there! Stepping in now that I have a Lusion! I was lucky and was able to purchase CheekyLilMonkey's elf Dahlia. She is amazing! I've wanted her for a long time, and when I saw Shara was selling hers with some of her gorgeous outfits and extra wigs and such, I had to buy her!

Her name is Kana. She is my Trinity Lumie's little fairy friend-slash-protector.

 

Awwwee, we already babbled about this in the Lusion and Trinity facebook group, but I can't stay quiet while I'm looking at your gorgeous dolls here in DoA ! * w * So: we paid our Golden Dahlia in the end of may, and her status now is "before shipping" > u < Owwh I CAN'T WAIT, it's so exciting !

Spending this waiting time by making clothes for Bambi (that's gonna be her name~) :3
Now a have a favor to ask: please people post pictures of your lovely Lusions ! It makes this waiting even more difficult, but it's so lovely to see other people's Lusions ^^

You got it Nananut! I totally can't wait! I just bought a carseat for her, so she can ride proper with me when I move next month. It's a long drive and it'll be nice to have her there in the back seat. I won't feel alone. It'll probably be a two day drive. Maybe three, if something goes wrong. Murphy's Law and all that. I just can't wait to get her home. I've wanted her since the day they released her!

 

My Daish, Daisy Bacon, is living a quiet and uneventful life at the moment (it's too hot and sticky to do much), although she did get her foot measured for some Viking shoes the other day.

shironami2376, awww, I find it really cute that you want your Daish to travel safely with you and bought a carseat for her n_n I would be scared to hell if I was in a situation like that - having to move with a Lusion.. Or Trinity.. Or both.. If everything goes as we hope and we some day also get a Trinity, it'll one hell of a ride when we will eventually have to move. But only time will tell, right ? Anyhow, good luck to your moving and fingers crossed that everything goes well ^_^ Oh, by the way, does your Daish have a name ? :3

Teddy, unfortunately we aren't sure how long we'll still have to wait, maybe a month to two months since it has now been.. Well, 7 weeks since we placed her order. In the meantime we're just buying everything fun (accessories, clothes, toys, shoes etc) for her to keep the waiting a bit less unfortunate :'3

I got my Daish today!!! YAY!!! She's so amazing! I think she needs a sister! It will be awhile before that can happen. But I really love Lillia, and I'm starting to like Dahlia too! Here's a quick pic, I'm thinking of calling her Avenleigh-Eleanor. But, we'll see.

 

Oh thats a lovely Lusion! which Lusion is that Shiro? It looks like Orgel Daish for the lips. I'm expecting one (only way I could of gotten her is through a long long layaway XD)

 

I've not heard of Orgel Daish? There is Royal and Tell Me Daish listed on their site.

Shironami: Careful its a slippery slope these big girls...lol. Lilia is adorable I really love mine and I know what you mean about Dahlia at first I didn't like her frowning face...but I've seen some cool faceups that make her smile.
