Reason for choice:

The first doll I truly fell in love with - I coveted every single Lance I saw in owner pics, and desperately wanted that androgynous girl I saw in that face. This was my first hybriding experience: I picked the Dollstown 15year girl body since it seemed to have the right height, proportions and resin matching - and it turned out perfect.

Best Points:

Lance is gorgeous, enough said. I love the lean, athletic, boyish Dollstown girl body after that breast reduction mod. Her limbs are shapely, she makes incredibly natural poses, and of all my dolls she's the most solid and reliable at standing.

Worst Points:

Her hands are mirror-image (I prefer hands in different poses), and lack in detail compared to the rest of her body. She's completely single-jointed - heavily wired to extend posing range, but she'll always be more limited and harder to pose than double-jointed dolls.

Maintenance: Elastic - 4.5mm diameter arms, 3.5mm diameter body. Joints sueded with pleather, fully wired with 2mm/12gauge steel.

Simurg Syr, angel of wisdom.

Cerebral, discreet, resolute.
Her bird aspect is a simurgh, and her season is high summer.

She was the first angel to come to the sanctuary, the whole reason we're here. We know for sure that she's looking for something, and she might've been sent to find it. Why else would she be reading all these books with such single-minded devotion?


Oshidori says,
"I would love to know what Syr is doing here! I know it's pretty important - it's why we all ended up in this sanctuary, isn't it? Well, that's all I know. Syr's such a quiet one. I tried to make conversation, but she just smiles and shakes her head and gives you more tea to drink. I wonder what she's hiding? I'd love to help her. We could help with the mission if we knew more."


Vallant says,
"Yeah, we get along! I mean, she's Justinian's mate, so of course she's cool. I like her! She's like him - we can chat a lot and not grow tired. She doesn't like to run around, though. I've tried to get her out of the house more, ha ha, I keep failing at that. She never wants to join us. Why wouldn't you want to be in the sun and clear air? Ah, it's alright! I go catch up with her in the library. She likes to play go, but I'm not great at it. It's always so warm there, so when I start falling asleep it's time to get out again, ha ha."
