I love the little school outfits. I probably won't order, but I am excited to see your new kiddos!

 

I love my Zuzus, but for some reason it seems like their blushing chips / wears if you so much as take them gently out of their padded pillows! I have resigned myself to treating 'wear & tear' as, well -- let's say it makes them look vintage?

 

I'm happy someone else has had the same experience. I picked her up again yesterday and looked her over again and it wasn't as bad as I first remembered, but I was very upset at that moment. Maybe I will buy her some long socks, haha...

 

Finally, some new-ish Zuzu's releases! I really love the 'D' type makeup *0*

 

Guys, I need your help!
I just got a pre-loved 2008 Corni the Florist Welcome to LUTS - Ball Jointed Dolls (BJD) company that I want to proof is legit. From the previous owner I got the information that it was bought through mandarake (as far as I know they are really great at spotting fakes).

Does anybody can confirm that the old Zuzus came without plate inside their heads?

I don't have a Corni, but I do have a legit Police Officer Persi full set from around the same time and the inside of his head looks the same as yours. Is there a stamp on the inside of the back of the head piece? Mine has a fancy Luts and then a ZDF - 1 stamped into the resin.

 

I've always thought Corni was adorable. Here's My Kitty Cop front view with a face up by me. I thought it would be funny for him to have mask type coloring since he was a cop. He has yellowed quite a bit, but I don't mind. Sorry it's a bit blurry.

 

Dear @Bubble Gum Goth thank you so much for your fast and illustrated answer! Corni and I are very happy to see that the first released ZuZus were made this way. The stamp inside Cornis head looks as detailed and nice as yours (modern ones are way more simply made) and Corni is "ZDF - 2"

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone has a zuzu truffle that they've made a boy?

 

Omg, did you guys see the new Zuzu's? They have a CORGI! I don't know much info on them, but I'm hoping they'll be released soon!!

I was wondering when they were going to put out new ZuZu Delfs! I love the Corgi's little tongue hanging out and I love the squinty eyed one that looks like there's a bubble over his head. Not sure if he's a dog or a cat? Maybe a Shiba Inu?

 

No idea about the release either, I've been begging Luts for a Corgi for YEARS! I'm definitely going to get one and have it painted like my girl irl!!

I'll keep an eye on it and post if I get anymore info on the release of these! I do think the one with squinty eyes is a Shiba Inu too (it has a curly tail), and the middle one looks like a red panda???

According to the text they mentioned corgi and shiba. They've also said "Arabic" series. So... Aladdin? In that case, release should be soon?

As a corgi mum and dog crazy person, I need them in my life. Like, right now.

 

Yesssssssss, Zuzu HYPE! I'm so glad they're *FINALLY* doing something with Zuzu's again!

 

Anyting about when the new Zuzus will be released?

I only have one Zuzu Delf, a Persi that I got back in 2013. And since then I have not felt that there were any limited sculpts that I needed. But I feel that I can't pass on Corgi.

Looks like I won't be ordering Corgi after all,,, Would have really loved to have him join my Persi but I had to prioritize a doll that I feel is even more important than him. Hope there'll be another Corgi release in the future someday. Then I'll get him for sure!

What is Renard supposed to be? I’m having recognising it. I’m assuming Siba is the shiba, haha.

I've been trying to figure out what Renard is suppose to be as well. He looks like their wild sculpt bit with alterations. So we have Aladdin, The princess, Grand Vizier, and I'm guessing both genies that Aladdin had in the original text, nice.

 

Oh my gosh, that red panda! I've never seen a red panda bjd before. if I didn't just buy a Persi a few months ago, I might be a little tempted...

I think Renard might be a little fox. Renard is the French word for fox.

 

Ah okay, because I thought it looked like a wolf but not like the sculpt that already exist.

I believe HDF wigs fits! If you look at the princess' wig, it's "WIG : CDW-10 (Soft Black)" which is listed under the Honey Delf wigs

 

Sorry for the double post, but IT IS DONE! Little Corgi will be mineeeee! I plan on making it a girl though, I ultimately wanted it to be (YET ANOTHER) version of my irl Corgi, but the brown skintone won't work... Would've been perfect if it were white skin!

 

Thank you Sorry for the late reply I'm really hoping I get to order Corgi. I just had a Blythe stripy shirt and light blue overalls that are shorter in the legs ordered. I wanted the type 3 body for it but seems you can not choose body size. Only body offered are type 2. The clothes would probably fit type 3 a little bit better, hope it won't be a too bad fit on the type 2 body.

And congrats Hope I get to order mine sometime after August the 18th or 19th.

 

Oh my goodness, Corgi and Lurus are so stupid adorable. Too bad I have no dolly funds at this moment in time....

Here's hoping Luts rereleases these sculpts at some point!

 

Quick question which type of dog is Truffle? Wish Luts would do a Shih Tsu, would so get it and name her after my Mom's dog.

 

It looks like it could look like any breed from the spitz type of dogs, like Pomeranian or Huskies.

Maybe Truffle is a Belgian Malinois. It's the only truffle hunting dog that even comes close appearance wise on this list.

Aaaa, I’m still excited for my Persi that I ordered through BJDivas on June 2nd. Still haven’t received any update about her, but I’m expecting a shipping update on her any day now!

Hi! I am new to this thread, so I am not sure if I can post here... but~ I would like to share my Zuzu Animal Delf E. KONG MELON DEER ver. who just arrived two days ago! I was hesitant to purchase this little guy at first because I haven't seen any owner photos... But, I'm so glad I went and ordered him! He is super cute!
