Would you rather take a doll on a boat or take a doll into the woods?

 

Into the woods! I've done some fun photoshoots in the woods before. :3

Would you rather take your doll shopping or to the library?

 

Well if my doll was actually a real person, then we would go shopping. If she was still just a doll, then to the library where she has a lesser chance of being damaged.

Would you rather have an army of little dolls (like Minifee size) or a few really big dolls (SD size)?

 

A few really big dolls, I just like that size. Plus, its easier to sew for a doll that is bigger.

Would you rather get many dolls and less acessories/clothes or get one doll and spoil him/her?

 

Many dolls and fewer accessories. I want them to have friends!Would you rather wait a short time for a doll you are not as excited about, or a long time for a doll you are really really excited about?

 

A long time for a doll I am really excited about. It makes it all the sweeter when they get here.

Would you rather have all of your dolls be single or all of them be in relationships but you don't own the doll for their partner?

 

Rather all dolls single, and romance something they can dream of every now and then. Though it might be a tempting daydream - there are so many awesome dolls out there.

Would you rather have a centaur with a fluffy, or a resin tail?

 

Fluffy tail. Preferably something that I could make sleek with a bit of work, the more realistic the better.

Would you rather go for a fiber wig, a fur wig, or some other material?

 

I'd rather have a fiber wig! I prefer the flexibility of styling you get with fiber.
Would you rather only own tinies or only own SD+ ?

 

SD+. The bigger, the better.

Would you rather have a surprise doll for a gift or a gift card for accessories and clothes?

 

If it were anyone from my wishlist, then I would love a surprise doll. If not, then definitely a gift card ^^

Would you rather get the perfect outdoor shot, or the perfect indoor shot? If you knew the picture would turn out great, where would you rather go to take it?

 

The perfect outdoor shot. There is so much gorgeous greenery around me.

Would you rather have your resin doll heads on perfectly matched (off topic) vinyl bodies (with compatible necks) or badly matched bodies that were made of resin?

 

Resin! I could always airbrush them to match
would you rather have all the dolls you want but have a chronic debilitating disease such as cancer OR be extremely healthy but never able to get the dolls you want?

 

Healthy. As much as I love dolls, I value my health higher.

Would you rather get 2 simple looking cheap pairs of doll shoes or one fancy pair of shoes?

 

Would rather get two simple and cheap pairs of shoes. I am not in need of any fancy shoes, at least not at the moment ^^

Would you rather have a doll in a Shota-like style or in Lolita-like style?

 

Lolita! Then I can make lots of lacy clothes!

Would you rather dress a doll only in black clothes or only in white clothes?

 

only black! White is too susceptible to stains and dirt.
would you rather use peanut butter for eye putty or always have your (female) dolls' nip nops extremely visible through her clothes?

First of all....! Nip nops...still laughing. I would have to say have them visible. Don't want to deal with the oil in the peanut butter.

Would you rather go ice skating with your doll strapped to your back or go for a jog with it in one of those baby carriers across your chest?

 

Go for a jog! I'd fall and break the doll for sure in ice skates.

Would you rather have to sell all your dolls and never rebuy those sculpts but have all the money you spent on them completely paid back, or only sell half your collection permanently but get only half the value of each doll you sell back?

 

Since my collection is small, I would say half.

Would you rather have to make all of your BJD clothes yourself? or all of your wigs?

 

Wigs. Most of the clothes I sew look really bad. I really like fur wigs, and I can kind of make them, so I think I could manage with only fur.

Would you rather all of your dolls have black eyes, or only one hand?

 

I would rather my dolls have black eyes, especially if they were nice eyes.

Would you rather have wigs that were all fake fur (mohair, etc.) or fiber?

 

I would rather all my doll have fiber wigs.

Probably a doll without a face-up. I have someone I trust that can get it done for me.

Tracking for an inexpensive doll! I get frantic if I don't have some kind of idea about what's going on.

Would you rather get a free doll for an event or a free outfit, but no choice in either case?

 

Would rather get a free outfit. You always find some way to use an outfit sooner or later (or at least most of the times). But if you get an Event doll that's no use to you at all and you aren't able to sell it either then you've it sitting around... x.x Which is kinda stupid and sad for the poor thing.

Would you rather wait several months for a clothes order that you're really excited for or wait only a few days for a doll that actually isn't even thaaaat important to you?

 

I'd rather wait for several months on that clothing order. I'm a sucker for clothing (and dolls *cough*).

Would you rather buy an extra doll for yourself or a doll for your best friend who keeps coming over to play with your dolls?

 

Buy one for a friend and have them come over! I have so many roleplays going with friends and would love to have them have dolls as well.

Would you rather buy all new releases or all classic dolls that are at least seven years old on the second hand market?

 

I think I'd prefer a new release, but that's more because I'm new to the BJD hobby.

Would you rather have a selection of interchangeable eyes or hands for you doll?

 

haha! I have both! I prefer the hands, though.

Pastel eyes with pupils. It seems like half my dolls are there already. ^^;

I would want the perfect shoes that fit properly.....I need many shoes.have yet to buy some but soon.

A bunch of handmade outfits as that is what I currently have.

Poor lighting, but use it with artistic effect.

I think I'll go with futuristic style for this one, thinking androids and such~

I would go with the sculpt I love. There's a chance that I wouldn't be able to bond with the other one, or even like them.

I think purple if it was more like that grey purple that some companies have.

Blue ^^ because then I think I'd be able to do more with them.

I would rather have expensive eyes come broken in the mail, because those can probably be replaced.

Finger. I've had it happen before, no big thing.

A grab bag of clothes. I don't like lots of wigs... I'm picky hahha!

Eyes, probably. I'd worry about the wig falling off and getting lost, since that's nearly happened a couple of times.

Hmm, I guess I would take the painted on facial hair. Such a fan of wigs!

Smaller doll that's not quite what I wanted. It's more fun to make it what I want.

If there are enough eyes for all my dolls then I would go with favorite material. I don't switch them out much.

Would you rather have a nice, well constructed carrying bag that wasn't personalized at all and looked boring, or a pretty and custom bag that always has minor problems? (zipper sticking bag fraying, nothing serious like strap breaking and dolls flying everywhere)

 

Well made and boring. Sticking zippers are annoying and fraying often leads to falling apart.

Would you rather have perfect eyes and a so-so wig or so-so eyes and a perfect wig?

 

One pair of perfect shoes, definitely. I'm the same way for myself actually

Would you rather have your grail doll but only be able to see it and take pictures twice a year, or have a doll that you feel meh about but be able to take pictures any day you want?

 

I feel like I could work with a doll that I feel kind of "meh" about, give them a good faceup, write up an interesting story... I'd much rather have access to them all the time!

Would you rather your doll have a relationship with someone else in your crew, or with someone else's doll?

 

Considering my crew is extremely tiny; someone else's doll. It would be fun to work out their story together.

Would you rather never ever have shoes or never ever have underwear and socks for your dolls?

 

Never have underwear and socks. Not having shoes bothers me more.

Would you rather have a doll with a wide open mouth or completely closed eyes?

 

Closed eyes, because I could mod or paint them. I imagine it would be harder to close an unwanted mouth than open a doll's eyes.


Would you rather climb a tree to take a picture of your doll on the ground, or have the doll in a tree for a photo while you are on the ground?

 

I've done both, but at my age I think having the doll in the tree is preferable. XD I'd hate for the fire department to have to come because I got stuck in the tree.

Would you rather do photos at an amusement park or on a boat?

 

On a boat. I don't trust all those people running around at the park to not knock someone over or steal them.

Would you rather have your doll get wet or get sticky?

 

It depends on what with. Water will dry and is of little consequence if the doll is properly aired. But 'sticky' can make for less fuss to get off...unless it entails staining. In any case, let's go with 'wet'.

Imagine a very creepy doll; a sculpt that sends tingles down your spine. Would you rather be forced to endure its soulless stare from the display of your favorite and most-frequently-visited doll shop, or in the collection of your best doll friend?

 

The doll shop, because then I'd be trying to buy it. XDDD
