On the way from St. Louis Missouri to Chicago Illinois...heartland of the USA, right off the highway, smack in the middle of flat land covered with wheat, corn and soy fields, is a flea market with a huge metal space ship sitting in their grass yard:

wow ~ I haven't played with my dolls in ages.

Anyway, took Riria out with me today. We went to the former Bidadari Cemetary. It used to be a cemetery, then some years back, the Singapore government decided that the needed the land and exhumed the graves. Anyway, the entire area is a forest and the biodiversity there is amazing. It is a resting ground of many many bird species in their annual winter migration from countries up north. Sadly, time is almost running out for the place and development will start by the end of this year.

Finally, I took Adam to friends who have a garden, which is one of my favorite places.
Looks like he's not quite used to the surroundings yet^^.
