I’m on week 7 out of 10 (hopefully!). I just bought material to make her outfit and I’m probably ordering her wig this weekend.

 

Week 9/10!

I’m growing more impatient but at least I have the holidays to distract me.
I almost ordered her twin brother but I’m waiting on a perfect mold for him. Maybe Withdoll will come out with an Elf Aiden.

 

Week 10/10.

I’m hoping I get a shipping notice soon!

 

She shipped this morning!
It would be a miracle if she arrived on my only day off this week, but either way she shipped!!

So I fell in Love with Kiara but since she's a limited I thought I wouldn't get her. And then Withdoll presented their new JWD girl body and I was crying on the inside bca doll would be too expensive right now. Until my mum asked me if this wasn't a good christmas present. So I ordered her and even if I'll still have to wait for christmas, I am very excited

 

Rolling on in! Ordered a Ruby through BJDivas in Gray skin. Oh she’s going to be so lovely.

 

How long is the average waiting time? I just ordered a withdoll Pooky. I saw one post that said 10 weeks and another that said 4 weeks. Since it's not a holiday season, what do you think?

 

@XYumekoX / If this is of any help to you, I placed an order for a basic JWD on 5/14 with a face-up, and he arrived just yesterday! That makes just a little under 10 weeks for me. Not sure if that time might be cut down a bit if you don't order a face-up.

 

my girl came in today or well, I picked her up from customs. She's so pretty and I'm almost sad that I'll have to give her to my mum soon bc she's my christmas present XD

 

My girl has arrived at the dealer but I am still paying her off.. for as long as I can hold myself off haha

 

Thank you for the reply. I got mine around the 10 week mark as well. I'm waiting on a few pieces of his outfit before I post anything official but he is soooo adorable and his face up is even a bit sparkly with very light freckles.

 

Anyone have any of their dolls arrive lately?

 

I’m waiting on a body that I ordered through BJDivas. I paid in full and they should have ordered at the beginning of September, but still no news :/ Seconding the question if anyone has gotten any dolls recently

 

I just purchased my first bjd doll and I had no idea that you have to wait so long to receive them but I think it makes it even more special. I ordered the JWD Olivia and I'm so excited. Now just 12 weeks before I get to see her. It should be here around my birthday.

 

I'm waiting on an Elf Ruby in White to be my role-play character Diana. I'm really excited, I already have an Elf Hunter Emma and I've loved the Ruby for just as long.

I'm really glad to hear the wait times are roughly sticking to the 10 week mark. I'm just short of 1 week. So a little bit of a wait for me.

 

I just ordered Elf Ian a few days ago. If wait times are what people are saying, I guess I'll be seeing him around March!

 

I placed an order for an Astronaut Ace last week. I first discovered their adorable astronauts like a year ago, way after they had been discontinued and I died a little inside at the time. But last week, I was so startled and excited to see WD's news thread, I thought it was just for the new size Ace, but then I read the fine print where they said they were re-releasing Astronaut Ace! He's my favorite of their tiny sculpts, so it was literally perfect!

I don't think many people have updated the list in a while, so fingers crossed he gets here soon!

I ordered SWD Ruby on layaway about 2 weeks ago. Withdoll had her for $468 back then but for $416 now, I asked them if I could cancel my current order and reorder her for the new price since I don't earn much money at the moment because of the coronavirus shutdown, they said that I don't have to reorder and that they would just give me the discount like that, so nice of them

 

I hopped in at the end of their 20% off sale here. I had wanted elf Vera when she was out originally and somehow completely missed that they'd re-released her!
So I've got one on order now. Hoping by the time she gets her things will either normalize enough I can get a extra set of filters for face-ups or I'll break open the one pair I have to do her finish two of my old ones in storage right now awaiting the completion of their face-ups.

 

I got my order last week. A Priscilla in grey, and an elf Ruby in brown tan. The colours are amazing, as are WDs face-ups and new body. (I don't know about the old one)

They also came with high heel feet and a bunch of extra hands. I'm very happy with the quality.

 

Hello quiet waiting room, I'm jumping in to join you guys.

I loved the original Baby Alpaca release
but wasn't 100% sold on the white alpaca costume. Now that it's available in brown I've pulled the trigger and bought myself a fullset Alex. I'm quite excited!

 

My order switched to "on shipping" which is extremely surprising (and a bit confusing!), but the shipping number hasn't started working yet. I'll uh, believe it/update my stuff in the waitlist once I can actually see it moving. XD

 

My SWD Ruby's tracking has been stuck for 2 weeks... I don't know what's going on

 

Might give both withdoll and your postal system a prod? Not sure how things are working over your way, @yuna_phuong , but I've had to follow up with at least one (domestic) package here that got stuck. Hopefully it might just need someone to check on it?

Mine is now showing picked up on the Korean tracking site as well as USPS (which only sees that it's inbound), so I'll go ahead and update my shipping date.

 

Thanks for your advice I just checked the tracking again today and she's finally on her way to my country... It took more than 2 weeks for this, oh dear Hope our dolls will arrive soon!

 

My girl arrived today! Got all my pre-photos and am setting up to work on her face up (and two of my others) now! I was amazed to see how fast she went through JFK's customs here.

Here's my SWD Vera, Ourania, all painted up and dressed. Turns out since I mostly have big SD's (closest to her is my Iplehouse SID at 62cms) I don't have as much that should fit her as I'd like. Pair of pants and a pair of shoes that fit no one else fit her perfect, but all my shirts are baggy on her. None of it is her style but hey, she'll have to wait till I'm done painting some of my old timers before I swap back to some sewing gear.

Okay... I saw the new news post and I could NOT resist... i am freaking obsessed with penguins... and the little pooky looks EXACTLY like my partner... the faceup and the eyes.. it's so uncanny. I found the exact eyes from another shop as they aren't included with the fullset... so excited for this little boy to come in (probably this winter ;; ) it feels so crazy that they would release such a perfect and cute Pooky associated with one of my favorite animals... I just had to get him ToT my heart...

 

Anyone know how long past the estimate on their site should I wait before inquiring about my order? I bought a fullset, including faceup so I knew I had a few extra weeks going in.

It's been a full 12 weeks since I ordered
and I'm officially starting to get antsy lol. I know it takes longer for faceup and extras but I'm having the worst case of impatience ever a la spoiled kid going "but mummy, I want it nooooow!"

 

Haha, I feel you! In 2018 mine took about 4 and a half months (with faceup) so it's probably still within a normal timeframe? I love that moment when you see it's shipped and you're like SCREAMING!

give it another week and ask on their q&a if they are able to give an estimate.

Friday Edit: woohoo! as of this morning it's switched to on shipping! Very excited, now it's just a matter of the tracking updates! Which is a whole other sort of impatience for me, lol.

After three weeks of shipping, my Alex is finally home!

They're adorable and I love them. Quality is excellent and I 100% would order another BWD in the future. I also love the way they were packaged, the box is very nice and simple, all the foam will be great for making a tiny couch. My only complaint is that therewas no eye putty so I had to go scrambling for some.

Well my Withdoll Luke that I ordered in July shipped AMAZINGLY fast and he arrived in the states and passed through customs without an issue but I knew it was too good to be true.

He was supposed to be delivered today but the tracking said he was delivered and signed for but I haven’t seen the mail delivery person and I’ve been home all day. I fear he might’ve been delivered to the wrong address (who still signed for him?). Oh no.

Should I worry? Or is there a chance he might still show up at my doorstep?

 

If he was delivered and signed for and no one else is in your home who might have and he's not on your doorstep, then you need to call USPS now and report a stolen or missing package. Delivered/Signed for is listing it as completed, the package has been handed off to the customer as far as USPS knows. In my experience, they also often don't bother to offload the package off the truck while I'm signing.

You may need to get Withdoll involved in making a claim on the package.

Edit: Yes, call USPS ASAP, contact Withdoll b/c often USPS also needs the shipper to complain / make sure Withdoll got you the right tracking.

 

Yes you need to contact the mail service that made the delivery so see if they have any information about it. Another possibility is that Withdoll accidentally gave you the wrong tracking number. The mail service or Withdoll should be able to check if your address matches the address that was on the package. If it's different then you'e been given someone else's tracking number (which would also explain the super fast production time!). I hope it's just a simple mistake and gets resolved quickly

I got him with the company faceup as well, its just so soft and cute! I also got him in the real skin and am so excited to see the color in person.

 

I ordered real skin too! I've mostly gotten dolls in normal skin so far, so it'll be nice to have a little more variety. The color looks quite nice from the owner photos I've seen in the discussion threads.

 

Oh same! I starting to have more of a mix of normal skin and tan skin dolls so it'll be nice to see what it'll look like next to them.

 

My Pooky and Kaya just shipped today!! I ordered 7/31/20 so... 82 day wait. But I ordered two dolls, one with makeup, so I don't mind too much :3 I'm excited that my little penguin is coming home just in time for the cold weather!

MY POOKY AND KAYA FINALLY ARRIVED!! Here is a box opening/review... holy wow, these may be tinies, but they are the highest-quality resin dolls I've ever played with!! their posing is amazing and the resin feels great..... i cannot stop carrying them around with me everywhere. If you've ordered from Withdoll... get excited omg!!

 

My real skin Egon just unexpectedly came today! I say unexpectedly because Withdoll never emailed me that he shipped at all but he's here and thats all that matters. His eyelashes did fall off immediately as well.

 

Ordered SWD Vera blank today. Not sure when she arrive with everything going on, but I'm excited to have her in my collection soon. I've been eyeing her for a while and couldn't pass up the winter event!

 

BJDivas informed me today that one of my girls arrived. I ordered two dolls at the same time and surprisingly, the one with the fullset made it first. I'm waiting for both to arrive before BJDivas ships them because I want to get two dolls at once Will update with photos when they arrive!

 

Oh no just got the dreaded email I have seen people all over the place are getting from different companies regarding shipping.... for the boy body I ordered direct from Withdoll in November 2019 just got told I have to wait until EMS is available to Australia again or pay extra... just waiting to hear back how much extra, or what the alternatives are
UPDATE: looks like only extra $20..... heard so many horror stories of up to 300% increases in shipping costs

 

Hopping into this waiting room because I just made a SUPER long layaway on my first dolls from Withdoll. Idk what their turnaround time is, but I guess it doesn’t matter since I signed up for 18 months with BJDivas.

I’ll likely end up paying them off early, because I do with nearly all my layaways, but it’s really nice to be able to put in a large order with just small payments, initially. I you, BJDivas.

 

Hey! I just got my Withdoll girls from BJDivas. I ordered in August and received them this month! They were expected by December but Covid delayed them according to BJDivas. Not long at all compared to other companies!

what did you order?

 

@sammu I ordered all in their JWD size. An Olivia in “Real,” a Rosa in “Rose White,” and a Ruby in “Normal.” Also got them in three different bust sizes, though I can’t remember off the top of my head which size I picked for which doll.

I’m super excited, though. I’ve heard great things about Withdoll.
