I just checked the site and my Elf Emma is "on Shipping" !!!! I haven't been sent a tracking number yet but I'm psyched!

 

Check in your order page, when you click on the order number, there'll be your tracking number on the order sheet.

 

Just found it and it's not working right now. Thank you.

Yeah, tracking takes a day to register. But luckily, the shipping service Withdoll purchases is really fast.

I hope so! I want to know where she is to see if I have to defer her destination to my workplace or not depending on what day she arrives.

So Im seeing a lot of dolls recently ship about a month after being paid off ... I'm trying really hard not get my hopes up thinking my Emma & pumpkin head will ship around October 10th or so.

It'd be absolutely wonderful if she did (my first doll would be in my hands faster!), but I don't wanna be disappointed if she takes a little longer. OTL

 

ugh my tracking number still isn't' working through both the EMS site or USPS. Does anyone else have a site that they prefer for WDs tracking numbers?

 

I don't know which one you're using, but I use : Post/EMS tracking - track-trace . My most recent shipment was scanned at the airport in Korea but no one input the flight number so I couldn't track it. It seemed like I waited a long time for USPS to pick up the trail. Depending on how busy they are, I think sometimes things don't get scanned into the system. Then all of a sudden it's at your door.

 

Mine isn't working yet, either. I usually track first on the postal site of the country of origin (so Korea Post in this case), and then move to using USPS once it's in the country. I'm guessing Withdoll spent the weekend packing up dolls, so our packages may not have actually gone out yet. Hopefully it'll start working soon!

Nope, no email. You just have to periodically check your "Your Order" page. It will say shipped, and then you click on your order number and retrieve the tracking number from there.

As for your order time, well, Withdoll is weird. It seems orders on dolls like Egon either are super quick, or take much longer than expected. The faceup definitely adds 2 weeks. But some people from June are still waiting, and some from August have received theirs, so it's pretty hit and miss at this point with guessing when things will ship. Sorry :/

I end up checking the page every night before bed and every morning when I wake up Seeing so many orders around mine ship makes me think it's probably the bow and arrows set holding him up. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait in the end

 

Don't feel bad. There are three orders from May that haven't shipped yet. I'm thinking the bows and arrows are what's holding up my Ruby, too.

Drum roll...And we have a shipping number! It doesn't appear in the EMS system yet, but finally the last of my 3 May orders is on the move. Just so she doesn't arrive on Saturday, because I have a doll meet to attend.

 

Well, my dolls are out for delivery today, but of course today is the only day of the week that no one is home to sign for it.

 

I finally have tracking. Apparently Elf Ruby has been on the move since yesterday, because the plane is due to land in New York in about an hour.

I tracked my elf Ruby as far as the airport in New York, but neither EMS nor the USPS has updated all day. Seeing other elves arrive is making me really antsy.

EMS updated--finally! It turns out my Ruby was delivered to the airport yesterday for a flight scheduled for today . She's in the air right now with about 3 hours to go. At least I can go to my doll meet without wondering if I'll miss her delivery. The earliest she can arrive is Monday.

 

Ash is the second doll I have ordered, ever.
My first is from Fairyland.

I am very excited to meet both dolls when they arrive!

At last, Ruby is out for delivery. I waited for hours yesterday for her to turn up, completely forgetting that there was no mail delivery because of Columbus Day. The sun is shining, so I should be able to take photos. All is good.

Yay~ I paid off my Adriana today! I didn't want to leave the payment too late and risk forgetting about the 90 day cut off period for layaways So long money!

So I'm now official waiting for BOTH Cecily and Adriana! I can't wait; the excitement has finally begun~

I had just enough time to open my Ash over vidchat with my friend before work this afternoon. My pictures didn't come out very well so hopefully I can get him some clothes made and get him out for a proper photoshoot soon. I'm so in love the wait was totally worth it

Congrats @BabySnow on your arrival and @atlasturtle on your shipping! WithDoll is really cranking them out all of a sudden. Last week I received my Ruby (ordered in May) and today I see that Dark Knight Priscilla (ordered in July) has a shipping number. There is no activity yet on EMS: it could be they entered the package into the EMS system but it hasn't been picked up yet.

Another note for anyone who ordered Ruby's option parts and didn't receive the quiver: I asked about it on WD's Q&A. They answered that they would ship the quiver as soon as possible. They didn't say who would pay the shipping cost. I'm assuming they will, considering they say omitting the quiver was their mistake.

 

@vermont chick, was the quiver supposed to be part of the weapons set or the outfit? I ordered the bow with my Ash and didn't get a quiver, but I wasn't sure if I was supposed to.

If you ordered the weapons, the quiver should have been included. The way you can tell for sure is to scroll down to the bottom of his sales page, where you'll see:

- Clothing : Jacket, Sleeveless, Pants, Gloves
- Shoes + Extra Feet Parts for Shoes
- Weapons : Bow, Arrow and Quiver
x Jewel Eyes are not for sale

So weapons include "Bow, Arrow and Quiver." Arrow must be a typo. His photos show him with three arrows (and I got three with Ruby). Let them know via their Q&A if you are missing anything. I'm wondering if the person who makes their quivers just didn't get them done in time for some of the shipments.

 

Hmm. I'll have to write them, then. I got three arrows too but no quiver. Thanks for helping me figure that out- I was wondering how I could safely store them since they're so... spindly.

 

You're welcome! And spindly doesn't half describe them, does it? They look like they'd break if you bumped them against something. Except for the one Ruby is holding with her bow, I've got mine stored in the bubble wrap they arrived in.

I have a similar situation. In my case the air carrier received the package in late afternoon on the 19th, but the plane currently in the air left that morning. That means my package will be on tomorrow's flight. This happened with my last doll, too. It took me a while to figure out why the package didn't appear in New York until the day after the plane I thought it was on had landed.

That was fast! I got an email from them this morning. They say they shipped mine with Priscilla, who is currently waiting for her flight at the Incheon airport.

I finished Lierre's (my Ash's) clothes. He still needs his blue eyes (in-transit) and a face-up. Hopefully I can get him out for some pictures soon, but in the mean time, here's a cell phone picture
