Finally heard from Withdoll. The tracking didn't work as the parcel hadn't been sent until today Won't arrive in the UK for at least 14 hrs and will then languish in UK customs for at least 5 days Not a happy bunny right now

Aaahhh! You are ordering both a Ruby AND an Emma! And we will both have boy Elf Emmas! I wonder if ours will be batch twins again? XD

 

@Alaia Did you order your Emma on the male body? If so, they might very well be twins again! Though it is going to take me a bit to get the rest of the funds together. This was a spontaneous purchase to be sure. I was thinking I would have to order Ash to get a second boy, but I needed a slimmer, more mature face so when you told me the Emma head fits on the male body, everything sort of fell into place. I'm very thankful to Withdoll for accommodating my request too!

I ordered my Emma on the girl body so that Emma and Egon can swap bodies when Emma gets here ^^

And my BJD Comparisons album on flickr has some photos I did last year playing with head swaps between WS Aiden, BT Mai, and WS Emma from Withdoll. Here is one photo but their are more ^^ In some I didn't realize the WS male body was slouching until I went to edit them, so it looks a bit awkward from the side but I have it noted on my comments.

It's really weird how big the Emma head looks here compared to the Mai head, because in person the two are about the same size. Must be because of the fact that the Emma is WS and my camera was throwing a fuss about it?

I should try to find some time this weekend to drag everyone out to play head swap again and show how they look with wigs as well. Now I have the RUV Emma, BTUV Egon, and WS Rosa head to add to the mix ovo

Picked my girl up this morning at the P.O. I'm just getting her together right now. I'm doing her face up next, then I'll post the box opening. I'm in love!

 

Made a payment on my layaway today. He's over halfway paid now, maybe next month I can finish it off

 

Grrr... Their website said an 8-week shipping time and at 8 weeks I asked on the status of my blank doll with no extras. They told me 10 weeks is the expected turnaround time. Well it's now been over 10 weeks. 8( I want to ask again but at the same time I don't want to pester them. /woe

 

I have paid on 4/12 and just received my tracking number on Saturday, so I think your order should be ready soon too.

It's official. I've lost my bloomin' mind. I now have 5 WithDolls on order. Hoping my April order will ship soon.

 

Annnd...I can't quite believe I'm here. I just idly clicked on the Withdoll link not expecting to buy anything, saw Margery, and she was in my shopping cart before I knew what was happening. It was like she demanded I bring her home even though I was (am?) technically saving for a different doll.

She's my first Withdoll and my first 1/3 size girl. I'm terribly excited!

 

Congrats blukissed! You're going to love her. Their big girls are pretty and the body poses very easily.

 

My first time here. I placed an order for 41cm girl body yesterday morning. When I checked out it didn't take me to paypal page, it just said "Information was send to your email",but I haven't got anything. Am I suppose to send them the payment or are they gonna send me an invoice?

 

I usually go right to Paypal (you can link from their webpage) and click Send money/Make a payment. I've never waited for an invoice so I don't know if they send one.

Well, I was naughty and bought Adriana AND Cecily

I did order them both separately so I'm going to try and pay off Adriana within the next few weeks but Cecily will have wait a little longer. I'm so excited for them both! Just waiting on WithDoll to confirm my first layaway payment for the both of them

Ahhh I have a question/concern (if this is the wrong place to ask this, if someone could direct me to the right place I'd really appreciate it!). I ordered and paid for my Priscilla back in April, and since I haven't received any emails I decided to check my order status from the Withdoll website. They're telling me it's "on shipping". How do I check where my doll might be? I haven't gotten any emails at all, so I'm just a little panicky/want to make sure she doesn't fall through the cracks of the US postal service...

 

Is there a shipping number anywhere on the little pop-up window that shows you the doll has been shipped? I just checked one of my old orders, and it has a little "Tracking Number" section right next to the shipping status. You can also try checking your Spam mail, as the shipping notice seems like an automated message that would probably get lost in a your junk folder.

If you still can't find it, try leaving WITHdoll a message via their Q&A board. They usually answer posts there once every couple of days.

@Alsatian - I don't remember receiving any emails from Withdoll when Emma shipped. I just kept checking my order status on their website and when it said On Shipping I clicked on my order number to display the order details. In the top section is the Pay Info. Read down to the line which has the shipping status. You'll see the tracking number at the end of the line.

I have an April order that hasn't moved to On Shipping yet, so I'm very happy to see that yours has. Hopefully mine will ship this week.

 

My Egon shipped at exactly three months! Yay, my grumpy elf is coming home! *dances*

Ooh! I just checked Withdoll's site and mine has shipped, too! I looked this morning and completely missed it.

 

My Withdoll Priscilla arrived today! I ordered and PIF April 14, 2016. Guess there was no EMS tracking information because she was already in the US!

 

I paid off my Margery earlier this week, and the payment was deducted from my account this morning. Now the real wait begins!

For those who have ordered from Withdoll before, is it typical to not hear from them beyond the initial order confirmation?

 

Yes, you won't hear from them again until the shipping notice.

And from what I've been seeing, they may tell you 8-10 weeks but it took 12 for a blank doll with absolutely no extras to get to me, and it's monsoon season over there. So sit tight and find something to distract yourself with c:

I'm going to be lazy and not post a box opening. Here is my grumpy elf, Sephtis. I tried this wig on him for fun. It changed most of his character because I love it on him so much. I can't wait until this humidity goes away so I can paint him up!

I would have loved to get an Elf Ash, too, but I think he came out with a couple of the girls and I ordered Ruby instead. One at a time is all I can afford. Wish WD offered the elves all the time!

My Little Lamb Laney has shipped! It would have been fun (and probably cheaper) if WD had waited a week and sent her together with my Little Fox Lucy. Not complaining, just pondering the imponderable.
