WITHdoll Waiting Room 3

Arrgh, I'm getting so impatient for my Adriana to come! It's so close to when she should be shipping but the Withdoll website seems very quiet. Resisting urge to ask how far along she is - it's just a blank doll, how much longer can it be? Anyone else getting that way?

 

I'm starting to get that way for my Vera. She is blank but I'm expecting the outfit to slow her down. Either way, I'm excited to see them start shipping.

 

I just put my order in for adriana the other day, myself, and I check my order status every day already XD I know better but.

 

Same here for my Vera. She's blank too but I'm not expecting her for another month given Withdoll's apparent waiting times at the moment. I still check every other day or so, just hoping

 

Got my shipping notice 3 days ago, but the tracking information still doesn't work at all.

 

I haven't received a shipping notice, but I just checked my status on Withdoll's site and my Emma has shipped! She is not showing up yet in the EMS tracking system. It usually takes a day for that to happen.

 

Mine was shipped on 4/22, and the tracking number still doesn't work. I hope she arrives safely.

 

Have you tried a different tracking site? There is usually more than one way to get the information. I don't know what country you're in, but I normally use Post/EMS tracking and only switch to the US Postal Service after Post/EMS shows that the doll is in the US. The US Postal Service is very slow to pick up and update.

Alternatively you could ask Withdoll if the number is correct. There's a possibility someone typed a number or letter wrong.

 

Ha ha - we obviously have great taste in dolls as we keep meeting in the same waiting rooms

I was just popping in to squeal as I have just made my final layaway payment on my Vera Light. Cant wait to see her in person

Emma is still not showing up on EMS tracking. I wonder if they forgot to scan the package?

@vermont chick - No, she is not. They have not yet replied to my question about the tracking, either, though Withdoll tends to take a few days on that front.

 

My Emma is finally tracking. Withdoll showed her as shipped on the 26th, but she didn't actually ship until the 28th. I've corrected my entry on the list. She should be landing in New York in a couple of hours!

 

Emma has arrived! She is so sweet looking--I'm in love.

I replaced the dark green Glib acrylic eyes Withdoll sent with this pair in gray glass.

 

Congratulations, she is lovely! Such a cutie. My girl will be blank and that worries me because I need to make decisions about what I'm going to do with her. I prefer it when they are perfect as soon as they arrive

 

Thanks, @Ishtar. I considered getting Emma blank, but I liked her default face-up and decided to go with it. In a way she reminds me of FairyLand's MiniFee Liria.

Look at it this way: you don't have to make any decisions about your girl's look until she arrives. Who knows? She may inspire you right out of the box to go one way or another with her face paint. Good luck!

I got great news today though, Withdoll replied to my message apologizing for the delays and advised my doll will ship sometime this week! Very very excited!

Yes. At the same time, for me it's just as well because i won't be able to play with her (or her whole waiting family) until around that time anyway. @_@ too much going on in my life.

 

I think you can click on the little triangle with the exclamation point inside it. That opens up a window where you can report the post. Where it asks you to fill in the reason, just ask the moderator to delete the post.

 

I noticed my update to the list with my shipping date wasn't quoted as well o.O Should I repost with it?

 

By all means, put it in--unless you want to wait and put both the shipping and arrival dates in at the same time.

 

I got word from Withdoll they're waiting for some clothing, and will start sending somewhere next week. I think Ive been waiting 15 weeks now?

 

Well the message that they were planning to ship this week was true in my case, I'm so excited to finally see my girl! I'll have to send her out for a faceup but I'll defiitely take lots of pictures when she arrives

@Jareish I'm sure they will ship your girls soon too, even with the faceups it can't take that much longer I imagine.

If you don't have an email with the tracking number, if you go to your order page and then to the order itself and get the number there. Then you can go to track-trace.com to track. That's what I do until it gets into the US, then I switch to our mail for tracking.

I have some problems with posting her box opening, but I have pictures on my flickr which is linked in my signature I just keep getting broken images when I try to post here. I copy the BBcode from flickr like I have before, but it doesn't work. Do we need to do something else to link from flickr now?

EDIT: I fixed it, her box opening is posted in the box opening forum too now

How long does it take withdoll's tracking to work? My order changed to "shipping" on Wednesday, but it still doesn't work when I try to search on track-trace.com

 

Me too. Order change to on shipping but it's not picking up tracking just yet. I wasn't expecting her but as others were shipping I just checked my account out of curiosity and saw on shipping

 

Just ordered my Elf Emma I am SOOOOO excited! I have been wanting the Elf version of Emma for forever QAQ

The head is going to go on the Male BTUV body I got my Egon on and Egon's head will be going on the Female body I just ordered Elf Emma on. Since Egon's eyes are a bit bigger than Emma's and I already have 2 female human Emmas. I figured a male one would be a fun change owo

Hello! I figure this might be the best place to ask- I'm looking at putting a hunter elf Ash on layaway, but I've never ordered from Withdoll before and their layaway seems to be pretty different from other companies. Can someone tell me, when it says there's a down payment and the rest is due in 90 days, does that mean they want a lump-sum of the remaining due, instead of the usual x-amount per month?

I have not used their Layaway before but from what it says on their site, I would assume it is the $150 down now and the whole lump sum of the rest in 90 days.

 

I used their layaway for my Vera. I paid the deposit then made regular monthly payments myself and just left a note on their Q&A to let them know, they confirmed receipt within 24 hrs. As long as you have paid in full within 90 days it is all ok

My tracking still isn't working. I'm hoping that she'll just randomly show up.

 

I haven´t ordered from Withdoll before so I am wondering about my order status. I made my order and paid it full at 31.05. My order status has been since Confirm receipt(Credit card) and points page says that status is Payment holding and Pending. Is it supposed to change something like "item processing" and "payment confirmed" or something? Should I ask them about it? I haven´t even get my mileage points yet. I know that I might be a little bit hasty with this and sometimes it takes a few days when company confirm the payment. But it has been already a week and I would like to know that everything is ok. So is this normal?

 

That is the status until it changes. Also, you don't get the mileage points until after the order has been shipped out. I think that's the same with other companies too (at least all others I buy from do it that way).

I got my shipping email, which has me super excited, but I can't seem to figure out how to track the package. Does anyone know how to track them? Do they use a special website or something? I really want my girl to be home soon! She has been out since the 1st.

 

I'm having the same problem. I got my shipping notice last week, also on the first, and it does not work. EMS to me usually only takes 3 days TOPS for every other order I've ever done (and I've ordered over 15 dolls over the years.) So if it was really shipped on the first, I should most definitely have received it by now. I asked them on their Q&A board yesterday, but it hasn't been answered. No one who posted on the Q&A after the 4th has been answered as far as I can see. I'm pretty frustrated. If they didn't actually ship it then I definitely prefer NOT to be told its shipped until it is actually in the mail. This is the first time I've ever ordered from withdoll and I'm not very impressed. I never got any confirmation in my email for my order, or confirming my payment, OR for the shipping. Only by going to the website can I see that my order was put in and paid, and that's how I saw that she was "shipped" too, by going to the website and checking myself.

 

I have ordered several times from Withdoll. Usually the tracking number works fine but the last time I ordered the tracking did not update for a couple of days until it hit the US but I still got my doll without an issue.

They might have all the shipping labels printed but have not gotten the dolls to the shipping company yet, or the shipping company could be backlogged and taking awhile to update, or some other reason. I would not worry too much yet. ^^

Sorry if I'm a bother coming in here with all my questions, but I'm really confused. I'm trying to place my order and it doesn't seem like there's an actual layaway option. Do you just... send the down payment and assume they understand? Write them on the Q&A? I also haven't gotten any kind of confirmation email for the order, which I went ahead and placed but have yet to pay for. Could someone please guide me on what I'm supposed to do? It's my first time ordering from Withdoll.
