Shopping Withdoll Registration problems

I didn't manage to register myself either, but luckily it's possible to order without registering so you could do that. Just keep the email with the order information.
As for what their grey resin is like I have no idea.

 

I had exactly the same experience with it saying the security code was wrong so I ended up ordering without registering which was kind of a bummer, would’ve been nice to get points for the order.

 

It doesn't work for me. I gave up on making an account. I emailed about it, but haven't gotten a response. I think you can buy through a dealer if you have one in your country who can buy from withdoll. I didn't want to buy directly due to the lack of communication. If something goes wrong i want to be able to contact them.

 

I wasn't able to create an account due to the security code issue as well. I made a private message on their Q&A board (make sure you write down the passcode you use) and they responded in about a day and manually created an account for me (make sure to change your password etc if you go that route). They also moved my order to the account so I was able to get the points. They seem more responsive on their Q&A board rather than email so I recommend posting there and waiting a day or so depending on your timezone!
