Wait Times Who should I ask about the process/wait time, the dealer (Alice’s Collections) or the company?

I ordered a DF-H doll on Alice on Aug 22. It's currently in customs in my country now so that's about 6 months. It also really depends on the company, so I'd ask Alice how long to expect. It will also take longer if your ordered your doll with a faceup. Everything you ordered is also going to go to Alice first before it ships to you, which also adds on time as opposed to ordering directly from company. I wouldn't worry about being rude. The people behind Alice's Collections are very kind, just don't forget to use "please" and "thank you"!

 

Dollzone is one of the slower companies so expect at least a 6 month wait. You can also check the waiting rooms for various companies to get a rough idea of what the waiting times are, Dollzone's is here.

 

Also, if your doll, is from an East Asian company like Dollzone, when you count the months, do not include most of February, as it is Lunar New Year, which is a BIG DEAL holiday over that way. But yeah, six to eight months right now is pretty typical for a lot of companies, so I'm sure it will be fine!

 

And another thing to note is that the dealer has the all the info. such as order-number too. So to ask the company directly, without having the order number, or the likes, makes it hard for the company to identify which order is yours. So you'd have to contact the dealer first anyway.

 

My AC order is due today, I asked AC about the wait time when I ordered back in August as it was my first time ordering from Loongsoul... they said February l, and they were spot on

Whether my local courier will actually deliver this time though .... (Parcelforce issues)

 

Have others had good results with AC? Recommended? Where can you find them? Is there a site or just email?
