Where to buy wigs?

Mar 19, 2008

    1. I like Luts wigs in heat-resistant fiber. They're really nice and soft. :)

    2. Classic Majesty is my fav:D
Volks, Luts, 金針水晶 provide quality wigs too~

    3. I get most of my wigs from Jpopdolls.net and am completely hooked
on japanese fiber wigs!! There can be wait times though, but they
ship usps priority and except for one incident (which was cleared up)
I've received all my orders in acceptable time frames. :)

    4. Second-hand market is what I recommend.

My leeke wigs are sometime flawed. I love some of them but have been disappointed sometimes too.
I really like Angell studio wigs. Although they may not always be 100% perfect the price is better.
I like most of my soom, Volks, and nDoll wigs, but they can be a bit pricey and don't hold resale value.

    5. So far, I say my favorite brands Luts and Leeke are one of the best, quality-wise... ^___^

    6. Luts, they should have more colors and stiles, but they are still good...

    7. For wigs I usually go to nDoll, For My Doll, Crobidoll, Luts or Volks.

    8. My favorite wig company, hands down, is Crobidoll. I've never had a problem with fit or style, and their wigs are always soft and beautiful. :)

    9. Thank you for the great suggestions, everybody! I will check out every company mentioned. I bought from Leekeworld and Monique back in 2004 and the quality was good for the most part, so I'm glad to hear that these companies are still providing quality goods.

    10. do you guys and girls experience this as well?

whenever i finally find the wig i am looking for for a specific doll to look like someone special i am trying to portrait it NEVER fails.... the wig has wrong size or is sold out.... its driving me crazy. why can't all wigs be made in all sizes???

anybody have good tips to where to find wigs? cancan doesn't solve my problem, neither does ebay or any of the bigger bjd doll companies around... any alternatives??

    11. You could try contacting a company that offers customs, like For My Doll. I've worked with them on custom wigs before and their quality is excellent. Good luck!

    12. thankyou, i will try to find them.

    13. Ever try custom ordering one? I've come across the same problem sometimes with finding the perfect wig and it being SD size not coming in MSD size...I recently found a Happy Camille group order here and those wigs look amazing! they come in pretty much every color under the sun and she can do custom color mixes and such. I would suggest that. ^.^

...sorry to kinda post the same answer..it wasn't up when I went to post >.<

    14. thankyou to you too, Shai

    15. okay, back to square one. "for your doll" couldn't help me, and Happy Camille, well, I don't understand a single word/sign on their website, so now I have contacted the Monique wig company with photos of what I'm looking for, to see if they can give me some suggestions of which wigs to use.

    16. Maybe if you also post photos here of what you're looking for, we could help you locate a similar wig?

    17. oh i didn't know that would be okay?
well, I have gathered some photos on a page and it would be easier to post the link to that, do you think that would be okay? or do i need to post each individual photo here?

    18. okay bjd-lovers, i have continued my search with still no result, so now i'm REALLY on my knees needing your help.

I am now posting some photos of the guy i'm trying to modify my doll to look like, Martin Rolinski from "bodies without organs".

Do you have any suggestions of wigs? I will need it size 9-10":
