Was your first doll a boy or girl?

My first doll was/is a guy because I preferred male dolls. I'm pretty neutral now, I think having a girl would be fun but man I do really like having a boy.

 

My first doll was a girl, and I started out thinking I'd only collect girls period, but 2 boys still found their way into my heart and home. We're definitely a girls club overall, though.

Boy. My first 4 actually were all male. I really prefer boy dolls but have maybe 3 bjds that I want to be female. My main muse is quite large and it's hard to find things for him. Also in males in general, my personal opinion, it's harder to find certain styles than that of girls.

 

My first doll was a girl & most of my dolls are girls. I do have one boy doll & am planning on getting a second boy doll.

Mine was a girl. I like both genders although I thought it would be easier to start with a girl since there is more choice to dress them up and I was more confident to do a girly make-up.

 

The first doll I ORDERED was female, but I ended up ordering and receiving a male doll I ordered after her - before I got my female doll! I feel like I prefer dressing female dolls more, so I plan to stick with females because there are so many cute outfits out there to choose from! ^^

I prefer girls in general because I can put a lot more accessories on them and I just prefer long hair

i could've opted for a girl doll for easier clothes and everything but all my past dolls (nonBJD) and figures have been female so I wanted a fresh experience

My first full doll was a girl, though I bought some sale heads first to practice faceups on and I see them as boys, even if they don't have bodies yet to prove it ^_^

 

Mine was a boy. And until this day, with me owning 14 dolls(include those on the way), I only have two girls :/ I’m honestly envious of those who can make their dolls pretty little girls while all my babies look like they are troubled teens lol
