Dialogue Walking Home (Soom Epidos/Oasisdoll Yaoyue)

Robin: I know I wasn’t sposed to be walkin’ you home today, Liz, cos you’re comin’ round later, but I just couldn’t wait to see yer.

Lizzie: Oh Robin – you ARE daft!



Robin: Aye well I don’t know if this was daft an’ all, but I got you these – I spose workin’ in a garden centre, you might be fed up lookin’ at flowers by the time you go home.

Lizzie: Oh!



Lizzie: They’re beautiful – thank you!

Robin: I wanted to show you how much I love yer – cos I was talkin’ about you today, an’ thinkin’ about yer…



Lizzie: Talking about me? Who to?

Robin: Well – I’ve had an unexpected visitor this mornin’…

Lizzie: And you had no idea at all that he was coming to see you?

Robin: Not a clue! I just answered the door an’ there he was.



Lizzie: You seem happy, though – was everything okay?

Robin: Yeah…it was dead nice to see him, actually. He wanted to see I was all right, an’ we had a good talk about stuff…



Lizzie: I thought you didn’t get on with the other boys.

Robin: I did mostly get on okay with Ed if we were on our own, like – it’s when we were all together that it all got a bit...you know.



Robin: He said he was dead sorry about all that…an’ he said he didn’t blame me for all the stuff that went on in the band. So that was good, cos I felt like a lot of it was my fault. I was scared to find out how things were between us, but now it’s all settled, like.



Lizzie: So it’s good he came to see you, then – but he should have let you know he was coming!

Robin: Ah no, Liz, I probably would have said I didn’t want to see him wouldn’t I!



Lizzie: Well…I think you would have said he could, once you’d thought about it.

Robin: Maybe…he said he’d really like it if we could work on some songs together, some time soon.



Lizzie: Would you like to do that?

Robin: Aye I think that I would like to. I used to like writing stuff with him.



Robin: I’ve kind’ve missed that, an’ there’d be no pressure, I would just be doin’ it at me own pace.

Lizzie: Just as long as you’re sure you want to. Don’t get pushed into anything.

Robin: I won’t. Ah Liz, let me carry the flowers for you – I’m bein’ thoughtless, you’ve been workin’ all day an' I’m lettin’ you carry them all the way home!

Lizzie: Thanks, Robin – my arms ARE a bit tired, I’ve been potting on all day.



Robin: Liz, Ed offered to take us out for dinner tonight…

Lizzie: Oh – but you made your lasagne, didn’t you? And we were going to decide about our holiday tonight.



Robin: Aye I know, so I told him we’d got plans – I hoped that would be the right thing to say! I wanted to spend the evenin’ with just you.



Lizzie: That’s what I want, too – I’ve been looking forward to it. Maybe I can meet him some other time though.

Robin: He’s down this way for a few days – he suggested the day after tomorrow, if you’d like that.



Lizzie: That would be fine! He won’t want to go anywhere really posh, will he?

Robin: Ah, no, Liz! I said he could take us to the Oregano, if that suits you?
