I've been trying to figure out the Digitigrade legs jointing for a while now, and seeing how pretty you've made yours, it makes me wonder what the range of motion on them is? How far can they bend?

I love that the balance isn't thrown off by them and your awesome little Kitsu seems to have no trouble at all standing!

I have to agree that I find the nose a little too narrow and small for my own personal tastes, but the doll is absolutely adorable! Great job!

I wouldn't worry too much about the nose/snout, with paint it will look larger. He's very adorable. And as far as the price for selling him... base it on how much it cost you (if you use a casting service) + mark-up and/or your time ([your time x hourly wage] / number of pieces cast) or use the "what others like him are selling for" method. You could always put up the first one on an auction site (or a small grouping) and see how well he does (this might cause an inflated price, but you should see the area that has the most activity). Good luck on your "baby".

 

Oh... my... lord. That is one of the cutest things I've ever seen on this site! This little guy reminds me of why this is my favourite section of the forum- I love seeing the awesome dolls people come up with.

 

wow~ hes pretty adorable! Great job and scuplting him and getting him to stand up! It is hard enough to get straight legged dolls to stand ^^lll *the dol im sculpting hardly stands, hence why im taking such intrest x3*

 

I'm so glad you're making progress on this guy, he's still my favorite animal doll. I'm very curious about how he'll look if you paint him.
