Does anyone know if Volks sent out winning emails for the Dolpa Nagoya 5 Lottery yet? They don't send out emails to the losers, to my understanding..... But Volks said mid-August, and it's mid-August.... so I'm getting anxious!!!! TT^TT

 

I got my email from Volks today!!! I won Charlotte In My Closet Room!!! I'm very excited to be bringing this fantastic girl home!!!!

I don't know if I can wait until December!!!

I won a Lieselotte from the lottery who I've decided to name Viola! I think it fits her perfectly - classy and sweet. She'll be my first Volks fullset, and I'm super excited!

 

i'm still saving for my next fcs boy. He will be a F-38. kind of far away still but getting there.

 

I know! There are pictures on Flickr of what I think are owner pics of the new Charlotte and Lieselotte! Super jealous!!! TT^TT

I've decided to name my girl Dolce!!!! She is actually my first Volks ever!~

 

Agh, I know, I've seen those pictures and all I can do is fawn over them!;-;

I remember when I got my first Volks doll - she was just a basic, but it was still so exciting! Dulce is such a cute name and perfectly fits sweet little Charlotee.:3

 

I wish I could have brought both home, but I didn't have the funds. T^T At least I got one though!!! I've been trolling the Charlotte group on Flickr, all the cute pictures!!! But it's not staving off the jealousy!!!

 

Yeah, I've definitely been searching through owner pics of Lieselotte. They've made me fall even more in love with her! I'm already starting to look for things to buy for her.xD

 

Oh my goodness me too!!!! It's so hard to pick because she would look good in everything!!!!

 

Yeah, exactly, and then I just wind up spending more money than I wanted to.xD I am so excited to see the default BtSSB outfit in person! At least from Volks' pictures both outfits look lovingly detailed.*3* Hah, I actually searched through the BtSSB English blog to see what the original dresses looked like.xD

 

I did the same, I personally like the original BtSSB outfits they had better, but these ones are very cute as well! I had never heard of the alice and pirate sets so I went and looked up their human versions to see more! They are super adorable T^T

 

They've got some great fashion show videos posted on their international site, too. I'll probably keep my Lieselotte in her default outfit. I think her dark, brown wig looks so wonderful with the bright white outfit!

 

Congrats to both of you for winning Charlotte and Lieselotte! ^^ Do post photos of their arrivals! I won both but decided not to keep them... they'll be adopted by my friends. ^^ It's because I've just received my SDGr Una and I think I cannot love any of them more than my Una. xD Haha... But I would still love to see photos... :3 I just hope I won't regret my decision later!

I haven't seen Una, though I try to stay away from the MP and doll sites as much as possible!!! That's too bad though! Charlotte is on of my grails, the other is Winter Smile Nono but I fear I won't have her for a long while! T^T

I think I will keep Dolce, my Charlotte, as a golden blond like her default but in a different style I think (unless I change her faceup in the future, in which case her wig color might change too xp) as well as a lolita! I've always wanted a super cute loli girl and Charlotte is the perfect girl for that! imho XD

 

I agree, Charlotte makes a perfect Lolita.x3 It really is going to be hard to wait out the 3 months. I want my Viola home so I can take pictures of her with her Volks sisters!

I know! I think it will be easy for me though, even though I have waited a long time to bring this girl home already. I have A LOT of stuff going on until December to worry about that will take my mind off of the grueling wait for Dolce to be home!!!! x.x

I think in the yen has been around the same for a while, at least against US currency. It's still roughly 100JPY to 1USD which will be great for conversion purposes once we finally move there next year! It also made it really easy to hash out the approximate amount I would have to tell my husband that Charlotte costs.... THAT was a rough convo.....

 

I have to wait until January (I got the satogaeri service as I am a new to bjd) for my Charlotte and Lieselotte to get to me. I really really want them now but the wait has to happen. I am sure I can get by the long wait easily without thinking about it too much since I have school and work to keep me really busy.

 

I bought some H-03 hands for my Viola, since I think she will look super cute with them! It was my first time seeing the Volks WS in person, and I must say I love it!^^ It is very creamy and not stark-white like I was worried about.

 

omg those hands are so cute Kimchi!!! I might have to get a pair for Dolce, they would fit her personality so well!!!

 

Yeah, and Volks just recently adjusted their prices, so the hands were cheaper than they were before.

 

XD I might order some when Dolce finally gets here, or when it gets closer-ish. She's still so far off!!!! T^T

 

I ordered a WS F-16 through FCS this weekend. I decided my other SD needed a friend I can't wait to see how he turns out.

I'm waiting on a MSDG Myu 2010 Renewal Assembly Kit~!! I've wanted her for the longest time, and she's my first doll. My grandparents were finally convinced to buy it when I told them VOLKS was discontinuing most of their dolls. I ordered her on Tuesday the 24th, and since their offices are closed on Tuesdays, it was processed on Wednesday the 25th. The website says about four days to ship and get here, but is that from the day you order it or when they process it. Since the mail doesn't run tomorrow, I was hoping she would be here on Monday.

How long does shipping take for everyone else? I live in Kentucky, USA.

 

I traveled to LA and ordered an FCS SD10 F-05 in Sunlight skin on 9-8-13. They estimated her arrival to be sometime in December. I just now thought to join the waiting room.

 

I ordered a white skin f-26 through FCS just yesterday. i'm giddy with excitement and the wait is already trying to kill me!

 

I knooooow! I was really disappointed that I couldn't bring Charlotte to Anime Weekend Atlanta with me! But I had a lot of people that were jealous that I won her! lol xp I'm very excited to get her!!!

I'm so excited my SDMB Minoru Kamimura is on his way. Got a local doll meet to go to in two weeks that I hope to have him for. Will be fun to compare him to my SDC too. ^_^

Ordered an MSD F-14 sunlight skin on 10/12/2013. They said that she should arrive in January 2014.

 

I don't know if this counts but I just ordered my girl a new dress through the volks fcs owners campaign. They said 2-3 months, i'm hoping to have it before the end of the year.

 

I ordered an outfit (Lace Up Lolita) for my SD, I paid on November 5th and finally got my "order confirmed" two days ago.
I was wondering if anyone knows how long you have to wait for shipping these days?

I ordered a white skin FCS f-26 SD13 girl September 28th from Los Angeles. I was told to expect her in early January, but I received a shipping notice this evening! I couldn't be more excited, but I am still a little anxious. Has anyone ever received a FCS doll early?

Well, sorta, haha. I ordered mid-September and they estimated 'December' delivery, which in my head meant 'mid-December.' Well....I'm jumping in to post today because I got a SHIPPING NOTICE & TRACKING NUMBER! WOOT! And it says she'll arrive this coming Wednesday!! Gosh I hope she isn't delayed where I have to wait until after the holiday to get her. Also, now I gotta stay home from work that day so i can sign for the package.....it's ok though, I bet a lot of people will be missing work for the holiday anyway.

I've been staring at the ddh-07 head for months and I thought I'd never be able to get it. I stumbled upon volks USA website and found it under the dollfie dream standard parts under semi-white skin. So I finally got the head I've been dying to own!
Just got the shipping email today, should be here soon, I'm pretty excited!
I plan to put it on a male bobobie body, which I have already, so I'll have a boy with those big shiny anime eyes!
I'll have to commission someone to do face up on it though, as it comes blank.

 

It seems like I'm always waiting on Volks stuff, but this time it's two FCS dolls and one AE limited. Isami Kondou's lottery win showed up in my email this morning, and I am also awaiting an SD13 sunlight F-22 girl and a MSD sunlight F-20 girl.

Wow, this place has been quiet for awhile! I am now waiting for a Volks Yo-Midi Ryo Asuka from Volks Japan. I really wanted this doll when I first saw him, but ended up going for something else. Now, I discovered that he was not that popular and Volks Japan still had him in stock! I snatched him right up, and now am waiting for him to arrive. I am so excited! This is my first ever fullset limited Volks doll!

 

I just paid for my one off Michele from the USA lottery, so I'm hopping in here for a bit.
