    1. Good luck to you Dolly. It is very hard to say no to Hasekura. His price still makes me cringe. Sadly, I am really going through a tough patch right now. I understand why you entered for him.....

    9. I saw some photos. I saw someone put Hasekura's head on SD17 body. His face is rounder than I thought with chubby cheeks. He looks a little too young to be on SD17. Volks photos do not show it because of the wig.

      And it's really quite in here. I'm guessing the lack of dolls being offered and the increased prices for US residents may have something to do with that. Not to mention the very active dolpa just before this one.

    11. Since Bontenmaru and Megohime weren't offered in the US, and Hasekura, being a Graffiti boy, didn't thrill me, all I put in for on the Volks USA lottery were Rise's glasses, *snerk*. I'm a sucker for nice doll glasses... :cool:

    15. Lol, me neither honestly. I will not be disappointed if they decide to hold off his release, (Isao's too) till June or July 2013. ;)

      Back on subject, For those wanting Bontenmaru and Megohime...I hope Volks offers an International lottery AE for you. Those yo's are super kawaii.

    22. @bloodycrow There is an eBay dealer who sells small quantities/holds preorders for Volks Dolpa items. I don't have the link on hand but typing in 'Volks Hasekura' into the eBay search will show that seller. However, the seller has them up for pretty high prices ($2100 for Hasekura?) so I would probably search Y!J auctions before fore resorting to the eBay dealer.

    35. In the interest of full disclosure: I didn't win a thing at the particular NY Dolpa at which Mr. Shigeta taught us his mantra. :lol: But, I still give it credit for my online-lottery successes in the years since then, because that's just the way magical thinking works.

      And I have since learnt to project my mantras onto other people (don't try this at home), mainly because I rilly rilly want MacaronTea to bring home a Bontenmaru so I can squeeze him. If anybody in the Bay Area is gunning for a Hasekura, I have a few mantra-hours left in my day that I can beam at you, because I would rilly rilly like to squeeze him too.

Can't sleep so why not check and see if the AE entry pages have been posted....they have! :) Check price on cranky Yo warrior dude...50,400Y...converts to just under $635.00 USD before shipping...argggh! So tempting, yet balance is still to be paid at WLD on Yukinojo...they'll be sending out invoices soon I'm sure. Must check under those sofa cushions again.... ;)

    52. Aaaagh I thought I was safe from the dolls this Dolpa but then I saw Megohime today at Sato x_x Guess I'll leave my fate to the numbers at the Sato After Event. I'm really worried that some amazing tenshi will be released in a month, but the new Volks News is apparently going out after the AE. My poor wallet! I figure I'll regret it if I don't at least try though...
