Guessing by the name, I'm pretty sure that SDGr Hasekura Tsunenaga is going to be male. ^^ Most likely apart of "Echoes of a Beautiful Banquet?"
As for the Yos, I'm just hoping that one is female and one is male.

I think SDGr Hasekawa Tsunenaga's male because this name come from name of Japan samurai.

And Yo-sds're boy and girl. Hime means princess and Bontenmaru's samurai boy.

 

The YoSd is supposed to be a little Date Masamune. He is so cute too!!!! I think the pictures are in the Larger Dolls General Discussion thread under Volks....(sorry half asleep here)

Daw, the YOs are super cute this go around. ^^ And Hasekawa is really handsome. Volks has been spoiling us lately with all these gorgeous men. xD

Yet it's part of Echoes of Beautiful Banquet... Sendai... that reminds me last year... Volks actually released Date for Sendai didn't they?

 

Thankfully no DD's for me this time around. My poor bank!

 

Megohime was the name of Date's wife and Botenmaru was Date's childhood name so it makes perfect sense for a Sendai Dolpa to release them.

I guess it's true... since bontenmaru really has the same expression as Date, it's just surprised me they released bontenmaru and megohime in YoSD "OTL
Last year they just released Date... and they canceled Dolpa Sendai moved to Kobe...

That was the original plan but they had to move it because of the earthquake/tsunami. He ended up being released at Kobi. It's nice that they're going back there and continuing the theme, not so nice for my wallet though. xD

Volks may just be trying to pace themselves, they had a pretty big offering last dolpa.

 

I think I'll try for Sakura. I love her outfits. Also can't wait to see pictures of the YoSDs.

I love Hasekawa Tsunenaga outfit (that jacket is to die for!). He's pretty darn cute too but I think I'm going to pass on the dolls this time. The outfits, of course, are another thing entirely!

 

Aaaand I think that's all! Hasekura is srsly trying to make me break my own rules!

 

Chibi Date's even got the same bubble-print vest, sullen mouth, and high ponytail. What a funny little guy! I will not be chasing him down, I will just be sitting here giggling madly at him. I do need his geta as well.

I wanna see more pictures of Mr. Spanish Lace with the sexy foldover boots and ratty hair, whom I also want to mug for his shoes. That picture is cropped because I can see it continues off to the right, so I'll just have to wait till someone gets other scans. ETA: Aww snap, there they are! Thx @midori.

@Gunter, thanks for those scans-- am I mistaken, or is that the same kimono set they had in the December dolpa? The red-and-black one Date's wearing with his eyepatch? If so, then this is like a second chance from the Volks Faeries for me-- I had won & bought the "Black Horse Chestnut" kimono, but USPS lost my package so I never got it. If this is the same one, that totally rocks. (If they'd also release white Yo-SD geta, I'd have a chance to replace the entire contents of that lost package!)

 

I like what I see, but luckily I'm safe this time arround. Dolpa 27 really drained my wallet. Still awaiting on Jun T. & SDGou Yukinojo to come home. lol Those kimono's are very tempting though. ^_^

 

Honestly, it looks like it really is the exact same one. I think this really may be your chance to get it again! It's really unfortunate that you even have to do this (I'm sorry to hear about that ;~~; ), so I'm hoping that it really is a re-release, that or it's got like ONE difference. xD

Back in December there was this black-and-red one, and then there was a purple one... when it comes to these LE kimono lottery sales you take what you can get... so I was stoked to have finally won it at Kerbey, along with some white Yo-SD geta. But then USPS failed to deliver the package (it was during the holiday shuffle), and they claimed it was delivered, and there was no tracking on the package, so no proof-- so they denied my insurance claim. :P But Rochelle stepped up and offered me a KL store-credit, which was beyond awesome, so I wasn't totally out all my cash.

Now all I need is for my lottery luck to hold out a second time! And if they'd offer Megohime's shoes separately again, that'd put the cherry on top. :3

Whoops O.o'' I didn't realize that the name changed! (Google correcting me and me not noticing!) It does seem like he is the same guy though, just some reason they changed the name on us...? I have no clue! D: Name has been fixed, it is actually Hasekura.

I weirdly think that the two new girls seem more SQ-Labish than Volks actually. And from what I've been told it's just that the bust is now seamless. I don't know if there is anything else new about the body.

^I think it looks SQ-Labish too. It's more like one piece upper body and not 2 pieces like before (giving it a more refined look if more skin is showed). Kind of like how SD10 boys has a one piece upper body and a 2 pieces upper body type.

 

Hahaha, those chibi Yos are just the cutest thing! Think I will just sit back with JennyNemesis and giggle over them, but man, Hasekawa is gorgeous. But just watch, if I manage to snag him then Volks will rerelease Tsukasa this winter and I will be broke.

I'm loving DDS Miki too, and I am impressed by the fact that the Idolmaster girls get not one but two extra outfits!

I'd rather just split the doll and get a different body then. xD Plus who knows how annoying it will be to remove it from the skeleton. But this is an assumption. If they have some sneaky trick up their sleeve that makes me like it then I'll adore it. xD

 

I'm loving Miki, but I should be true to my goal list that is starting to pile up. I love Sakura's uniform! Man, I feel a little old, but I appreciate Volks doing releases of older anime! That rocks!

 

His name is Hasekura. Hasekawa is a quite common last name so I think the two have got muddled. My fault, I was posting while half asleep last night . Sorry!

Both Hasekura and Bontenmaru are tempting. I sit here scheming, but I suspect it will be in vain unless the money rainz finally come .
