    2. Can anybody read/squint/translate the small-print descriptor text yet? I was wondering offhand if the Chibi Warlord was on the Long-Legged body or not. Mainly because he is 5000 yen more than she (surely it can't be all from that special ponytail wig? ;;^^ ).

    12. Thank goodness I am safe once again.. I really am hoping Volks will show us some SD10/SD13 girl love soon! Very glad I don't collect boys, this new once is quite handsome. He looks like a younger version of Williams, almost like he could be Williams and Pearl's brother! (If they were related :lol: )

      All I really see I need is that blue SD dress from the Pink label. It's so cute!

I can't wait until larger scans are available, I really want to read Hasekura's story from Volks. I'm so excited, I haven't been this taken with a doll in a really long while...!!

    18. I also wondered why they choose Hasekura instead of Katakura. I know they aren't really going for the Sengoku Basara look but it might of helped to bring out the fan girls. Either way Hasekura is gorgeous and that picture of him with Masamune...:drool.

I swear every time you think you are finally going to be okay, that they won't have anything you'll want they come out with some gorgeous guy/girl that makes all your plans just fall apart! D: It's like they have the Jaws Theme forever going... (Or something silly like that xD) That endless anticipation for another doll that will make your wallet scream!

      Poor Hasekura. I'm on a no-buying status currently so I can't even seriously consider you. You are just so pretty though. ;~;

    37. Doesn't it always seem like the exchange rate doesn't exactly equal to what VolksUSA offers dolls at, though? I always find myself pleasantly surprised because they seem to be cheaper than the rate exchange hinted.

      ...Or am I the only one who thinks this? :sweat

    38. Nope, this is why folks who are international (at least I know it happens with a lot of DD stuff) will use a proxy address and enter for things via VolksUSA. It kinda sucks seeing that we get far less quantities of basically everything in the USA so the added competition is a bit unreasonable imo. Anyways, I actually would like for Volks to properly fix their prices to fit the proper exchange rates. I like their dolls enough to be paying a higher price. ^^;

    40. Volks USA prices haven't ever been directly equivalent to the exchange rate. For a long time, it was quite a bit cheaper to get dolls from Volks International, even with the shipping factored in! Now, the exchange rate has plummeted and the opposite is true. I remember entering for LE's on Volks USA and grumbling about how people who got them from the International lottery got them both cheaper and faster. :lol:

      But ouch, Hasekura is pricey. It looks like he might come with extra hands? I see normal hands, a gun hand (with a gun), and are those fists I spy? Not sure . . . he's still really tempting though, he'd be perfect for an OC I've been trying to shell for ages.

    41. Well I guess this offsets everything. Less quantity but better prices for Volks USA XD

      People will use proxy services for physical dolpas, Volks Japan, Volks international, Volks USA. It doesn't matter which one gets the most dolls.

      There will always be people who tries to grab more than one of 'something' I mean, Volks DOES let people buy more than one guidebooks to enter for things at dolpa too so it's not like they are trying to stop one winner from having multiple winnings. They are still making money and people still go crazy over the items. It's just how it is it's impossible to make everyone happy =(

      I assume prices will still be lower at Volks USA this time as well.
