Congrats to all winners! I haven't heard anything from VolksUSA yet, and since my order status still doesn't say canceled, I'm assuming VolksUSA still haven't started their own lottery yet. Maybe they're waiting for WLD winning names to prevent people from winning duplicates?

I entered for both Lieselotte (for a friend who was traveling during the time of the lottery entry) and Charlotte (for myself), and won only Charlotte. Our Lieselotte entry is still 'pending review' on VolksUSA, I'm hoping we know the results soon! So far we only had a few winners from WLD, huh? I wonder if they got less dolls this time around... o.o

 

When I check my order at Volksusa it says nothing at all under 'status' ???

 

I entered for Lieselotte via WLD but didn't get an email so I think I'll be trying the International After Event. I totally forgot the deadline on Volks USA T_T

 

WLD said there were "very very very limited dolls" this time around. This is only my second lottery so I'm not sure how these things work exactly. Normally will almost everyone who enters win? Or is it not so common to win?

 

It totally depends on the event - sometimes there are tons of winners, sometimes very few.

 

You have to check the yellow box over your order sheet, mine still says 'this order is pending review'. :3

Regarding lotteries, I won practically every doll I entered for in the past 3 years (including my own Lieselotte), except that last SD17 Williams a couple of years ago... so I always assumed it wasn't too hard to win a Volks doll. o.o There're usually more winners, as far as I can remember? ><~ These items were really much more limited, I'm guessing it has something to do with the wider distribution of Charlotte and Lieselotte since BTSSB are also selling them to the Japanese public on their website and man, they're popular... ;0;~ As justkatie179 said, really depends...

Thank you!! I didn't put in for Lieselotte when I put in for Charlotte originally and I regretted it!! I've also won every lottery I've entered with the exception of SD16 Ami Ayase so I think more people go home happy then not

Essie - Yay! I did the opposite on their first release, put in for Lieselotte but not Charlotte. XD And totally agree - usually there's a lot more winners than losers on the Volks lottery. :3

Not sure about winning but when I lost, there would be a yellow box, similar to Abel's, with a message saying the order is cancelled. I only received the "order is pending review" message once, and it was when I mistyped my billing address and their system could not verified it with my bank. Volks was very helpful regarding this though.

 

I am really hoping they let us know today.

I was unable to get photos of the outfits this time (crazy busy!) and the DD editions (also too busy!), but I hope you enjoy the photos anyways. To be honest, I lost a lot of my energy half-way through because of the soaring temperatures. For those who have never been to a Dolpa it gives one a pretty good idea of what goes on there.

 

Huh, I wonder if my yellow box is because I was moving out of University and need to update an address... though it's still the same for the bank. +_o' I hope nothing goes wrong with my chances because of that. ><'

Kerbey Lane retired a while ago for health problems, so we only have WLD as a USA dealer now other than VolksUSA.

I wanted to switch & replace my current girls since I like everything about the new releases slightly more (those outfits, those faceups, those WIGS !! Oh man, the wigs~!) and I don't have the funds for two sets of twins at the moment but lost. Gosh, out of the 10+ times I've entered the lottery I've only won twice and it was for dolls that didn't sell well so there were tons of leftovers, lol! Sooo... considering my options now . At the very least I think I'll try for the new school uniform sets ^^!! I think they'd look great on my current girls.



Does anyone know if it's OK to enter both international and Japan web after event lottery? Or are they considered the same and will they cancel your order?

 

Japan is only for within Japan, and USA is only for USA. International is everyone, except Japan. USA can try International, but not Japan, Japan can only do Japan. I have done USA and International with no issues.

I won Charlotte, but not Lieselotte. Which is okay. Congrats to everyone who won!

They did send out emails to the winners of the boys tonight.

 

They will only email on 29 August 2013 for the results of Charlotte and Lieselotte.

I don't know for Volks USA website, but Volks Japan send them today (but only to the winners ), it's 14h at Japan now ...
I' m still checking my mail box for Lieselotte , if someone receive an email from Volks Japan website (for Asian and european customers ), is it possible to tell it here ? As this, losers will know they losted and won't have to wait more ^^"
