Just a cautionary tip for any who don't read Japanese -- that's a modded F-38 head. According to the description, the lips and nose were sanded down, and changes were made to the shape of the eyes using epoxy and more sanding. Another gorgeous Y!J custom job.

 

Thanks for the warning! Is the schedule change just for the prices or also the other new things as well?

 

I wish they make SDcute for FCS, but i hope for a little body change then, i dont like the double jointed torso. YoSD would be great as well. Im sad i cant order before the price goes higher... i try to wait until i know i will play with my dolls that i want.

I am very worried that MSD F16 will be taken away from FCS! I wonder if i should be worried about it? she does not seem very popular and is still Sato after several years

Personally, I'm hoping for some new hand parts for SD10's and SD13 girls! And it would be so awesome if they had "slender" parts for SD13 boys, sort of like they used to have for the SD10's (ages ago, lol).

The suwarikko body is an excellent guess though. And maybe they will make some Sato-only heads available at the Sumikas? Lets all cross our fingers!

 

I actually have a few dolls I want to welcome using FCS, but I am holding out until all the new didly-dads are added to the FCS line up! lol
I'd hate to settle for a certain eye color or wig now and kick myself later because they add the perfect one with the new FCS!
I am also hoping for the suwarikko sd10 bodies!
Seems like Ebony skin is a great possibility as well.
And with all the Yo-SD molds and different option hands, I do see a possibility for "Chibi FCS"!! It would be soo cool to see a Yo in sunlight or white skin! ^__^

I would die if they added the suwarikko body! This means I don't have to steal my other dolls suwarikko bodies for the FCS heads I want, ahh I'm excited! I hope they do, plus the SD16 & SD17 bodies aswell. It would be so much more convenient this way! Ahh one can dream, September is almost here, let's keep praying!

Oh, I really hope they release the suwarikko body! I have an idea for a whiteskin SD F-13 girl who has a pure heart, but is physically weak and can't stand for long periods of time. The suwarikko body would be perfect for her!

Oh, wow! I hadn't even thought of sunlight skin becoming a Sumika option! That would be great! I love a lot of the Sato wigs too.

I know this will never happen, but I wish Volks would release the SD13 Yugiri body as an option for FCS. I love her small bust so much, and I don't want to have to scalp through Y!J and buy all the Yugiri's only to take their bodies then sell their heads. It feels too cruel.

I want new wigs and eyes too! I agree with Manami, all the wigs I like at Sato only. I also wish for more optional hands and feet! (not that I don't have enough already) more, more, more! Ok I sound like a spoiled child, I'll shut up now haha.

I think it really shows the sculpt well, and the potential of it. Almost makes me want a girl.

 

I have a SD13 girl on a medium bust body I really love; it makes my girl seem so thin and delicate. They have a small bust option too - not as flat as Yugiri but certainly not big! Maybe some of your dolls could be on the small bust sd13 girl body.

 

I think myself and mostly everyone here would die of happiness if they released the sd17 body! GOD, my bank account would be in sooooooooo much trouble! lol!!! XD

I don't know if I've mentioned it, and even if I did, it was probably a long while back on another thread.. If Volks releases a beauty white SD17 body, and I have the means to get it, my F-31 elf prince is getting a bod-upgrade.

 

I swear, if they get a SD17 girl, my heart will break while I cry with tears of happiness. If they have SD16 as a part of the full choice system, I think I will supermodels lying around in my house. I wonder if they make a SD17 girl if she will be even thinner like a model from a runway in Paris. And I don't want to push it but an SD18 does sound pretty amazing, I don't know how it would be but the title itself sounds really nice. Also, I wonder if Volks would ever make a life size ball jointed doll. I will cry on that day. If there was an incredibly realistic life size ball jointed doll by Volks AND in full choice system, everyone in the world would have their very own ideal beauty in scale to themselves. It doesn't have to be a love doll though, it can just be for looks. Or a really large doll the size of a child by Volks. It would be like Coppelia!
No, but really, I would go broke if taller and thinner dolls were released by Volks or large fashion dolls.

 

This is really fun... the speculation. Volks' secretive ways are building up my expectations! oh gods, if it is a new yo line or sd17 mens, I'm gonna have to be a bad bear come October paycheck! ^^

Yeah I have a medium bust for my School C, and my Michele girl is on a small bust. Most of my other girls are on their suwarikko bodies, but I'm looking for an even smaller bust for them, and the Yugiri bust was perfect! I guess if I can't get my hands on several Yugiri bodies then I'll just have to opt for the small bust bodies. Sure there isn't much 'boobage' to the Yugiri body, and it's pretty much a flat chest, but I love it so much!

Oh gosh... The thought of SD17 girls with supermodel-like bodies. It's absolutely my dream to make a supermodel Volks doll. If they don't add it to the FCS, then I guess I will have to opt on getting many SD16's instead! Also, I would love a realistic size doll! Or at least one at the height of a small child, that would be totally amazing!

So how does one go about ordering these FCS dolls? I love the MSD elves (they'd be perfect for my twins). Does one have to order directly from the Volks store? In which case I'm royally screwed as the only store I know of in the US is on the opposite side of the country, and there's no way in hell I'm flying several thousand miles for the sake of a doll, no matter how cute it is.

 

There are several people on DoA who will take orders for the Tenshi no Sato only dolls, such as ria_ria, Pithetaphish, and Purgatorix/neverything. ^_^

 

imagine how i feel. i cant order at all, as you have to live in the country the store is in. so then you have to get a middle man to send it to you...(volks, open a european shop!)

but yes as KeiCai_Ayan, there are plenty of people who can order for you (for a price) but FCS is just so expensive as it is. (...volks, open a european shop!!)

 

Yeah, I know. Volks is a little too expensive for my tastes. But those elf heads are so cute. *sighs*

 

I'm interested in FCS-SD17 body more than everything...

 

Still trying to consider what chances we have of Volks releasing YoSDs for FCS...

 

Me too cause Volks has already made so many optional hands even doh they're suppose to be limited.

 

If they do, most likely they would include the 4 sisters head, ryo and kun.
I do hope they would include anne/piccolo head~

 

With all of this hoping and speculation, I honestly hope that Volks focus on improving their current Full Choice standards and quality. As much as I would adore the inclusion of the SD16 boy body, I would like to see more varied wigs included, such as wig styles that are found for sale through Volks but not available though Full Choice. I would also like to see the inclusion of the 14mm eye size, new eye colors, the inclusion of SDCute bodies, suwaricco legs, more SD13 boy hands, and more headmolds for SD13 boys. All of this would improve on what is currently available.

I hope Volks holds off on including YoSD, SD16, or SD17 bodies until they can confidently handle their current Full Choice orders and improve their quality.

 

Aside from the price hike are they offering anything else?

Well, right now, the information is taken from an Ad (for Volks) in the most recent issue of Hobby Japan. There is no more details about the rest of the items for Sumika Fair. I am pretty sure we will find out more about it once the date is closer.
