I have 4 Angel Philia girls and SmartDoll Mirai on her way. Vinyl is so much easier on my old hands.

 

Hey there, I have been lurking around this forum for quiet a while and well finally decided to post something here. Random though I really love DD Kaede, even though people bee complaining that her face looks weird but when I see her in person she's lovely. Anyone planning to buy her?

 

Hi everyone, I was able to purchase a Snow Miku and I have really been enjoying having her as my first Dollfie Dream Doll. I love how light she is and I take her to the mall with me all the time! Here are some pics of proud and joy!

@Sylvanjade Thank you so much! I ordered her Vampire Outfit from Volks but that will not come till some time in September maybe. They said sometime in autumn; so, I am not sure when the shipment will come. I did order that outfit as soon as the site allowed; so, maybe I might be apart of the early shipment group. I will let you know as soon as they tell me.

I got my first dollfie dream head two days ago! A DDH-05 in semi-white.

@vantoria I think she's lovely too! Her face looks different from the other DDs, but in a good way imo, she looks more mature **

 

I got my first Dollfie Dream Sheryl not too long ago, and now I feel like my collection has gotten huge. I’ve got Sheryl, Usagi/Sailor Moon, Liliru, and Ruri...and lordie if there aren’t more that I want! Glad to find this thread to chat about DDs with others! Loving all the pictures posted.

kellyem, your Sheryl looks very stylish and cool in that shot. I'd love to see photos of your Ruri if you have any--I've not seen that sculpt around much.

Wow, everyone's dolls are so adorable! I need to practice my photography skills -Youpla, Ramcoy and Kellyemm are setting the standards so high! Youpla, are those Momo's eyes? They look so shiny!

I need to figure out how to get photos where their blush is visible. My poor girls look so washed out when I take photos. You can barely tell they have blush at all.

Hi! I have a quick question as to the height of a Dollfie Dream Sister. I currently have a Snow Miku, and was thinking about getting a SIster as a companion for her. However, I've seen a couple of different measurements for the Sister height--Volks shows it as 545mm (54.5 cm), or just an inch shorter than a DD; the Wiki here shows it as 50cm, which is nearly 3 inches shorter. I am assuming that the Volks website is the correct one, but I may have landed on an old or incorrect page.

Can someone here with a Sister let me know the actual height (with head)? Thanks so much!

Can smartdolls be mentioned here? I haven’t seen a smartdoll discussion area in Den of Angels. I’d love to have one because I have one doll, and it’s a smartdoll.

I just bought a Snow Miku (yay!) but am wondering about both her default outfit and her winter coat set. Do they stain? Will she absolutely need the body suit? I see @ramcoy has her in her outfit possibly without the full body suit? Thank you for any help!

Can anyone tell me how Volks usa lottery works?

 

You put the item in your cart as though you were
going to purchase it. Volks will tell you what the
item will cost if you are a winner and what the shipping
will be. You agree to that.

On the 13th they'll advise you whether you won or lost.
If you won you need to pay by the 17th.

 

Kaede is so pretty but I don't really get into DDs and I don't know anything about the character lol

I'm thinking of entering for Matoi but I'm still undecided. If there's a new DD in Monday's Volks News hopefully they'll preview her this Friday so that I'll have a chance to see her before deciding whether to try for Matoi or to wait.

I’m really confused about the lottery from Volks USA site, I didn’t see any of the lottery stuff. I was on the website and was logged in. I was also on the website just when the lottery opened.

Woohoo, we have a delivery date for Saber Altria Pendragon. The 12 month wait is almost over. It's a pity that they removed the Paypal payment option though. The way that they handle credit cards was a bit ridiculous when they took the deposit.

 

After today. I have had it with VOLKSJP.

I have been trying to pay for this girl Fate/Grand Order - Saber - Dollfie Dream - Dollfie Dream Sister - 1/3 (Volks) since yesterday. All failed...

WELL.. they can ban me if they want, since I can't pay for her... I tried 15times. both credit card and bank card... After 15times, I am done.

I sent them an email about I can't pay.. no reply...

DOES ANYONE has the same problem like I did? Or I DID something WRONG????

@HEEDLESS_X_FEI Have you called your bank? They could be blocking the transactions as possible fraud.

 

Their payment method is pretty garbage. I had a lot of trouble paying the deposit for my preorder.

It's a bit silly that they've stopped accepting Paypal for new orders; and I'm glad that I can pay off the balance with Paypal.

I doubt I'll buy anything from them again, it will be Mandarake instead.
