A couple of years ago, DoA's anniversary contest involved sock couture. Lots of inspiration there. And if you visit the styling and crafting and projects sections you should find several journals for using socks to make cardigans, hoodies, etc. Be sure to check out PoeticSoul's sock wardrobe project thread and this thread, too!
ragdoll has a basic t-shirt pattern that I looked through. lots of pages but you could get inspired there and she doen;t have a pattern she just measures the doll in her demo and lookks pretty simple. Oh forgot to say ragdoll is under "anyone can sew" here's a link to her /threads/anyone-can-sew-jeans-tutorial-all-sizes-pattern-free.231385/ . I tried finding her thread and I couldn't find it so I hope this helps.
If you do a search for sock in the pattern section of workshop forum, you can find other sock projects too. This is one of my favourites: /threads/how-to-make-an-msd-sock-jacket-top-and-skirt-with-six-socks.409474/
going to check out that link i have so many socks that are cute been saving them because i thought i could do something crafty with them lol.
I did a sock to hoodie tutorial long ago. The tutorial says to use a felted sock, but experimentation has shown that non-felted works too. /tutorials/sewing-a-yosd-or-msd-sized-coat-from-a-felted-wool-sock.73/
