Unsatisfactory Transaction with naitomeadoll aka Taksan

Sorry to revive an old thread but I have talked to Lynn who had been in search of Warumono. She told me that Warumono has not yet repaid her debt with her and has avoided contact with her. The funds that she was safe keeping for Feilan was never sent to Lynn. Is anyone able to confirm this?

 

I did infact send the fund's to Lindsay and I was told she did receive them.
Contact has not been avoided, I just do not go on AIM very often. (:

She's back with a new account, Taksan. This account will be banned shortly, but we are dealing with her open transactions.

 

I'm in the middle of a transaction with Taksan. I thought that she was just an inexperienced seller, but now her behavior makes sense. She offered to pay me in cash instead of using Paypal, and when she shipped the doll body to me, she did not put her last name down on the label. She also tried to get out of giving me her last name when I asked for it (as I am going to have to ship the body back to her due to damage.)

We had agreed for her to send me a DoT boy body and $165 in trade for my DoI Luke. The body arrived damaged due to very poor packaging on her part (thumb broken, a few knicks on the neck from the s-hook.) It was also filthy from clothing stains, hand grease, and brown putty that was crammed in the neck joint. I decided that it was not worth my time to fix up the body, as parts of it were poorly sanded as well and would need to be fixed, so I told her that I would be shipping the body back to her. She asked me to unstring the the body to cut down on shipping cost.

I'm still waiting for her to Paypal me $24 for the cost of shipping the body back to her.

How are you getting compensation for your doll? It may seem best to ship back to her and then she'll ship back to you - but Naitomedoll is a scammer and you need to proceed with utmost care. Do not ship anything back to her until you recieve your doll back - I'd really opt against accepting money from her, now, either - she has a history with fraudulent checks and money orders. You would be safest getting your doll back.

I really can't believe the nerve she has to come back. ~__~;

 

I should have been clearer. She was going to send me $165 in cash with the body. Under no circumstances would I send out an item without receiving full payment first.

I don't remember what reason she gave me, but the money was not with the body when I received it. Obviously I did not ship the DoI Luke to her.

I have talked to Taksan before through PM and she is the one who informed me that naitomeadoll that was looking for Warumono and told me to contact her. I have been talking to naitomeadoll casually and she says Taksan is her friend that lives down the block from her. She does mention her from time to time.

I knew that she had made a group order for Fairyland and I was going to ask her some information so I PMed her about it. She replied really quickly in the afternoons. As for naitomeadoll, she always replies to my emails but only in the evening because she has to work so it seems kind of strange how they could be the same person unless she's lying.

From what has previously happened before, it's possible that she might have stolen her friend's account if Taksan is a real person. She did mention that she used to have a Cyber Bohemian Shiwoo and planned on saving to get a FCS. She also said that she would never get any dolls from DZ but one of them is listed in Taksan's wishlist...

 

WOW I almost joined that group order too! Good to know that naitomeadoll is back to her old tricks again. It honestly doesn't surprise me that she would do this again, anyone that desperate will always find a way back on.

Just to let everyone know, she never reimbursed me for the $100 in shipping charges and I believe her email has been deleted. The last time I tried to send an email I got it back. At this point I've stopped pursuing the money, and am just taking the loss. I'm very sorry about what you went through whitebread. The condition of that doll is unacceptable! Good luck getting your shipping refund back, and I'm happy to hear you never sent the DoI!

 

Wow o_o;; we were in the middle of a transaction... I'm selling an SD10 body, and I had it on hold for her- she was going to pay as soon as she sold her Woosoo, or when she got her check late this week, and after I sent her photos of the body. She was going to pay with paypal... I guess I'll take the body off hold now ^^;;

 

Replying to make it clearer- I was in the middle of a transacrion with Taksan, not the username naitomeadoll.

Also, from what I've read from this thread, I'm with Ayase- I'm not entirely sure they're the same person. naitomeadoll seems to have always paid with billpay that would bounce, but Taksan offered paypal right off the bat, since I said that was all I took in my thread- she never offered billpay, though she did offer a (regular) money order to bypass paypal fees. I don't know if it's possible for a paypal transaction to bounce, or if there's some way for her to paypal me and then somehow scam me into getting it back- but the transaction felt honest to me.

 

Taksan goes by the name of Momijihiru on BJD illusions.

 

Due to personal experience working with Taksan, I would not recommend anyone holding anything for her to keep it on hold. She gave me the run-around for 3 weeks promising she'd pay the next day... the next day... the next day... each time the promised amount would change. Although I laid out the terms of the sale quite clearly in the beginning, she kept trying to wheedle me into changing them although I firmly said I would not as I was already cutting her a great deal.

 

I have posted an update on BDD - has it been verified by mods that Taksan is in fact Naitomeadoll?

 

Yes, it is possible for a PayPal transaction to "bounce" I nearly learned this the hard way. The transaction did not involve Naitomeadoll or Taksan but another user who has since been banned from DoA.

I received a payment via credit card on PayPal. 12 hours later PayPal removed the amount from my account and put the money on hold while the card was investigated for fraud. You can also use some sort of "e-check" via PayPal where it can take up to a week for the funds to actually transfer to your PayPal account.

 

Taksan is using the same mailing address that Naitomeadoll was using, but with a slightly different name.

 

I verified Naitomeadoll address with Taksan address.
They are the same.

I've talked to naitomeadoll and asked her what's going on. She said that Taksan lives on the same street as her and is using her address to send and receive packages so that her mom doesn't flip out.

 

I would say that this is a very unusual explination, and it would be very wise to be cautious given the history of the situation.

 

It doesn't seem like it would be a good idea to use the address of someone that was banned for being a scammer does it? It is potentially damaging should the person not truly be a scammer. And also Whitebread said the other was giving her the run around about giving a real name. This seems suspicious as well. If nothing else, the person who was in the swap +money with Whitebread clearly has not made a good sale and is using an address of a known scammer. She herself was also not forthcoming about this. It was a bad deal all around and anyone in transactions with this person might want to reconsider due to the evidence provided.

 

Oh, my. I'm also in the middle of a transaction with Taksan. I have my F-31 on hold for her and she has paid me more of the half price (it's a layaway). She also bought some wigs and eyes from me and all went alright. Communication was good too. That's so weird, I don't know what to do now U___U

 

Alright. Taksan contacted me and cancelled the layaway. I have returned her the money and all is setled now for me and her ^.^

 

All i can say is good luck on getting your money back from the person. She's a really horrible person in my book. I dont think i'll see my 60$ its been almost a year after my transactions with her. I dont care about the money anymore I only wish she stop scaming others like she scamed me.

 

i learned the hard way that when 'money order' is mentioned she actually sent a 'bill pay' check. which bounced higher than a rubber ball on me. luckily i got it all back-but man it caused a major headache.

 

I juste discovered this thread today and now I am starting to be concerned about a transaction I have with Taksan: We agreed on a trade between her vamp. Woosoo head and my F-16 head...

She told me she sent the Woosoo head already and gave me a tracking number. I am supposed to send her my F-16 head today, but I am being a lot worried now. If the Woosoo head do arrive, then it could be damaged and I may not be able to get my F-16 head back, etc.

Should I wait to receive the Woosoo head before I send my F-16 head or should I send it today ?

I would wait. When I dealt with Taksan she had no problem waiting until I got her half of the trade before I sent out my half (which oddly enough was the Woosoo head). So if she's really claiming to be innocent (despite people here pretty much verifying that she isn't) she won't have a problem waiting.

 

I agree - please do NOT send out the head until you have received your end of the trade.

 

That is why I no longer take any kind of money order other than post office money orders. They are very safe and you get your money on hand without having to deal with a bank/ hand a chance of it bouncing or something.

Totally wait. When I do trades I never send out my goods until I receive the other persons. It would be safe for you to wait especially because mentioned earlier by someone in the thread with the DoT body she got that was broken and had gross brown stuff on it.

I'm confused now. I talk to naitomeadoll on and off on AIM, and before I asked her if Taksan was another account she used. Awhile back, she was showing me pictures of stuff she was selling on her livejournal. Then I noticed that in Taksan's signature, it was also advertising the items she was selling, and even had a link to the exact livejournal page.

I messaged Lynn, and asked her what was up, and she said that her friend used her livejournal page to also sell stuff and that she would tell her to take it off. It was quickly pulled off the signature. I didn't think much of it, because the Taksan had different dolls that she told me she had. But now, Lynn is saying that Taksan even uses her address to ship and receive packages?

I don't really know what to think. Unless she has been seriously lying about everything she has told me too.

 

Wow, there's a lot of pages in this thread. Taksan is on the reserve list for a minimee group order but I noticed she's been banned from the marketplace, can a mod verify for me whether or not I'm allowed to still deal with her? I'm not particularly concerned either way because I'd request full payment up front anyway, but I need to know the rules. Thanks.

 

Did naitomeadoll say that she'd sold/traded any dolls to Taksan? Recently I recieved what I believe was the limited Latidoll Aida (I just got the body, outfit and clawed hands, not the hend) that gretch110 traded/sold naitomeadoll before she'd been banned. It's possible that they both had one but it seems pretty unlikely.

 

You bought the Aida body from Taksan? I know naitomeadoll had a Aida, and she told me that she had to sell her Aida's body because she needed money.

 

It seems pretty clear hear that 'Taksan' is not a 'friend' and naitameadoll is using it as an excuse that it's not her. :/

Yep, I sold my Aida to her before she started scaming everyone back in November. In fact I'm pretty sure I was the first and only person to get a full payment that wasn't bogus or that I had to fight to get from her.

I highly doubt that naitomeadoll and 'Taksan' are two different people. I know Aida isn't exacitally hard to find, but for two people to suddenly have the exact same doll and sell the exact same parts of him.... like onnawufei said seems pretty unlikely.

p.s. onnawufei, I've very very glad you got his body! Panty_girl did alot of hard work on it and now I think he's with someone that will take good care of him. Now I kinda want his head back knowing all this lol

 

Naitomeadoll bought a Tanpopo from me as you can read earlier in this thread. Taksan then sold the same Tanpopo (same dress...same face-up damage.)

I believe they are the same person.

 

Taksan still hasn't contacted me about shipping the DoT body back to her. I'm in no hurry, as I didn't lose out on money in this transaction, but I am unhappy about having an unclaimed doll in my house.

 

Taksan aka Naitomeadoll doesn't seem to have a paypal account.
She is using another "friends" account.
Make sure you check the name, address and paypal account holders information you send money to.

 

Hello, I bought the head. Did he have wig stains on him when you sold him?

 

No he did not! Aida was in perfect condition when I sold him to her. His body had been blushed by panty_girl here on DoA and I had glued a lip ring on him with just normal craft glue. She wanted that left on so I didn't remove the lip ring before sending him. Any other 'damage' he may have had came from naitomeadoll. I'm glad to know his head went to someone else too!

Also when I sent naitomeadoll a refund for the shipping I sent it to her 'boyfriends' paypal acount. I may still have it in my emails somewere if someone is wanting it to compair to.

Anyway, the head came to me with glue on the lips! Taksan told me it was for a lip ring. Even more evidence that points to a strong connection.... (Unless Taksan bought the doll from naitomeadoll)

Yes, she is supposed to be shipping me a puki face. However, it was a WTSplit thread, so even if this was a valid transaction, there would be a long waiting time.

 

If I were you I would to be safe. You can always cancel the claim once the item arrives.

I have sent some payments to Taksan buying her DIM Asiam, but now I am a little unsure what to do. The feedback she has had on the Taksan account is good? But I need some advice I think.

 

Update on my situation - I have received a partial refund from Taksan. My dispute will remain open until she returns the rest of the cash. She is aware of this.

 

Honestly, if I were you, I would be wary.

I got my head. But the blushing was coming off the ears. And it had stains. I had to remove the faceup to get the stains (and the glue on his lips) off.

It all depends on what you are willing to put up with. I never planned on keeping the faceup, so I think it worked out for the best (since Taksan was selling the head pretty cheaply). But if things like slight staining and scratches bother you a lot, it probably won't be the best thing to buy from her.

 

To the people who 'gave up' on their unresolved payments with 'Lynn', don't. Just don't. If you do, that means she wins, and the more people that give up like that, the more it fuels criminals like her to continue their patterns. Believe me, I've been to school for this stuff, and it's not like it's difficult to understand that.

If you are in a transaction with anyone who is having any sort of dispute against them or looks sketchy and is being investigated, I strongly recommend cancelling these transactions immediately and then wait for the whole thing to blow over. If they come crying to you about having nothing to do with it, tell them it's their fault for not checking on the people they associate with, it's what any prudent individual should do.

When I got the Aida body it was dirty and she'd actually cut the elastic when she unstrung him. I had to put up with MSD elastic until I could get some SD elastic to fix him. (Let me tell you that this does not work. XD But it held the body together.) Stupid me overlooked this though and didn't mention it in her feedback. I should have.

It seems that those expecting dolls from her should just be aware that there's a good chance they won't be in pristine condition.
