My girl JUST got here today, and now there's the possibility of having faceplates for her! I'm so excited, and she is so, so lovely... I'll be posting pictures of her soon!

Her name is Isabel, and she'll be using the Marion faceplate.

 

Oooo this sounds promising, n66x! I am so psyched to see these optional parts!!!!

HobbyLink is a really good option but since it's hard to search in their database I'll also add the direct link which can be traced here. keep in mind usually you can't participate in the magazine preorders and lotteries if you don't have someone to coordinate this order in Japanese and a Japanese address,

 

N666 - Sorry I do not understand. Do you have to buy the magazine to order the doll from Crescent Shop? I just never saw what you quoted on his website. I am confused. Should I buy the next magazine or just wait until Crescent Shop posts more information. Thank you so much!

 

for participating in this optional order it's required we buy the magazine(U-noa Quluts Zero is NOT for the moment produced by AlcehmicLabo only Gentarou Araki is the artist and the preorder comes in a form of coupon in the magazine which you fill in and send via postal office along with payment or something to this extent) Crescent has reserved 30 issues from Amazon.co.jp,I got this information on my message board by personally contacting Crescent, it's not yet known if Crescent will charge us for the books or send the issues to 30 of their members when the preorder is done along with the items, they haven't gotten to that part of thinking yet since the company does not collaborate the way AlchemicLabo does with them, personally I would wait for them to update the information (hoping the magazine won't go out of stock from all around by then >___<;` )

 

I'm back on a shoe search for my Zero. We made it through the winter with lots of boots, but she needs some pretty shoes for spring. Anyone have any new shoe sources?

 

well, still me, still talking about shoes (not surprising, I do talk about shoes quite often)...
bought 2 pair of the Sr. Delf Luts shoes mentioned earlier in this thread, one white, one black. They fit beautifully, even over a fairly heavyweight cotton lycra kint sock, and my girl stands just fine in them.

I am planning to buy some EID woman shoes from iple house, the measurements are slightly different but I am willing to risk it since my girl really needs shoes badly >_<

I don't wanna jump into false conclusions but reading and deciphering the Freak#2 descriptions it almost feels like it mentions the new limited U-noa Zero kit will be released with an additional face attached(?) other than Marion and Latea..But then again this is probably 99% a misunderstanding or I guess reading too much into it,lol..

 

OMG I can not wait for the updates!!!... I have been stalking this thread hoping for pictures of the new faceplate options!!!... Ohhh I hope we get to see soon

Ugh. A little peeved that they might be releasing them again after saying that it wouldn't happen. But I'm looking forward to the chance to get option parts and perhaps a second Unon...for much, much less than I paid for the one I have. >_>

 

I'm not sure what you mean :s There's a flickr group dedicated to just Zero's if you want to see what other people have done with them.

 

well the taxed Japanese price of the U-noa Zero kits last time was 88,000Yen, hopefully the deputy service fee won't make the total reach more than 100,000Yen but the exchange rate has changed dramatically since last preorder...>____<;;;

I'm laughing wryly -- this was my big secret until I got her back from her face-ups, but I bought a Unoa Zero from another collector the day before N66x made this announcement. *facepalm*

But I feel very fortunate to have her, she's beautiful and everything I'd dreamed of, and I didn't pay an outrageous price, so I'm still very lucky.

And, hey, now I can potentially have two at some point!

yes as far as I know these are normal preorders arranged by Hobby-Japan instead of Alchemic-Labo.
Hobby-Japan is currently responsible and own the rights for reproducing and distributing the U-noa Quluts Zero and unless that changes and Gentaro Araki regains the rights back, the next preorder can take a few more years again to take place,>__<;

so consider this a huge open-window opportunity!^__^

 

I am definitely going for the sleeping faces wewt! I especially love the sleeping face plate for Latea, I can't imagine her as anything but sweet.

sorry for double post. I was just given a quote from Crescent and they charged for their service 17050Y. I am not sure if the price changes depending on what you ordered. Not too bad though. I was worried it would be even more expensive

 

I put in a quote request as well! I was hoping for dozing faceplates! But.. imagine a 'yawning' plate? I'd love another Unon, but I can't afford it right now. Hoping to get the Dozing plates, Parts and Wig B.

 

I, too, asked for a price quote. Just doing a quick conversion of yen to dollar and guessing at fees, looks to be for me about $1,200. That is a bit pricey. But I do realize these do not come up too often. Just wish she did not have such big breasts. It makes designing outfits so hard. But she sure has a sexy but sweet look that is hard not to like.

So tell me, is the kit worth the price?

*pokes in* I've always admired these beauties from afar, and nearly had a heart attack when I saw the news from Crescent in my inbox! I usually prefer more posable dolls, but the Unon faces and bodies are simply the most gorgeous I've ever seen. Though the price is kinda scary. Darn exchange rate! But they do come with a lot, so I guess its not that bad.

Ugh. Bad timing though, I'm getting Okita from March Dolpa, who costs about as much as a Unon actually. I'm glad there's plenty of time to think about it though, I hope those of you wanting one can manage to get her! ^_^ *goes to browse Unon pics*

Also, to be clear, the very most basic kit comes with all 4 face plates? You don't have to choose.. you just get them all automatically ?
