Just another random update about Y!Japan both the other listings I was talking about have ended. Although there is another one that is roughly worth 550USD right now.

unfortunately someone from crescent has already bidded on it and im not sure if they have fixed it but someone else who uses crescent cannot bid on that item now. they would have to go through another shopping service.

 

No, they didn't fix it unless it was very very recent. It's unfortunate it's like that. They should add into their system for a user can "forfeit" it so another user can use it. Ah well I'll keep my eyes out for other Zeros to help people out ^^

 

Just use another shopping service. Plenty out there and some with better rates than Crescent. It is worth having a look around for which suits your purchase best.

 

I understand being helpful but I have always felt that its not good to post links to direct auctions. I know some appreciate help finding them but you must also consider those who are bidding for those items. I know if I was trying to buy something on an auction I wouldn't want someone linking that particular auction to other potential buyers. I think its a better idea to post the link to the search or to teach how to use RSS so they can find the links themself.

You can keep posting the links if you'd like and I'm sure many appreciate but like I said I wouldn't want someone adding unwanted attention to an auction if I was bidding on it and I'm sure some others may feel the same. Using RSS still provides links but I feel using the RSS/syndication is more fair because its not so direct.

 

I never really thought of it that way, but I totally understand where your coming from. I suppose I shall stop since you added really helpful information on how they can go about and look for it on their own ^^.

speaking for myself I have NEVER seen a body go on its own. the doll comes with two faceplates and just one body so I'd think if anyone was trying to hold on to one of the faceplates they would keep the body!

I've only seen full sets and individual faceplates for sale. and a FEW outfits.

I was only talking of y!j auctions ;A; I really wish I'd catch a body for sale! I hate how many floating heads I have right now but don't wish to sell a single one.

 

I recently won an Unoa Zero from YJ! (thanks to naughty D.ark teaching me how to use it hehe). She's currently stuck in customs ATM and I am incredibely excited about it. I fell for the Unoa's back in 2005, then when I saw my first one (D.Ark's) irl last summer I just knew I had to have one but was kinda more interested in SD sizes, so after playing with D.Ark's Zero and finally plucking up the courage and actually winning one, I have one coming home!

ATM I'm going to have the body share the two face plates as two individual people (but like Mumby from Return to Oz lol) and have her as a rather sexy pin-up model hehe (oh and mummy to Dorothy - my Unoa Sist, and hopefully a Chibi Unoa in the future heheh)

I so far manage to get her to fit into Model girls shoes but not try Luts Senior Delf.

 

I just bought Unon full set from Y!J and I ship her directly to my friend in Korea who will help me assemble the body and such. Can't wait to get her home. I am so excited! ^^

I can confirm now that some senior delf girl shoes do fit.

omg yes we must! Gayle's wig has arrived today so now just waiting on her eyes and she will be ready. I did her make-up last week (decided to go with the Marion face-plate and maybe look for a body for the Latea one in the future...?)

I love the faceplate of Latea. I would really like to know if the head will fit on a CP mature girl body?? Does anyone has pictures or ideas? Thank you so much!!

 

You would have to make a head back and even then it may or may not fit.

 

Yeah- the're faceplates rather than heads...so you would need to have the back of the head made.

 

I have try the shoes from my SD16 Iris Unon's feet is way bigger than that so I am afraid not.
As you mean some senior delf girl shoes fit is it certain style or what? I would love to give the poor girl more choice of shoes.

I ordered the first one in black and white for my girl.
I will be able to confirm and take pictures for you when my girl arrived. (if you'd like?)

She went to Korea from full customization, since I only need the body not heads.
And I got her neck modded to fit the a volks head.

I happened to have SD16 Ami's boots. They probably won't fit her then!

 

Oh that would be great they fit that means another place that I can buy shoe for her thank you so much for doing that.

My girl should be shipped this week. It means that the soonest I can take pics is 25/26 weekends.
But yeah they should fit, I saw my friend's Unon wearing these shoes from Luts. I just can't post her photos here.
I will take pics when my girl arrived. Hopefully will be soon.

And I won't have any use for the head parts, unfortunately.
Once the Unon neck part was modded, she can't use her own faceplaces/headback anymore.

 

I just had my Latea face painted by Meee* i sold my Marion along with her body so i sculpted a head back and her body Im not even sure it might be an iplehouse sd body?

Luts SeniorDelf Sandal - Maybe only Sandal or Opentoe, Sling-back are possible.
But ankle strip(?) is very tight. I must make one more hole at strip.T_T





Olivia Defalut boots (SD16) - tooooo tight. You must have strong fingers.
SD16 heels are impossible. I don't know about SD16 Sandal or Sling-back.

Hi there! Just wanted to ask for those who own hybrids... Koyuki showed me that hybridation is impossible in Volks bodies without mods. Is it possible, with the regular Unon headback, to make it work on another body? I see that Luv*it has her girl on a Dollmore Eve body (I think) ; can you tell me what shape has the body neck? Is it curved, and so it could fit the Unon headback, or is it round like Volks neck? Thanks!

 

Hello, Kirane I haven't tried to put my girl on another body so I can't help you on that aspect. However I took some pictures of the head back, and neck for you.

I've bought a pair of white Dollmore Model heels too, and they were long enough to see toe cleavage, but at least they fitted:



I'm very tempted to get SDF shoes for her. Was even hoping some boots may fit her but I suppose they might not. It's also too bad Luts doesn't have their lovely SDF boots in Delf boy size so I can perhaps try a pair for my girls.

I haven't shared pictures of my girls here on DoA for a while now(it's just one body with the two faceplates), so here are some.

No problem Kirane. Some people have made custom headbacks for their hybrids. I know someone on DoA made a headback for their girl, and someone else is using a different head on the body, though I haven't seen any picture of that. In an older thread someone made a boy unon link. Which is an idea I've been playing with in my mind XD;.

@yoake: waaah your girls look so delicate and pretty! Their outfits look so well made as well! great craftsmanship i must say.

Adding my Unoa Zero here. She arrived a few days ago but I had to make some clothes quickly for her as she's so much bigger than my other girls!
She has the Marion faceplate in the pic as the Latea is blank for now.
I've made her some Jeggings which are a cross between Jeans and leggings. Hope you like them!

Shoe-wise, I just bought a pair of Leekeworld L girl sized boots and they fit her just right! Once I get a proper outfit to match the boots, I'll share the photos of my girl in them. :]

I have some boy boots on my Zero at the moment and they fit well.
I look forward to seeing your girl in her new boots and outfit when it's finished Yoake!

I will be putting the denim-look leggings up for sale soon!

 

Just in case I'm not able to complete a proper outfit to show, here're some shots of my girl in a pair of SD10 sized Sadol corduroy pants and the Leeke L girl sized boots.





I find the shoes are in perfect proportion to her body and they're a great fit as well.
The SD10 pants fit her very well, just short (a little above her ankles), but it's not a problem since they're going to be tucked into boots. I find the Unons stand much better in heels than flats. :C

Also, she can wear Senior Delf jeans from Luts, just that you'll have to tug it quite a bit to get past her gorgeous large hips. Lol. I haven't tried letting her sit in the pants yet, she just looks so pretty standing.

The corduroy pants look good too.

If you want the skin tight denims look but still want your doll to be able to sit down then I've made some "jeggings" which should do the trick *wink*

just made a SD 'U-boa' Faux fur wig following
the Araki/Shitateya wig pattern from their kits..
yes,she's still nekkid so only close-ups for now,lol.

I think this hair complexion sort of makes her look
too mature and sharpens her face up
looking overprocessed when she's much softer than this >__<;;;..

 

You've made a fantastic job on the wig and your girl looks gorgeous. The pale colour really suits her.
