    5. Hi folks. Sorry for the absence. Life has been more chaotic than usual. I have some wonderful news about more incredible prizes that we have for the event. I will make an announcement this week.

      And the tickets. I promised I would get them out this weekend. However, I have been lounging about on teh sofa with the lurgy and I didn't trust myself to tackle it. Heaven knows where I would have sent them. So, if my head is clearer tomorrow, I will get them out then.

    6. I am semi-conscious, so I have emailed out the tickets to those who have paid and sent a payment request invoice to those who have requested tickets. Those who made their request before the end of the early bird period will still be charged the early bird price, in spite of my tardiness.

      If someone has emailed me about tickets and has still heard nothing, please let me know ASAP.

      If to do one themed doll entry as a group of dolls rather than one entry for each doll, would that be ok under the rules?

      Yup, a group presented as an entire piece is fine, provided they hang together as one unit. Similarly, if people want to do dioramas or other art pieces that use the doll/figure as their basis, that would be good too. The more imaginative the better! I have changed the rules to reflect this.

    28. Thank you. I got my tickets and they're printed out and looking pretty...taunting me now that I've realised I only have 2 days to do something arty or photgrapharty. Arg... Fairytales fairytales fairytales...
      Still... I'm loving the motive for doing dolly stuff. I'm getting all exited like a child (so excuse me if I'm all squee-like on the 12th. I can't wait to see everyone's dolls and themes!!)

      I only have scummy wenchy pirate costumes, so I might pass on the dressing up bit - they're not very fairy-like (plus the train from Watford isn't quite as cosmopolitan as the London tube - if I was driving, I'd do it, but I'm too self concious without a 'role', haha). But I'm definitely theming (at least) my girl, and having a blast doing so - however she turns out :p
      I can't wait. Roll on 12th!

      And it is worth flagging up at this point that there will be NO tickets available on the door. You must buy in advance. The last day for buying tickets will be this Friday, as I shall be out and off at the crack of dawn on the Saturday, so won't be able to process any then. And don't leave it until midnight on Friday to place your order, please. Give me a chance to sleep. And if you ain't on my ticket-holders' list, you ain't getting in. So there :)

      Talking of which, Moley, I don't have you on my attendee list. Are you under a different name?

      Just bought me some fairy wings and a tutu, I have leggings, a top and a corset so I'll be a black and red fairy!
