About other companies resin that matchs Bluefairy's, I have a doll from Ringdoll that is normal skin.....guess what? RD's resin matches well enough to BF's normal skin, I couldn't believe it when I compared them to each other
And I've ordered Limited B Jasmine, finally! It was a dream to have her since I got Gus, and the better, this one is beauty white skin version of Jasmine !

 

Oooo can't wait to see her.

Recently got a "red" wig. I really like short hair. If it is of colour ash blonde or pale brown, Dice will definitly become a little boy I like TF with wigs in these colours which make them look more like characters in fairy tales.

 

Where is the wig from?
It is a very lovely colour.

I've been thinking about my doll family lately...and realized that my first doll, Jasmine, is now the only doll I have that lacks pointed ears >.< So, I guess she's from a fairytale too!

 

skyealloway - you could try and mod some pointy ears for her. You seem to be the crafty type I've been thinking of designing some hands for the heck of it. Matching the resin color doesn't seem to be much fun though

 

navci, it is from mainland china, I bought it through a GO in a local forum( @HK) so I dont really know who is the manufacturer....>< sorry that I cant help

Here’s my girl. I still can’t bond with her original girl body. I think she’ll stay on NS blossom, although the resin match isn’t good (the colour difference is noticeable). I must say that the quality of outfit is very good and all parts fit perfect the blossom body too.^^

I liked your photos. The tea cup and the rose were quite a good fit They came out kinda dark though even if she is NS. I didn't notice a difference in color between the head and body in the pics but i'm sure it would be more noticeable front on and in person.

 

Oh, is it the same company from Zilaw's GO? Cuz it looks exactly like the one I have bought for my boy but I got it one size too small I think. Is it the 7-8?

navci, Yes that is ! mine is Synthetic Mohair Style#4 7-8" colour carrot(SM130) and it fits quite well for TFs.

Yah, even though I don't see many others w/ Jasmines, I don't feel like it is because she is unpopular, only that she was just released last year ^_^

I'm not desappointed. I do love that little May, and if I'd have some extra euros I'd definitely go for it. ^^ I'm actually glad they were not Tinyfairies. I would've been in bigger trouble!

 

Relieved, I must say. I really, really want a white skin May boy, and I never have the money when they are announced and always feel wangsty over having to miss one again.

 

What is included in the Tiny Fairy box? Like pillows and postcards and stuff?

Also, do they ever have events? Like where you get a free wig or somethin with your purchase?

 

Hi Ballet_AG, Tiny Fairies normally come bubblewrapped and with 2 soft pillows to protect the doll during transit, and of course, all the outfit/accessories depending on whether they are included in your order..

They don't usually come with postcards.

I am not disappointed. because I have expected there will be SF but not sure about TFs ( i did hope there will be one). The more I look at SF May, the more I like her But now the love is not yet at the level that I must get her home/__\ Anyway, I dont have any money to get a doll at this moment~ ( My friend who wants to get a BW tommy is super disappointed though lol)

 

They don't usually have events in the style of Luts etc (free gifts) to be honest. I'm thinking of doing something like this as a promotion for Bluefairy in our shop actually. Depends whether people are interested in such things. ^_^

A lot of the Bluefairy dollies come with wigs included in the set price though.

Jane, Haha, I do actually. You never can tell what people will buy in the end!

We tend to get orders for things we don't have, so we always end up buying the dolls in as requested. But if we have the sculpt in stock (like Sarang is so popular), the new owner will want a different body. Hehe, there are too many options!

I still have May, Sarang, Louis & Patrick for Tiny Fairies. Noma & Romy for PFs. Hana for SF, Clare for JF. Think that's it for ones without homes. I wish they could all be mine!

 

Definitely glad to see a Shiny Fairy LE release rather than TF.
Can't buy any more dolls, can only drool.


It is July first and it is gray and cold. Tomato wonders if we have moved to the Southern Hemisphere without her knowing?

 

Tomato can have our weather! It's wet and hot actually. We've had days of 90% humiddity and 90 degree F temperatures. That means it feels like 104 degrees F (or 40 degrees C). It's like living on the SUN.

I'm curious to see better pictures of the LE SFs. I always thought i'd like a limited Ben but he's just not calling to me . I really think LE SF May looks adorable!

 

I dunno, sailors have just never been particularly appealing. You'd think, growing up in a desert, I'd be very interested in sea-faring folk. But i actually did go to a Beach in CA one time, and I kinda didn't like it. I think I'm most into forest friends ^_^
So horah! no temptation for me ^_~

 

You'd probably like a more tropical paradise like Hawaii or something. I live near the beach (erm sorta it's like a 40-60 minute drive) and I hate the beach there. But if I go to South Beach or the Keys it's a whole different story. It's like a tropical forest . But I agree with you in not really into the outfits either but I do like the dolls.

 

I grew up right smack on the stormy Atlantic, and she will always be one of my loves. I was a total beach rat. I love little frou frou sailor suits, but as cute as the Shinys are, there's no desire to own one for me. If they were more YoSD proportioned, maybe, but as it is, they don't fit with anything well that I own.

Now, I still have random "gah, Pocket fairy, DO WANT" urges
